Third Person POV

The next day Tom was out on the road practicing a speech for the people but using a donut as an expectator meanwhile Brody and Sonic where watching kids playing a baseball game and having fun.

So when it was night and there was no one else Brody and Sonic decided to play baseball "exactly who you wanted to see play on the line Brody" Brody said putting a helmet and holding a baseball bat "But staring him down is the most fearsome contricant Sonic" Sonic said with a baseball glove an a baseball ball and then Sonic threw the ball at Brody who hit a homerun and Sonic pretends to be another player trying to catch the ball failing and Brody runs around the area and Sonic bearly missed Brody as Brody got to base "Yeah did ypu see that?" Brody asks "Yes I did did you guys...." Sonic said and the two soon frown they are alone "We really are alone" Brody said  taking off the helmet and Sonoc takes off the hat "All alone....forever" Sonic said as the two start running around incredibly fast unaware that Sonic's quills started to emanate blue electricity and Brody's fur red electricity the two jump screaming angry and cause an explosion that makes the electricity go off all around the country and the two stop suprised "I'm sure no one noticed that  giant blue and red explosion right?" Sonic asks Brody "We need to go quick" Brody said grabbing Sonic's hand and running off quick.

Meanwhile in Tom's house the lights where out just like everywhere around green hill Tom got a call from Wade "Hey Wade" Tom said "Hi Tom. What is going on?" Wade asks "Oh gosh I think the power's out" Tom said  "You think? The lights are out the whole town is freaking out! What should I do?" Wade asks "Relax, take a deep breath call gill, see if you can locate the down line" Tom said and explained some more when he noticed something shining and hanged up, it was Sonic's quill glowing blue and Brody's single fur glowing yellow and red and he picked both up seeing the two pieces emanate electricity.

*Meanwhile at the Pentagon*

"20 minutes ago an energy surge knocked down  power across the entire pacific northwest what do we know?" A commander asks "Well our first instinct was that it was an EMP but they don't have that kind of power let alone being two surges" another general said and they all discussed what it wasn't till the commander suggested a special approach and suggested a special lab rat "you don't mean" a general said "I know he's a little weird-" the commande said "weird? He's a psycological maniac" a general said"He's also brilliant, 5 PHD, IQ off the charts and his drone tech is revolutionary" The commander said "You sure he can handle this?" Another general asked "he has a perfect operation success record" the commander said "You can thank Robotnik for what he's done for the country' he said "I can't believe you're bringing that freak into this" another general said "Neither can I but we have no choice" the commander said.

*The next day back at the baseball stadium*

A lot of military soldiers have arrived and were inspecting the area for any clues and soon a long black truck came and someone stepped out, it was Dr. Robotnik.

He along a few agents of his walk to one of the general "Are you in charge?" Robotnik asks "Yes I-" "No" Robotnik quickly cut him off "wrong! I'm in charge!" He said not letting the soldier speak "Allow me to clarify" he said raising a finger and turned around and explained something really quick and smart "Agent stone" Robotnik said "The doctor thinks you are basic" Agent Stone said to the soldier while robotnik presses a few buttons on his gloves "I'm initiating a swift sequence" he said as egg shaped drones come from the truck "Is he still looking at me funny?" Robotnik asks "Yes he is" Agent Stone said "Tell him to stop or I'll pull up his search history" Robotnik said "If you don't stop looking at the doctor he-" "I'm not deaf" the soldier called Bennington said "And tell his man report to me now blah blah blah blah" Robotnik said "Excuse me? Listen pal I don't know if you reali-" "I'm sorry  mayor what was your name?" Robotnik asks interrupting him "Benni-" "Nobody cares!" Robotnik interrupted yet again "nobody cares. Listen agent nobody cares" Robotnik said condescending walking to the agent "You know why nobody cares who you are?" He asks "Because nobody cares about your accomplishments" he said getting close to his face "And nobody cares how proud your mommy is that you are reading in a 3 grade level" He said "ah my babies" he said as his drones started to work "Look what came from my egg sack. You know what I love about machines?" He asks "They do what they are told. They follow their program they don't need time off to get drunkkk on water" he said "And you do what you're told and stand over there at the edge of your prision abyss and watch my mqchines do your job " he said and the soldier listened "Can you feel it Stone?" He asks "I can feel it doctor" Stone said "It's evolution Stone. IT'S EVOLUTION!" Robotnik said as the drones flew off scanning the area, one of them found a footprint of Sonic and one of Brody and Robotnik saw it in his truck through the screen "Agent stone" he said "doctor" Stone said "Do you see anything useful in this image?" Robotnik asks "Nothing at all doctor" Stone said "Of course you don't. Your eyes weren't expertly train to find tracks" Robotnik said and made the image better showing the footprints in great detail "That's extraordonary" Stone said "No. What's extraordinary is I determined the exact heights, weights of these creatures" Robotnik said "And my computer can't find a single match for it anywhere in Earth's animal kingdom" he said and stood up "This blackout is not a terrorist attack" he said "And those are no baby big foots. These two guys are something else entirely" he said "Divert all searching units to find the track of these footprints" he said "That's a small step for man. One giant leap for me" he said.

