The air in the cell was chilly and full of malice of course that was to be expected considering who was confined here. A sick twisted laugh rang off the crumbling walls and a cold voice said, "I miss you son come give your old man a hug." Harry began to speak in a sarcastic tone and said, "Oh yes by all means father pretend everything is alright between us and tell them we are a perfect family. That's not why I came here though, I actually came to inform you of the fact I'm the new CEO of Oscorp and this will be the last time we speak." Norman chuckled and said," I see you still have your sense of sarcastic humor but face it you and Felicia let Gwen die. How does it feel to know your nothing more than a pathetic failure. The desperate look in her eyes will always be my favorite memory it was delicious." Harry took a step forward and my eyes fell on his skin it was starting to take on a light green tone, oh no we did not bring any spare cloth. My hand landed on his shoulder and I whispered, "He's not worth it Harry and by the way your turning a bit green relax and remember what Max told you about your temper." We turned and started to walk out but Norman's voice stopped us once again and he said in a cold and confident tone, "You have no idea about the storm that is coming and even if you survive intact you will be seeing me very soon, oh and send Peter and Gwen my regards." Insane laughter rang out behind us as we left the prison.

We arrived home and took a seat on the couch in the living room and just soaked in all that happened today. Harry broke the silence and said, "I don't like it Licia, my father has something planned." I snuggled into him and just listened to his heartbeat as he continued to talk, "I thought he might have been trying to scare us but he was far to confident for it to be a simple threat." My tone was relaxed as I said, "We will worry about that when something happens for now let's just enjoy the peaceful time we have together before crazy things start happening when you call a board meeting tomorrow." He sighed and gave a weak yay. We then traipsed off to bed for the big day that was ahead.

My alarm clock began to buzz as my eyes were temporarily blinded by the morning sunlight. After a relaxing shower my eyes began to scan the closet and I pulled a calf length black dress with a silver belt a pair of knee socks and finally a pair of crystal studded heels. I then opened my jewelry box and slipped on my half hear necklace and a little cat choker a bit of humor to lighten up the day. Harry was already in the kitchen making pancakes, it was time for pay back. I crept as quietly as I could across the kitchen floor and prepared to bring my hands down on his shoulders but then he turned around and yelled Boo. It took a minute for my heart to calm down and then I asked, "How?" He smirked and said, "Your not the only one who got enhanced hearing,better luck next time." He then took a more serious tone and said, "I hope I don't mess up Licia" My tone had a light air to it as I said,"Harry do you remember when you used to stand in front of the mirror in your Hulk pajamas and say, "I'm Harry Osborn and you will listen to me." He flushed and nodded and then I said, "Just channel that energy and you will be the true boss of Oscorp." He gave an exasperated sigh and said,"Come on Licia I'm being serious." I took a more serious tone and said, "Just channel your Osborn charm and it will be fine. I also took the liberty to notify Nick Fury and he is going to send agents to pick up the dirty board members. They have also found my parents bones on the premise." He stood up and looked like he was going to start apologizing but my hand came up to stop him and I said, "It's alright I gave up hopes of finding them alive years ago. He simply wrapped me in a hug and that made everything better. After he left to get ready I realized I forgot to tell him about the hazmat team. I came to a stop in front of his door next thing you know the door flies open and smacks me. Harry freezes like a statue and says, "I will have to call you back I think I'm in the dog house." He hung up and began to scratch the back of his neck nervously and said, "Hey, this is like the first time in four years I have hit you with a door so give me a break please" My foot tapped the hard wood floor and I said, "What happened to that enhanced hearing, did it stop working because you should have been able to hear me outside your door." He looked at the floor and said, "I wasn't focusing, some idiot lawyer was on the phone trying to tell me what I should and shouldn't do with Oscorp." I huffed and said, "It doesn't change the fact that I'm not going to speak to you for the rest of the morning." He took this seriously and finally launched into a tickle attack to make me talk and finally I said, "I give" He then chuckled and said, "As much as I would like to have an insane tickle fight with you all day we have to go and start the board meeting" With that said we jumped into a new Bugahdi and drove off.

