Classes or jobs/personalities
First jobs:
Warrior: wields swords, deals damage to one opponent at a time and usually deals melee damage only
Mage: wields magic, deals huge damage once around level 15 and uses wands
Cleric: uses staves, main healer with a powerful hit-or-miss attack that can wipe and enemy away
Thief: wields daggers and deals damage to all enemies, the damage descends the more enemies are hit
Pop star: comes as male or female, uses a microphone and deals damage the same way as a thief, but weaker, the pop star can enhance the team's damage by giving people two turns from time to time, they also can distract enemies
Chef: another healer, the chef uses a pan and deals good damage, the chef makes meals to heal allies
Jobs added in Neksdor:
Cat: uses claws to deal damage, I have no idea how they work but know basics: they sea look damage to single enemies and have attacks used for magic
Imp: the troublemaker of the group, uses a spear or pitchfork to deal damage, they get powerful in their own right, compared to the cat
Scientist: the mage of neksdor, becomes very powerful and uses flasks to deal melee damage, they use technology and science-based attacks
Jobs added in the fey forest:
Tank: well, they take less damage due to being protected, they use shells to deal long-range attacks, very simple class
Princess: uses a fan to deal melee damage and is actually very powerful when they get a high enough level
Flower: uses a leaf to deal damage, not the most powerful but are the healer of the fey forest
Other jobs:
Elf: well, uses a bow and magic to deal big damage... not much else
Vampire: uses the power of darkness to deal damage, deal damage like a thief and a pop star

Personalities:
Kind: more prone to sparing enemies and getting hurt due to protection allies
Energetic: can deal pretty nice damage if they charge at the enemy, but gets hurt in the process because they fall over, also cheer on teammates
Laid-back: use teammates as shields a lot of the time, conserve mp and deal less damage with magic or don't heal teammates as much as usual, also get unusually focused from time to time and deal extra damage or heal more hp
Cool: dodge a lot of attacks, can deal extra damage through the weakspot
Stubborn: take damage head on and can even take two turns if not satisfied with the first result
Airheaded: often plays with enemies, distracting both, gets confused and lowers enemy guard
Cautious: sometimes takes a turn to prep and often worries
