Third Person POV . . .

Day after day passed, but it seemed much more like years to Jane. Only few days ago she was placed in the hospital, but the strange event with the demon kept bugging her ever since she woke up from that horrifying nightmare. She dazed at the little children playing in the small garden of the hospital from her window, and sighed for the ten-millionth time. Suddenly the boring atmosphere in the plain room was interrupted by a familiar red-head stumbling into the room, with several paper bags filled with sweets, and treats.

" Still clumsy as usual", Jane mumbled in disappointment, and shock her head pitifully at Torch's clumsiness.

"Now that is just offensive!" Torch yelled, while waving his hands in the air angrily.

Jane simply giggled at his child-like complaining. She could not blame him though, placing herself in the hospital again was really reckless of her, but that was just a negative habit she started getting used to. Torch scoffed, before walking over to the young teen girl, and dropping a small envelope, along with the several bags filled with treats.

"You do know I will just end up as a bag of pudding soon if you keep getting me all this desserts", Jane complained, shoving the paper bags to the trash can, beside her bed.

"Hey! Those sweets are pure treasure if you ask me!" the red-head shouted, with several signs of anger and irritation appearing on his face.

Thankfully, the nurse named Lilly walked into the room, saving Jane from a hole lecture about sweets from Torch. Apparently, she was Gazel's past nurse when he had his surgery, and according to coach Lee, he ranked them as the most nosy women he ever met.

"Sorry for disturbing lady Wolf, but you have another guest", she said, stepping aside, revealing a familiar silver-haired male.

It was Gazel in the flesh! He never visited the last few days, Torch would always say he is practising like a crazy mad-hatter. Black bangs were clearly seen under his exhausted eyes, that it nearly made him look like a psycho-path, his hair was much more messy than usual, and yet, he was able to keep a cold expression as if nothing was wrong with him.

"It has been a while", he mumbled drily, glancing at the uncomfortable nurse.

Lilly quickly scurried out of the room like a mouse, without even wasting a second to escape the spine chilling atmosphere. Silence fell upon the room, no one had the courage to break the silence. Torch was even sweating from the tension, and gulped nervously. Gazel sighed in defeat, and smiled, but it seemed much more like a sad smile than a happy one.

"I was being jealous, selfish, and arrogant ; which in the end ended up causing you to get in danger. That's why I think it would be better if we br-", but before he could finish his sentence, Jane shouted angrily, or much more likely, painfully, "Don't you dare say you want to break-up!".

Gazel's mind was completely astonished, and his eyes were so wide the could explode. It was the first time Jane raised her voice like that in a year, and noticing her crore ruturning to her was quite new for him. Torch simply slumped into a stall at the corner of the room, and watched the event slowly unfold infront of him, while enjoying a crimson lollipop.

"I am sorr-", but Jane cut Gazel off again, " Sorry' does not solve anything!"

The silver-haired boy, silenced himself. Knowing that Jane will not accept his apology. He stared at the window for a second, or two and then mumbled, " Fine, but don't expect anything cocky".

Jane's eyebrows flinched at his answer, that she even jumped out of her bed, and started stomping towards him.

" Putting on that fake, cold act does not work on me! And you know it!", she yelled, shaking his shoulders repeatedly, but Gazel still did not show the slightest emotion.

" Well well well, if it is not expect this from your team Gazel", Jane glanced at the entrance of the room, and noticed a teen boy with long, messy blue hair leaning against the door.

" What are you doing here Bilal?" Torch asked in, completely annoyed by the presence of the new kid.

"I was just dropping by to ask if Jane might play small practice match with me", he replied plainly, while staring at Jane with curious eyes.

The teen girl did not fully recover from the effects of the Alias rock, but a little game would not harm. Right?
Jane smiled from ear to ear, and smiled eagerly.

''Of course! I am already really bored from lying in bed everyday!", joy was twinkling in her eyes as she accepted Bilal's invitation.

Torch was awed by the girl's energetic reply, and so was Bilal. The two boy glanced at each other from the corner of their eyes, and nodded in agreement. Jane has been in the hospital long enough.

"Well, I will meet up with you at green field, beside your apartment '', Bilal announced, before turning around, and walking out of the room.

Until he left, Gazel gritted his teeth, and slammed his hand on a nearby wall. Bang! Jane jumped at the suddenly his sudden movement, and looked at him anxiously. She knew something was bothering him, but thought it would be better if she just kept he mouth shut.

'' Just watch out, he is a though player'', he informed, smiling at her brightly, and lighly patted her head.

The confused girl stayed silent for a second, before shouting,'' Are you trying to make the hole room collapse?!"

Gazel giggled at her reaction, and glanced at Torch, while sighing in relief.

''You were not lying when you said she was back to normal'', he said, before turning around to take his leave.

''Wait!'', Jane grabbed his wrist tightly, before he could leave. The silver-haired boy glanced at her in confusion, and waited patiently for her to say something.

''We are still together, right?'', she asked worriedly, with pleading eyes, as she tugged Gazel's wrist.

The boy simply nodded, and poked her cheeks.

''As long as it makes you happy'', he replied, placing a soft kiss on her forehead, and exited the room silently. Leaving torch to accompany her for the meantime.