We pulled into the private parking lot at Oscorp and started to head inside. It was going to be an interesting day people were going to get arrested and who knows what the hazmat team will find. The elevator carried us to the fiftieth floor where the board meeting was being held. We finally came to a halt in front of a sizable oak door and when Harry opened it we were meet with about twelve aging faces, they had expressions ranging from terror to relief. My eyes followed Harry as he walked to the head of the table and took his place like the Osborn he was. He had a nice gray dress shirt and dark blue button vest on with his black tie resting beneath the silky fabric. He had a cool and powerful air about him. It felt as if he held the beating hearts of all the occupants in the room in the palm of his hand and he could crush them if he so choose. He looked up from his paperwork and his eyes danced from one board member to the next and then they landed on me and he said in a gentle tone, "Licia are you going to take a seat" My tone took on an air of uncertainty as i said, "There are no open places for me to sit" We had rehearsed this a couple of times and it was going to be worth it to see the boards faces. Harry tapped his finger on the side of his chin and said in a tone that showed who was in charge, "Menken you are relieved of your duties as Vice President of Oscorp, Ms.Hardy will now be taking the position. Now if you would please be so kind and get out of your seat so this lovely lady can have a place to sit.". Menken got out of the chair and let me have a seat before going to stand where I had been before. Harry then stood up and called everybody to attention and said, "If any of you have a problem tell me now". There was silence in the room, well it looked like they weren't complete idiots after all. He then said in a tone that would make Norman Osborn proud, "Good then you can all keep your jobs a little longer." He cleared his throat and said, "Now onto the second matter of business, it has come to my attention that illegal activity has been going on here." Some of the board members began to fidget in their seats and then he said, "Six of you have disappointed me and you will be relieved of your duties.". The moment he said that six SHIELD agents walked through the door and pulled out six pairs of handcuffs. Harry looked straight at them and said in a cool tone, "Thank you gentlemen for taking care of this problem" He pointed to the opposite side of table and said, "It's those six, please get it taken care of quickly so we can continue on." The temperature in the room dropped like twenty degrees when he said that and I learned a lesson do not mess with Harry Osborn when he is in business mode, you will get destroyed. He then stood up and clapped his hands together and said, "Well here we are with six of you remaining, unfortunately there was nothing I could dig up on you, but be warned I'm alway watching and if you try a dirty deal, you can go the way of the other six." He then sat down and hit the button on his desk and said,"Cynthia send in Max Dillion please, thank you". The door opened a few minutes later and in stepped a shaking Max and he said, "What did you need Mr.Osborn" A small smile grew on Harry's face as he said, "Your not in trouble Max in fact your being promoted to the board as head of R&D since the last guy was arrested. Please take a seat." Max did a little happy dance before sitting down across from me and he said, "I'm sorry about your parents Ms.Hardy and good morning." My tone was soft as I replied back and said, "Good morning to you too Max and thanks for all the help we needed you and you delivered." He smiled and turned his brown eyes back to Harry who was now pacing the room like a lion eyeing its prey, he then began to speak in a positively freezing tone and said, "Oscorp has caused nothing but pain and agony, but today her legacy changes and its up to you eight to make sure it goes over with out a hitch. We will no longer get rid of something simply because its inconvenient. Let me make one thing clear I'm a nice guy but if you edge the line of right and wrong then you will be out of here faster than you can say pumpkin bomb. Are we clear?" Max and i responded but the rest of the room looked to be dumbfounded and said nothing so he raised his voice and practically yelled, "Are we clear?" There was a sudden burst of yes in the room. Donald Menken then tried to put in his two cents and he said, "Harry maybe" Harry raised his hand to stop his speech and said, "It's Mr.Osborn we're not friends" That line sent the good kind of shivers down my spine, seeing Harry take charge like this was inspiring. Menken then tried again and said, "Very well Mr.Osborn but..." Harry cut him off once again and said in a chilled tone, "You were my fathers Vice President and to hold that position you would have had to have been just as cruel and calculated as he was so forgive me for not liking or trusting you." Menken simply sucked in air and said, "That is understandable Mr Osborn" Harry smirked and said, "Now that we understand each other you can leave, unfortunately there is a clause in your contract so you can't be fired without probable cause but don't worry I'll find one" Menken did so with out argument and closed the door behind him but he did turn and give us a smile and an evil gleam flashed in his eyes it sent chills down my spine. We were about to continue with the meeting when the PA system started to buzz. Harry quickly answered and said, "I'm busy could you call back". There was screaming on the other end of the line and it sounded like flesh was getting shredded. A desperate voice rang out, it was Adam Snider, Oscorp's head of security and he said, We have four biological assets out of containment and they are tearing through my men like butter please send back up" Then the line went dead, Harry gave me a look and said,"Could you handle this?" My tone was firm as i said,"Should we call in the Black Cat sir" Harry nodded and said, "Go call her please" I got out of the chair and pushed the door open well it looks like its time to put my powers to the test. I walked to the secret room where my suite was kept and then stripped and slipped into it. Max gave me the advice that the best way to change into the Black Cat was to get mad.My suite started out too large but when I transformed it fit like a glove and the change didn't hurt like it did the first time. That pain was going onto the list of things i never want to feel again. After slipping my choker with the Oscorp logo on it was time to put a stop to this madness before it went any further. It was time for the Black Cat to make her first appearance hear me roar.
