Indigo walked quickly back to the set of doors she had been guarding, shaking. She stood completely still on her side of the doors, trying to cover up the immense fear and panic she was feeling. She should have never followed that Taaffeite, she knew something bad was going to happen but she never thought that-

"Indigo Quartz!" A stern voice said- a Chinese Rain Flower Agate, specifically the one that worked at this base. It interrupted indigo's thoughts as she quickly looked up to see the agate, along with another gem. She was shorter than indigo and slightly curvy, with pastel multi-colored hair (though it was mostly pink) and Ivory colored skin that had clouds and freckles of other colors.

"This is angel aura Quartz, we are short on regular quartzes, so you will be guarding these doors with her" the agate said, with the same bitter and commanding tone that all agates seemed to have.

"I understand, Rain Flower Agate" Indigo said with a fake, calm and bland tone. The angel aura Quartz silently walked to the left side of the doors, her curly hair bouncing as she did. The Agate walked off, soon disappearing down the halls. Indigo stared at the area in front of her, with the blank white tiles and Sapphire blue walls. Agate's footsteps echoed for a while before gradually fading into silence, a silence that lasted for a few minutes before angel aura finally spoke.

"Do... do you remember what these doors lead to?" Angel Aura whispered. Her voice wasn't too high or low pitched, but it had a sort of sweet quality to it.

"I-I think I-it's a meeting, though I could be wrong" indigo whispered back, stuttering. A loud shattering noise was heard inside, and angel aura winced. Definitely not a 'meeting'.
