Kara

I went to Alex's apartment and waited for her to get home. I was going to tell her that I decided to be more than sisters with her. So when the door opened, I stood up with a smile, ready to tell her.

Maggie walked in with a drunk Alex. "Thanks Maggie..." She slurred before kissing Maggie. Jealousy and pain ran through me. Tears ran down my face. Alex looked up at me. I ran out the door, pushing past her and Maggie. I went out into the alley and flew off in my Supergirl suit.

Alex

I woke up the next morning. There was water and a couple Tylenol on the drawer. I took them and noticed a note. I picked it up. It was from Maggie.

Alex,

When you get a chance, call little Danvers.
You kissed me last night while you were drunk, she ran out crying. She read the situation completely wrong.

I stood up and grabbed my phone. I opened Kara's contact and called. It was obvious that she rejected my call. I texted her.

Kara, please pick up the phone so we can talk.

No response. I grabbed my keys and walked out the door, locking it. I started my motorcycle and drove to Kara's apartment.

I walked up to her door and put my fist to the door. I knocked on the door, she didn't open the door. "Kara! I know you're in there!" I heard soft footsteps and the door opened. "What do you want?" She looked terrible, her eyes were red and puffy, there were tear tracks on her face.

"I want to apologize about last night." She stepped aside and let me in. "I was drunk, I didn't mean to kiss Maggie... It just... Happened, but I've moved on from her. I have the woman I want right in front of me. She's always been right in front of me." She just stared at me. "Kar? Hey, are you okay?" She clenched her fists. "You say I'm the one toying with your emotions?! I love you... Loved you... But I realized something, you've never loved me the same way as I love you, and you never will. This... This thing we have? It's dying. Our friendship started dying the day you went out with Maggie for the first time. Our sisterhood started dying when I realized that I'm screwed, because I'm irrevocably, and undeniably in love with you, but I could try to live with that..." She sighed. She calmed down and started speaking softer. "Our sisterhood died when you proposed to Maggie, Because I realized that you'd start spending more time with her and less with me... And I need you in my life, to some extent."

Kara

Alex just stood there. "Look Alex, I'm sorry that I snapped at you. It just gets hard watching you be happy with another wom-" She surged forward at me...

*Evil Laugh*
