I couldn't help but hold a face of annoyance at my friend and roommate of couple years smiled back at me. "Leorio, I Don't even know anyone we are going with!" I pouted crossing my arms, I met Leorio in med school and ever since we became dorm roommates we became best friends. "You know how much I hate strangers." Leorio just kept smiling knowing that he already won the fight because I already had on my swim suit on under my clothes. "I promise they are all nice, I've told you story's about them, they've all been nice, yeah?" Leorio reminded as he held out the beach bag to me, telling me that there was no way of getting out of this situation. "You owe me dinner, bitch." I grumbled taking the bag as I made my way out to his car. Getting in the passenger seat I grabbed the Aux if I was forced to go I was going to enjoy my self the most I could on the way. "Stop acting like a five year old." Leorio scolded as he jabbed me I the side as he buckled his seat belt. "Whatever loser, I'm only here for the promise of free food." I mumbled as Leorio rolled his eyes starting the car.

I stood right behind leorio as we met with I was assuming was his friends, So far I think they forgot I was supposed to be here. There was two kids, well more like teenagers, one with a green swim suit and a large smile and the other in a light purple swim suit with a casual smile. Then a blond boy who looked about our age in a blue and yellow swim suit, so at least there was only three people I didn't know. "You guys haven't met (Y/n) yet right?" Damn it I knew I should have walked away while I could. Stepping out from behind Leorio I smiled waving, "Hi! It's so nice to finally meet you guys!" All three gave me a smile, except the one in purple he smirked more than smiled. "Ooo Leorio finally got a girl friend." The boy in purple teased making Leorio turn red as I laughed. "Ah no, Leorio isn't my type, plus I live with him I could never be able to date him with some of his bad habits." I teased making leorio get defensive making me and the other party laugh more. "Well, I'm kurapika, thats Killua and lastly Gon." kurapika I now knew was the boy around our age told me everyone's name.

"Oh and Ging, Gon's dad is somewhere around here too, but I don't know where." kurapika quickly added looking around before shrugging. I nodded smiling before thankfully we all just decided to find somewhere to set up our little area. "Hey leorio, did you grab me a book or do I have to read off my phone?" I turned to leorio who was putting up the umbrella, "Uhh, look in the bag?" I nodded even though Leorio couldn't see me do so, looking around our bag I saw that indeed there was no books. "You suck." I mumbled as leorio laughed at me joining kurapika at the edge of the beach watching Killua and Gon. I got in our bag again and laid out three large towels for when anyone wanted to come join me on the beach. Thankfully kurapika also brought extra Towels just in case, so I didn't have much to worry about.

Grabbing Leorio's phone I decided to be the nice person I was and take a few pictures. I mean it was obvious the thought of the three as his family, and he totally wasn't hopelessly in love with kurapika, drunk Leorio was very vocal about his crush. I almost jumped out of my skin when I felt someone grab my shoulder "Why are you taking Pictures of my son and his friends?" I heard a gruff voice as behind me his grip getting a little tighter. "I'm Leorio's roommate and I thought he would like pictures so he could remember today." So this was Ging and this was a horrible first meeting, thankfully he let go and sat next to me. Ging didn't say any thing as he looked at me, I didn't ask either as I handed him Leorio's phone. "You can double check if you want." I hummed as he took the phone and looked at the pictures, "Are you a Photographer?" Ging asked making me smile with a little bit of pride, "No, but I used to want to be one. I'm in medical school with Leorio." I smiled as I explained, Ging in return nodded handing me Leorio's phone back.

We both sat in a comfortable silence for a few moments both watching the four playing in the ocean. "Aren't you going to Join them?" Ging asked making me bring my eyes to him, but Ging didn't bring his eyes up from the book that he suddenly had. "Maybe later, I don't like getting wet." I hummed making him look at me in disbelief, "Your at the ocean, yet you dislike the ocean?" I couldn't help the laughter that build in my chest as I laid back on my elbows so my back didn't fully touch the ground. "When you put it like that, I like seeing the happiness that it brings people. I love the sound of the ocean and laughter of family's, I would be reading like you are but Leorio didn't pack my books like I told him." I Smiled at Ging who watched me with interest.

I saw Ging was about to say something until Gon suddenly appeared Jumping at Ging. "Uhmf!" Was the sound Ging made when Gon basically Bodied his dad. "Oh my God" I laughed as I patted Gon's back "I think you murdered him!" I laughed harder at the glare Ging sent me as he wrapped and arm around Gon's back patting him. "I haven't seen you in like forever!" Gon happily yelled as Ging sat up when Gon backed off happily sitting in front of us. "It's been two hours kid." Ging sighed a smile dancing on his lips as Gon sheepishly rubbed the back if his neck. "I missed you anyway!" Gon declared as I smiled, Gon was definitely a cute kid.

