Surprise Double Update!

Next Day, Abhi woke up rubbing his eyes and yawning. He glanced at the clock and jumped out of the bed.

Abhi: Wth! Mai itni der tak kaise soya? Oh God! 11 baje to meri meeting thi aur mai hu ki 10 baje uth raha hu. I'll be late now. Abhi, tu bhi kya baate karne lag gaya! Chal jaldi se ready ho ab.

He ran towards washroom. He quickly did his daily chores and wore his formals.

Abhi quickly set his hairs, took his bag and car keys, and ran downstairs. He greet Aditya and left the place before Aditya could say anything. He drove his car to 'Patil Empire'.

As he entered the building, all the employes greeted him. He too greeted them back. He glanced his watch which showed the time, '10:50'. He sighed in relief. He quickly went in his cabin where his PA, who is non other than his bestfriend, Bantu was waiting for him. As soon as he entered the cabin, he was welcomed with the death glares of Bantu. Abhi scratched the back of his neck and smiled sheepishly.

Bantu: Mr. Abhishek Patil, is this the time to enter the office? That too on the day, when we have an important deal to be cracked?
Abhi: Sorry na Bantu. Actually I overslept. Abhi chale ya aur late karna hai? Chal vo file la ab.

Bantu nodded and took the file. They went in the meeting area. Already the other party was present there. Abhi and Bantu apologized for being late. Other party nodded and indicated to start the presentation. Abhi started the presentation.

The other party was impressed with the presentation. They signed the deal with Abhi happily. Abhi was happy that he got this deal. He shaked his hands with the other party. Other party left the place after signing the contract. Abhi and Bantu too left the conference room and entered in Abhi's cabin. Abhi started working on his new project and Bantu was helping him. Suddenly Abhi started feeling dizzy. His hands were getting cold and his face was being pale. He was feeling shortness of breath. Bantu saw that and quickly ran to him.

Bantu: Bacchi, kya ho raha hai tujhe? Bacchi, did you take your medicines? I'm sure you've not.
Abhi: Bantu, I can't breathe.

He said with a great difficulty. He started rubbing his cold hands. Tears were falling from his eyes continuously. His head was paining like hell. Everything was spinning around him. And in fraction of seconds, he collapsed down. Bantu panicked, seeing him unconscious. He quickly took Abhi in his arms and left for the hospital. In 15 minutes, he reached the hospital. He shouted for help. 2 ward boys quickly put Abhi on stretcher and took him in emergency ward. Bantu called someone.

Bantu (on call): Hello Arth? Mai tere hospital me aaya hu mere dost ko leke. Use emergency ward me le gaye hai. Please tu jaldi aa.
Sid: Don't worry Bants! Mai vahi hu. Abhi aaya.

Bantu ended the call. He was in tears. He was crying silently when he heard someone calling out his name. He turned and found a boy in white coat. He quickly hugged that boy who also hugged him back.

(Imagine that Sid is wearing white coat of doctors and holding stethoscope in his hand.)

Sid: Bants, shant ho ja. Kuch nahi hoga tere dost ko ab mai aa gaya hu na. Kuch nahi hone dunga use. Tu bas mujhe ye bata hua kya tha. I only know he is an Asthma patient. Uski abki condition bata.
Bantu: Arth, please bacha le bacchi ko. Vo na bohot weak hai bachpanse. Aur abhi to use thand lag rahi thi. Haat kaap rahe the. He was facing problem in breathing. Vo dizzy feel kar raha tha aur achanak se behosh hua. Please bacha le use, Arth.
Sid: Don't worry, Bants. Kuch nahi hoga use. Mai hu na.

Saying this, he entered the emergency ward. Abhi's treatment was started. After few hours, Abhi was shifted in ward. Arth urf Siddharth came near Bantu and told him to come in his (Sid's) cabin. They both went in Sid's cabin.

Bantu: Arth, kya hua hai Bacchi ko? Koi tension wali baat nahi na? Vo thik to hai? Kuch to bol.
Sid: Bants, tu bolne de to bolunga na! And rahi baat tere friend ki to its quite serious. But don't worry agar proper treatment mile to he will be cured for sure.
Bantu: Serious? Aisa kya hua hai bacchi ko, Arth? Dekh sach batana. Kuch bhi mat chupana.

Sid took a deep breath and started explaining.

Sid: Bants, he is diagnosed by Anemia. Anemia is a problem of not having enough healthy red blood cells or hemoglobin to carry oxygen to the body's tissues. This can cause tiredness, weakness and shortness of breath. Anemia can be so mild that it causes no symptoms at first. And in his case, it was mild first but now its a issue to be taken proper care of. And as he is an Asthma patient, so risk of anemia was comparatively more. But there's more to know. As both iron deficiency anemia and asthma can share the symptom of shortness of breath, and both are common, so it is feasible that there be some sort of overlap. And same thing happen in his condition. Actually he was suffering from anemia which was misunderstood as asthma. You need to be careful now whenever he gets Tiredness, Weakness, Shortness of breath, Pale or yellowish skin, which might be more obvious on white skin than on Black or brown skin, Irregular heartbeat, Dizziness or lightheadedness, Chest pain, Cold hands and feet, Headaches. These are the symptoms of anemia. You should be careful around him. He should not take stress as its harmful for his health. And can I get his previous health history?

Bantu was so shocked hearing all that got numb. He was not understanding anything. He was crying thinking why always his best friend has to go through all. Why only he has to suffer? Sid understood what Bantu might be feeling. He kept his hand on Bantu's sholder.

Sid: Bants, agar tu hi aise tut jayega to use kon sambhalega? Can I know his health history?

Bantu: Yes. Actually, Bacchi is I mean was an asthma patient from last 23 years. His treatment was done under Dr. Manoj Desai (Random Name).

Sid: Can you show me his medicines? I need to check them before starting new medication.

Bantu nodded. He was about to call Aditya but got a call from him only. He picked it up.

Nanu: Reyansh beta, Abhishek phone nahi utha raha tha to tujhe call kiya. Beta, Abhi ko batana ki mai Wardha mahine bhar ke liye ja raha hu. Actually, mere bhai ki tabyet serious hui hai. To use kehna ki vo tere saath rahe.

Bantu: Mai use bata dunga, Nanu. Par kya aap uski medicines ki file ke pics aur dr. ke bare me mujhe message kar sakte hai? Vo kya hai mujhe hi use medicines dene hai na, isliye.

Nanu: Ha karta hu na.

He ended the call and send the pics to Bantu. Bantu showed it to Sid who got shocked seeing the medicines.

Sid: Bants, are you sure ki yehi medicines tere dost ko di jati hai?

Bantu: Ha yahi hai.
