"Ban, I don't think it was a good idea to separate from the others. They could be in danger."

"This'll be quick Ivette, promise."

Ban turned a nob like thing that looked like a lion that was on the wall. A secret door opened almost scaring me with its intimidating aura.

"It's pretty dark down there." I said.

"Yeah..... Let's go."

Ban grabbed my hand and dragged me through. I almost tripped over my own feet but I managed to catch myself.
In the beginning, I was against coming here. But I could see in Ban's eyes that this meant something to him. Something important. I don't know what he's going to do, but I'm sure I'll find out soon enough.

"Meliodas! Please! Fight back!" I yelled.

I watched as Meliodas took so many hits from Hendrickson, Gil, and that creepy helmet lady from earlier.
My body was slowly recovering from the fight. I was now able to stand, including Al. She was currently trying to fix the wound on Arthur's head.

"He's not turning into a demon or even fighting back."

"He must have something up his sleeve. But he'll be gone before he can use it."

Meliodas appeared once again with his short sword in hand. Blood was now very visible on his face. But he held a painless expression.

"1000 divine cuts."

"Lightning king sword."

"Enchant Hell Blaze."

"Destroy four elements."

Oh no, they're using all of their magic at once!

"Al!!"

She turned to me for a split second surprised.

"Take cover!!!"

I jumped on the ground covering my head. I could hear the blast hit and rubble flew everywhere hitting me a couple of times. I quickly looked up to see Hendrickson just about to stab Meliodas in the face.

"Meliodas!!!!"

All of us stared in shock. The arm covered with green cloth and armor flew a few feet away from the fight. Gil stood in front of Meliodas, his sword out and dripping with blood.

"Gil.....thunder...." I mumbled.

"Can't believe it...you released the curse that has imprisoned me for years. A hero as always." Gil said to Meliodas.

Meliodas smiled at Gil thunder as everybody else was still in shock from the turn of events. Except for Arthur who was holding what looked like margrid in his arms, Elizabeths sister.

"Gil Thunder! You would betray your own?!"

"I haven't betrayed anyone!" After all, from the very beginning I was never one of you!"

"G-Gil?!"

"You bastard!!"

Hendrickson ran at Gil with his hand lit in black flames. But he missed Gil thunder looking like he tripped.

"Meliodas. Please allow me to handle the rest. I can finally take revenge on my fathers murderer. You don't know how long I've waited for this!"

Gil then repeatedly hit Hendrickson with his sword sending him in the air. Sparks of lightning flashed through the sky with each hit Gil made. Finally Gil plunged his sword into Hendrickson's chest.

"NOW ACCEPT EVERY ONCE OF MY RAGE!!!"

I covered my eyes as Gil gave his final blow ending Hendrickson's life. I smiled to myself as the sky cleared of lighting and Gil was on the ground again. He immediately went up to Margrid and held her in his arms. I felt a pang of jealousy stab me like a knife as I watched then hug.

"Gotta say, you're a life savior. Thanks a lot."

I turned around at Meliodas's voice. I saw him now talking to Arthur.

"Yeah, if you weren't here, that battle would have ended badly." Al said.

"Just be glad that didn't happen." I said smiling.

"Well, actually it's thanks to her." Arthur replied gesturing to the floating mage next to him

"How? When did you realize this?"

We all turned to see creepy helmet girl standing there.

"Oh? About little Gil? Back in the forest of white dreams."

"What? What was that?"

"Honestly, when I heard the magic words I taught him all those years ago, I knew his every move was being watched and someone important to him was taken hostage."

"You knew it all from the beginning?! That's a lie! You were fighting with everything you've got!"

"Little Gil was putting his life on the line for the woman he loves. Me putting my life on the line for him was me just being a good buddy."

"Impossible......it can't end like this. I won't allow it!!"

The helmet girl put her hands in the air and we were transported somewhere else.

"Look at this!"

"Uh, guys where are we?"

I looked around and only saw sand. That's when it changed again and we were in a jungle, then a snow storm, then finally under a waterfall before the girl started to speak again.

"Which world would you like to die in?!"

But then, her staff was taken away from her and we were back in liones. The woman screamed before turning around to see the floating mage.

"Mmmmm!!! You pathetic excuse for a mage!!"

She flew to the mage in a fit of rage. (Ha! That rhymes! Get it mage, rage......you don't? Okay.....let's carry on!) But, purple smoke slowly surrounded the mage slowly revealing herself to helmet girl.

"You're always losing your head getting into a fit rage. I thought I told you to get rid of that habit, Vivian my apprentice."

"......that boar symbol on your neck...you're .......you're."

I smiled at the mage clad in purple. This is a person I think everyone knows.

"There's no way I would've guessed she would be with you Arthur......The Seven Deadly Sins Merlin, the Boar Sin!"