Soon all the soldiers and drones where searching along with dogs and Sonic and Brody were closed watching scared "Okay okay everything's fine" Brody said "We played some baseball, got a little upset and lightning shot out us and now everyone is coming for us" Sonic said and the two ran back to their cave.

"What are we gonna do? What are gonna do?! Brody what are we going to do?!" Sonic asks starting to freak out "Hey hey Sonic look at me" Brody said cupping his cheeks "Its gonna be okay, Earth is not safe anymore we'll grab our things and we go to the mushroom planet and we'll be back to be being safe okay?" Brody asked "Y-Yeah got it. I um..." Sonic said "What?" Brody asked "I need a hug" Sonic said hugging Brody tightly and Brody hugged back rubbing his back "We'll be fine" he said "And you won't leave me?" Sonic asked "You know I never will" Brody said, after getting separated from Longclaw Brody and Sonic have always stay together and fear being separated and through the 10 years they spend they fell in love with eachother. Brody was always protective of Sonic in fear of losing him like how they lost Longclaw.

The two grabbed the essentials in two backpacks and Brody grabbed the bag of rings and took out one "Okay Mushroom world here we-" Brody said but they noticed the robots flying over "Oh no they are right outside what now?" Sonic asks "We need to find somewhere else to do it" Brody said and Sonic nodded and the two started to walk away but gave one last look to their cave that was their home for so long and felt sad "goodbye cave" Sonic and Brody said and they run off.

Meanwhile at Tom's house Tom was tracing a route to move to San Fransisco when he got a call from Maddie "Hey" Tom said "Hey" Maddie said "What are you doing?" Tom asks "just coloring with jojo and Rachel" Maddie said "That sounds half fun. Hey something crazy happened last night. The hole town had a power outage" Tom said "How's your sister? She convinced you to leave me yet?" He asks "No but she tryes" Maddie said and Tom hear something breaking in the garage "Wait...the racoons are back" Tom said "They are in for a suprise" he said taking out Maddie's tranquilazer gun "Your suprise better not be my tranquilazer gun. They are just hingry and also that's for bears" Maddie said while Tom loaded the gun with two darts "good now I know it'll work" Tom said "Tom!" Maddie said "I'm kidding I'm just gonna use it to scare them possibly to death" Tom said "Loveyouhoneybye" he said really quick hanging up and put away his phone.

In reality it was Sonic and Brody who got inside Toms garage and broke a planter on accident "Okay we are in" Brody said as they got on the floor "with minimal damage to donut lord's property" Sonic said and Brody took out a ring "Here we go it didn't work out on earth but it's okay" Brody said "We are going to a safe world a nice safe wolrd full of mushrooms" Sonic said "Mushrooms that will be our only friends" Brody said "That sounds awful Brody we can't do this" Sonic said "I know I don't like it either but we got no choice" Brody said and Sonic took a deep breath and nodded "Okay" Sonic said and Brody thought of the mushroom planet and was about to throw the ring when the door was kicked opened and Tom walked in "Police check paws in the air and-" Tom stopped when he pointed the gun and flashlight and saw Sonic and Brody "Uhhh..." Brody and Sonic said "Meow?" Sonic said "Woof?" Brody said and Tom yelled scared making Sonic and Brody yelled and Tom accidentally fired the darts one on Brody's legs and one on Sonic's leg "Ow" the two said and started to feel dizzy and they saw Tom's shirt said "San Francisco" Brody said and dropped the ring and it rolled creating a portal to a building in San Francisco, Tom was suprised when he saw the ring while Brdy and Sonic woobled a bit and dropped to the ground and Brody dropped the bag of rings in the portal and it landed on the top of the building "Noo.." the two said trying to reach but the portal closed shortly after and Sonic and Brody passed out "....what?" Tom asked cinfused and lost but decided to pick up Brody and Sonic and put the two in a big cage and carried it to the house.