Most of the day went by and I actually had more fun sitting underneath the umbrella with Ging. Once you got him talking he was a really good story teller, he was way more interesting than you would think. "How old are you Ging? You definitely don't act or look like your in your 40's or anything." I smiled my voice teasing as Ging chuckled playing with the top bottle of pop that he bought not too long ago. "Guess, how old do you think I am?" I dramatically held my hand to my mouth and hummed loudly making Ging smile wider. "My heart wants you to be at least in your early 30's but I'm going to say 36." I answered pointing at Ging whose smile turning into a smirk, "Wrong." I hummed as I titled my head to the side. "Older?" Ging shook his head making me grin "Oo~ younger." I cooed making Ging roll his eyes his face turning a slight pink.

"Do I have to guess again?" I asked resting my head on my knees as I looked at Ging who shook his head. "I'm 31." Making me sit up completely "wait deadass?" I felt my own eyes widen, that would only put Ging 5 years older than me. And I'm not going to lie I was definitely down to maybe be Gon's step mom, just kidding but I wouldn't mind a few dates, maybe something more. "Come on do I look that old?" Ging laughed his smile cheeky as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Aw, don't you know girls my age love older, it just means they know what they want." I winked as I stood up not seeing the complete shock and embarrassment run across his face. "Where are you going?" Ging asked after a few moments trying to collect some of his composure again. "It's getting late so we'll probably be leaving in an hour or so for dinner, so I think it's time to play in the ocean." I explained as I started to unbutton my shirt, "you gonna join me?" I asked smiling at Ging who just nodded taking off the tank top he was wearing. Thank God for blessing me on this summer day, I smirked to myself looking at Ging's clearly muscle toned chest as I folded my clothes putting them in the beach bag on top of the towels.

"You know (F/c) looks good on you." Ging said as we was walking toward the ocean the others not noticing us yet. "Thank you, its my favorite color!" I grinned as Ging returned the favor. Gon was the first to notice us joining them in the ocean and cheer out our names. I laughed as Gon and Killua made Ging play whatever game they came up with, "Don't be to rough with him, he might pop a hip out of place!" I yelled after the two teens making Ging turn back and give me a dirty look making me laugh. "See I told you it wouldn't be bad." Leorio Mused as I smiled back at him, "what about your Mr oreo, are you having fun?" I asked as I watched Kurapika also be dragged into the little game. "Yeah, I'm really glad that you came, the guys love you." Leorio smiled down at me making me laugh "stop you can only be gushy when we're drinking, you know I get soft." I hummed as Leorio just grinned, "You should ask him out, I'll ride with the boys and Ging then you and Kurapika can have some alone time before dinner." I mused poking at his side making Leorio go pink and swat my teasing hands away. "I can't!" Leorio dramatically claimed before I just smirked "too bad I'm telling Ging I'm riding with them, you get your manz." I laugh spashing him before running towards the four a few feet away. "Wait!" Leorio suddenly yelled realizing what I said trying to chase me.

I couldn't wipe the smile off my face as I sat in the passenger side of Ging's car. As I watched Leorio open the car door for Kurapika like I've taught him, "(Y/n), why are you watching Leorio and Kurapika?" Gon asked making me laugh lightly "You'll find out at the restaurant if Leorio doesn't chicken out again." I teasing as I locked eyes with Killua, who definitely was in on it too. Before Gon could question me Ging finally came with the umbrella that he brought putting it in the trunk. "So where are we going for dinner?" Killua asked when Ging finally got in, "Uh, chilies I'm pretty sure." Ging said very unsure himself making me laugh "we're going to 'O'Charley's' but close enough." I grinned showing him the next that Leorio sent me to remind us where we was going. And so we was off, it was actually more fun talking with Ging with the two boys trying there best to embarrass each other and Ging.

I almost started crying I was laughing so hard when Gon showed me a Picture of Ging dead asleep with the word, in the colors of the rainbow 'thunder cunt' across his forehead, next to him was Killua with a pack of sharpies. "He still had it on his forehead when he went to work." Killua proudly stated as I looked at Ging who was bright red, "I can't breathe!" I wheezed out as a few tears ran down my face as I kept laughing, making the two boys also laugh harder. "We're here." Ging stated as he parked probably thinking 'thank God' that he would be getting out of the car.