"That was the biggest lightning show I've ever seen. I hope everyone else is okay."

"Lizzy, I'm sure they're fine. The captain is with them."

"I know that King, but I can't help but feel that something bad will happen."

"Well, if things come down to that...then count on me to protect you!"

I looked at King with shock written on my face. He instantly blushed and started to scratch the back of his head.

"I'mnotsayingyouneedtoprotectyourself, you'reverypowerfulinyourownway!!"

"Hey King! Slow down!"

I grabbed Kings shoulders making him stop talking. I smiled at him and pulled him into a hug.

"Sure, you can protect me. Only if you want to thmoment

King froze for a few moments before hugging me back. My smiled widened when he hugged me. He was being so gentle, like I would break at any moment. Can't things just stay like this, forever.

"Vivian, tell me, where is princess Elizabeth and Julianne the Sin of addiction?" Merlin asked while stretching her body with magic.

"Th-they're in the kings room!"

"Well, there you go captain."

"....hey she's running off! Shouldn't we-"

"Forget her, rescuing Julianne and Elizabeth is our top priority." Meliodas interrupted

"Well then, I guess it's time to get a move on." Merlin added and she snapped her fingers.

We were now inside a hallway in front of a grand door.

"Whoah. Where are we?" I asked.

"Things just got freaky...." Al mumbled.

"We're in front of my fathers room." Margrid said.

"I tried to teleport us inside but I was deflected. The work of my troublesome apprentice."

"Right, everyone take a few steps back." Meliodas said.

"Ah ah ah! We don't want to break the castle. Why can't Merlin just use absolute cancel." I suggested.

"That's a great idea Abby!" Al exclaimed.

"Just what I was thinking. Thank you Abby." Merlin said.

I nodded at her smiling a bit. She then gripped the door knobs and opened the door roughly. I smiled once I saw Julianne and Elizabeth standing in the room shocked.

"Julianne! Elizabeth!!"

Both me and Al ran to our friends thankful that they're okay.

I hugged my friends tightly like it was the end of the world. They did it, they found us.

"Don't you ever get taken away again Marshmallow!!" Al yelled.

"I can't make any promises." I replied.

My friends let me go giving me a view of everyone else that was there. My eyes immediately fell on Meliodas. I ran up to his blonde headed self and wrapped my arms around him.

"I knew you would come, I knew it...." I mumbled.

Meliodas hugged me back until I released him. We smiled at each other for a second before looking at the king.

"Well you've changed, Getting old aren't ya?"

"And you're still the same."

"Eh, I might be a little different."

Meliodas smiled at me when he said that and I immediately blushed. That's when we heard what sounded like metal from behind us. We all turned to see grandmaster Dreyfus standing there.

"Dreyfus..." Gil mumbled

"Hey what's up? It's been a while since I've seen you too Dreyfus." Meliodas said.

"What the hell is going on here?" Dreyfus asked.

"Hendrickson has been killed in battle having no regret for his crime." Gil said.

They killed him, they killed Hendrickson? I thought James was behind all of this. Maybe James and Hendrickson were working together? I wish I knew.
I was brought out of my thoughts once I heard Dreyfus's cry of sadness. It startled me so much that I jumped a little. I calmed down after the King basically fired Dreyfus of his status of Grandmaster for the holy knights. That's when blood came out of the kings mouth. Everyone became worried for the kings health but I knew how this would play out. Merlin would be taking the King to Camelot to treat him, and I was correct. What I wasn't correct about was how Arthur reacted when he realized he was leaving.

"Lady Al! It has been an honor fighting with you! But I just had to ask, would you come to Camelot with me?!"

Al stood there shocked for a few moments before finally speaking.

"I would love to but I have to stay here and take care of some things with my friends. I'm sorry, oh and you don't need to call me Lady Al. I'm fine with my real name just being used."

"Oh, okay. But I wish I could spend more time with you Al..."

"Maybe next time, okay?"

"Yeah sure!"

Arthur hugged Al and walked to Merlin.

"Hey, will you ever come back to the seven deadly sins Merlin?" Meliodas asked.

"Hm, if I ever feel like it." She replied and disappeared with the king.

"I like her." Al said.

"Me too." I agreed.

I turned to everyone and smiled.

"Come on, let's go!" I exclaimed.

But, we couldn't even start walking because the castle started to collapse. We all had to dodge some rubble before we were on the ground outside. I was being held by Meliodas and he set me down.

"Are you alright?" He asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"Are you guys okay?!" I turned to see everyone else.

"Yes, but someone is missing." Gil said.

"Mhm, Dreyfus is gone." Meliodas pointed out.

"Don't you think we should find him?" Abby asked.

"No, I think we shoul- wait, what is that?!" Al yelled.

We looked to the right to see a huge demon like monster.

"That's-that's..."

"We need to find the others now!!" Meliodas yelled.