I wiped away my tears as I did my best to calm myself as I joined Ging in front of the car as Killua and Gon did there best to also calm down before leaving the car. Ging's face was now a light pink making me giggle, "you know red looks good on you." I teased lightly touching his bicep, "Are you flirting with me?" Ging asked his face still colorful as he looked down at me. "Depends, do you like it?" I cheekily asked with a wink, Ging some who turned a even darker red as he nodded. Pulling him to my hight "well then, I hope sometime you'll show me where else you can blush." I whispered into Gings ear lightly kissing his ear lobe. "Hey guys!" I heard Leorio call a couple cars over walking towards us. I sent Ging a wink as I waved at Leorio and Kurapika who was holding hands.

I couldn't fight the smirk that darted across my face when I saw Ging was still standing in the same possession as when I pulled him down to me. Thankfully Killua and Gon dramatically falling out of the car snapped him out of his shock. "It's been a long fun day, I'm ready to eat how about you guys?" I asked making the kids plus Leorio cheer making Kurapika and I laugh. When we was seated I sat on the left end of the table with Ging in the middle next to Gon and I, then across the table from me was Leorio then Kurapika and lastly Killua. Soon enough conversation was under way and Ging finally got his composer back, and Leorio was staring at me. I gave Leorio a face before he pointed at my phone, looking down at my phone I realized Leorio had texted me between meeting up and going into the restaurant.

Holding back my laughter I looked at Ging to make sure he was Busy with talking about whatever the rest of the table was.

I almost died right then and there when I saw Leorio's face turn bright red, he locked eyes with me and I could tell how done he was with me when I nodded. I couldn't handle my self and I started to cackle when Leorio just held his head in his hands, sighing very loud and dramatically. Bringing the attention of the rest of the table, "uh, are you good man?" Killua asked looking over Kurapika's shoulder at Leorio. I couldn't help but keep laughing as everyone looked at me confused "did we miss something?" Kurapika asked looking between us as I shook my head doing my best to calm myself. "Ah just an inside joke, nothing too big." I smiled brushing my hair out of my face, "I hate you." Leorio groaned I was about to say more but then our waitress came with our drink orders.

I smiled at Gon as he balanced five spoons on his face, thankfully non of us needed them for what we was eating. I couldn't help my hide my knowing stare as Killua lovingly stared at Gon. "To be Young and in love, hun?" I whispered to Ging jokingly, gently sitting my hand on his knee, who also noticed Killua's love for the oblivious boy. "Wouldn't know, I was never the type for actual relationships." Ging mused a small smile resting on his lip, "Oh so you just loved the thrill of the chase." I smiled back resting my head on my hand as I analyzed Ging's face. "Ah, I used to, but now days? I wouldn't mind to try settling down." Ging mused his eyes going soft as he brushed my hair back behind my ear. I hummed happily as I rubbed shapes into Ging's knee, "that does sound nice Mr Freecss, I am free say, Sunday around 7:30?" I hummed my eyes turning into half moons as I smiled at him. "That sounds like a wonderful plan to me." Ging smiled back as I handed him my phone for him to put his number in.

Dinner went on, and I couldn't lie I felt on top of the world as we all talked an ate. I felt more at home here than with my actual family. I couldn't help but tease Leorio and Kurapika with Killua when they both said that they was officially dating. It was funny how red Leorio got when I started telling the rest of the guys about Leorio's drunk rambling about Kurapika, and showed a few videos. Over all I felt at home, and I honestly didn't want to go home, but all things had to come to an end. Hanging a little back as we was leaving I gently grabbed Gings hand as I walked to him to his car. Gon and Killua was already in the car by the time Ging and I got to the car, "So I'll see you sunday?" I smiled as I slowly let go of his hands. "Of course." We stared at each other before I stood on my tippy toes and lightly Kissed him on his cheek.

"Maybe if I have fun Sunday I'll give you a full kiss." I winked as I turned walking to Leorio's car, I couldn't help the smile that darted across my face when I heard Killua and Gon screaming hype and questions at Ging. "What on earth am I going to go see with those three?" Kurapika asked as he was walking towards me sense Ging was his ride today. I giggled as I rubbed the back of my head "You'll find out, have fun, I can't wait to have you over for movie night." I smiled as Kurapika returned it before going over to the still screaming bunch. I got in the car and smiked at Leorio who returned it, "I told you he would say yes." I mused as Leorio rolled his eyes before giving me a look. "Was your serious about wanting to Fuck Ging?" Leorio asked his eyes trained on me as I smirked back at him. "We have a date on Sunday."