We started to run in the direction of the demon monster. Once we got closer, the figures of other people started to come into view.

"It looks like the demon blood inside the new generation of holy knights is going out of control." That's Kings voice!

"No! It's being forced to go out of control!"

Meliodas jumped up and kicked the monster away from Diane who was holding it in place.

"Captain!!" Diane yelled.

".....Gil, what are you doing with them?" Howzer asked.

"It's a lot to explain, I'll fill you in later."

I ran up to Lizzy, who was now in my view. I hugged her tightly until I pulled away to look at her.

"I'm so glad you're okay!" I exclaimed.

"Me! I was worried about you!" I hugged her one last time before shock washed over me.

"Perceptive as always."

I turned my head and saw the half demonized Hendrickson

"That can't be..." King mumbled.

"So you're still alive. Hendrickson!" Meliodas said.

"Hendrickson?"

"He looks different from before."

We all stared at him. Some in confusion and some in rage.

"What a blessing to have this. The demon blood amplifies my powers by so much!....now, hand over Elizabeth.......do so and as one demon to another I'll let you live."

"I'm not like you! You're not a human or a demon! You're just a fool!" Meliodas exclaimed.

"Can't say I was expecting that."

"Did you expect this?!"

King was floating behind him with a bunch of his knives pointed at Hendrickson's head.

"Naturally.."

Hendrickson then hit King sending him a few feet further into the air

"Back up!.......but how? I just watched you die! Helbram!"

Helbram, King's best friend just appeared out of nowhere in front of him covered in blood. I could see shock written on Lizzy's face. She witnessed it, she witnessed King kill his best friend. Now she's going to witness it again.
I clenched my fists in anger. Why? Why does this have to happen?!

"There's no use talking to him, he's been dead for quite a long time now. And if I'm correct, you're the one that killed him."

I blocked out the words Hendrickson after that. This.... This was horrible. Making someone kill their best friend THREE TIMES!! Just stop, please stop!"

"No way.....that's cruel....how could you!!"

King then started crying loudly.

"Come now don't weep for him! What we have before use is a most glorious opportunity! A third occasion to kill your friend!"

Helbram then flew to king head butting him. That's when I felt something be put around my feet and ankles. I looked down to see a small magical barrier around them.

"Oh no...damnit!!" I yelled.

I looked around and saw Meliodas and Gil dangerously close to Hendrickson looking like they were about to fight. That's until they saw us. That gave Hendrickson the opportunity to hurt the two men in front of us. He stabbed Meliodas and swung his sword down Gil's back.

Everybody screamed for them, including me.

"That was never part of the plan!" I heard Vivian yelled.

"Oh really? If you want Gil Thunder so much you can have him. Now he won't be able to run since he's going to die. Now, to make sure you to stay dead."

"Stop this!!" I yelled.

Hendrickson looked up to see me.
My hand lit with white magic and I touched the barrier around my feet. It broke setting me free.

"I know what you want Hendrickson. So take me! An angel is family to the goddesses so I should fit the deal! Just don't hurt these two anymore!"

"Hm, that is so very kind of you. Finally someone that listens. Come now." Hendrickson held out his hand for me to take.

"Julianne Don't!"

"Julie! Stop walking towards him!"

"I thought we told you to not do anything like this again!"

I turned to my friends smiling at them. They were all trying to hold back tears

"Please, don't worry. I'm doing this for you guys."

"No, please don't.... You...you still owe me lunch money!" Lizzy yelled.

My eyes widened at the memory.

"Last one who gets to Meliodas has give up their lunch money when we get back home!"

But, I still smiled.

"Julie, I told you I will tie you to a chair if you do this! Please stop!" Abby yelled.

"Yeah, don't ever do that again or I'll tie you to a chair and keep you there until we get home!"

My teeth clenched at this. Julie, you need to stay strong!

"Who's going to be my marshmallow?" Al asked with tears in her eyes.

"Don't you ever get taken away again Marshmallow!!"

"I'm sorry...... but you guys need to live and go home...." I struggled to say.

I started to walk away from them and to Hendrickson.

"N-no...Julianne..... Don't let him do this to you!!" Meliodas said.

I turned to face him, a smile still present on my face.

"Hey, Meliodas..... Please, keep that promise okay, and never forget it. I love you."

Meliodas looked at me with fear and shock in his eyes.

"Look I know you want to cry right now, but are a few tears going to make you give up? I made up my mind to search for the seven deadly sins with you and your friends, to stop the Holy knights, and to get your friends home. Even if you were to die along the way I'll make sure to keep the promise I made with you."

I turned to Hendrickson and grabbed his hand. He then made his arm into a demon wing and started to carry me away. The only thing that I could hear during that time was the screaming of my name.
I'm sorry guys, but I can't let anyone else get hurt.....I truly am sorry....
