I forgot to give Character sketch of Sumi in last chapter so here it is:

Suman Kanitkar

Nickname - Sumi
A married marathi woman. Best friend of Apurva. Knows Apurva and Shashank's relation. Want to help them in achieving their love. Has done a course of Beautician.

Let's start the Chapter
Apurva and Sumi left the house taking all required documents of Appu and reached the court hurriedly. Shashank and his parents were already waiting for them. Shashank was also looking like to be groom.

Shashank was lost in Apurva while Apurva in Shashank. Sumi fake coughed causing them to come out of their dreamland. They both started looking here and there.

Swati: Appu, you know we were also against your relation with Shashank because we thought you were just like your parents. But you proved us wrong. You are way too different than them. You are so cute and kind-hearted that's why allow this marriage and are ready to sign as witness.

Appu: Thanks Kaku.

Swati: Ab Kaku nai. Maa bulana.
[Translation: Now call me Mom.]

Marriage Register: Ms. Apurva Patil and Mr. shashank Nigam.

Shashank: We have been called. Let's go.

Register: So, Ms. Patil and Mr. Nigam, both of you wear each other Varmala. Mr. Nigam you then wear Mangalsutra in Ms. Patil's neck and put Sindoor in her hair partition. Then you both sign here with witnesses and after that you will be legally married to each other.

Apurva and Shashank did the procedure as told. After signing the marriage document, they were legally married. They took blessings of Shashank's parents and fed each other a Pedha. All were happy except Shashank's Parents. They wanted their only son's marriage to be grand but here he was doing a simple court marriage. But they masked their sadness.

Apurva and Shashank both were so happy that they hugged each other but parted the very next moment hearing fake coughs. They all went to Shashank's house. Swati did Arti of both of them and by pushing the pot filled with rice by her leg, Apurva did her Grihapravesh. Appu got a call. She got tensed but picked up the call and put it on speaker.

Sm: Apurva, bala kuthe aahes? Ghari ye. He bagh, tujhya pasantishivay aamhi tujha lagna lavnar nahi. Pan ghari ye bala. Apurva, aiktiyes na?
[Translation: Apurva, where are you? Please come home. See, without your consent, we will not fix your marriage. But please come home. Apurva, are you listening?]

Appu: Aai, ata tyachi garaj pan nahiye karan mi already Mrs. Apurva Shashank Nigam jhaliye.
[Translation: Mom, now there's no need of that because I have already become Mrs. Apurva Shashank Nigam.]

Aditya: Apurva...You can't be our daughter. Aaj pasun aamhi asa samju ki aamhala mulgi nhavtich. Naak kaplas aamcha.
[Translation: From today, we will believe that we didn't had a daughter. You disgraced us.]

Akshara: Aho?

Aditya: Nahi Akshara, aaj nahi. Aaj hine sarva maryada olandlya. Apurva, tula tya Nigamsobat rahaychay na? Mag tyach sobat raha. Visrun ja ki tula koni Aditya va Akshara Patil navache aai vadil hote. Visrun ja. Amhi hi visrun jau ki Apurva navachi aamhala ek mulgi hoti. Parat tujha tond dakhvu nakos aamhala.
[Translation: No Akshara, not today. Today she crossed her all limits. Apurva, you wanted to live with that Nigam, right? Then live with him only. Forget that someone named Aditya and Akshara Patil were your mom dad. Just Forget it. We too will forget that we had a daughter named Apurva. Don't ever show us your face again.]

Saket: Aditya, you're doing wrong. But ok. If you are disowning her then from today itself, as they married, legally she is our daughter-in-law but emotionally she is our daughter. We are accepting her as our daughter. Yes, we too were angry because of their decision of sudden marriage but exactly after one month, we are going to do their grand marriage. Appu: Baba...

But Aditya ended the call. Here Apurva was going to fall but Shashank held her and hugged her tightly. She cried bitterly in his embrace. Swati and Saket were feeling pity on seeing her condition. Swati brought water and made Apurva drink it.

Swati: Baccha, don't worry. Everything will be fine. Don't give up. You're strong na? And newly wed bride don't cry, ok? Now smile. And we are here. From today, we are your parents, Swati Maa and Saket Papa. Call us Maa and Papa, hmm? Shashank, take her to your room. Take rest, ok?

She wiped Apurva's tears and Shashank took Apurva in his sorry sorry, in their room. They spent their quality time.

After 1 month.
Though Akshara and Aditya were not happy with Sharva's marriage, still for happiness of Apurva they got ready. In this 1 month, they saw that Apurva is happy with Shashank and always smiling wholeheartedly. After one week, Shashank and Apurva were going to be married in Marathi style. Today, ritual of grahamak was going on. Aditya and Akshara were living in Nigam Mansion till wedding. Apurva and Shashank were restricted to meet each other till wedding except for the rituals.

Grahamak was done. After 2 Days, their Haldi was there. Both were sitting on a pat (rectangular seat). Both the parents first applied Haldi to their child and then to the other. Shashank and Apurva's friends had also came there. They to applied Haldi to Sharva. Both were so happy.

This day too passed with teasing and laughing. Next Day was Mehendi and Sangeet. All friends of Shashank and Apurva were staying there only. They had made 2 teams, 1 of bride and 1 of groom for Sangeet. All girls were applying Mehendi on there hand.

In evening, there was Sangeet. Both groups were all ready to compete. The most important dance was of our to be wed couple, Shashank and Apurva.

There were many claps and praises for Appu's cute voice. Again, it was our couple's dance on a Marathi song.

All friends of Shashank and Apurva danced on Gallan Godiyaan, Badri Ki Dulhaniya, Sajiri Gojiri, Chogada Tara, etc.

Finally the day arrived for which they were waiting from so long. Their Wedding Day!
From 6 in the morning, all the wedding rituals started. First the parents of Bride applied Haldi to Shashank and that Haldi was later applied by groom's parents to Apurva. All were happy. Then both the groom and bride changed into a kurta and saree and went in hall for the next rituals.

(Ignore Mangalsutra in Apurva's neck as she have removed it till wedding)

Next rituals started. Apurva's parents gave a kurta to Shashank while Shashank's parents gave a saree to Apurva. They both changed it and came. After coming, it was time for Shashank to wear Mangalsutra in Apurva's neck and put Sindoor in her hair partition.

After that, it was time for Pheres. Both took 7 pheres as well as made 7 promises to each other. Finally they were wedded. Then it was time for Mangalashtaka. Pandit ji told them to change their clothes. Both went and changed into yellow clothes and came down.

After Mangalashtaka, they took blessings from elders and went on stage. There were many guests who were taking photos with them. At night, Shashank and Apurva spent beautifully.

After 1 month.
Apurva was making food in kitchen. She was bringing rotis on dining table when suddenly she fainted. Shashank on right time hold her and prevented her from falling. He quickly took her to hospital. Dr. checked her and took some blood samples. Till that time, Apurva had gained her conscious. She looked everywhere with wide eyes. Shashank helped her to sit on chair. Dr came back with reports and looked at Apurva. Shashank in stress asked.

Shashank: Dr. everything ok?

Dr: Yes Mr. Nigam. Actually I have a news.

Appu: What news?

Dr: Mrs. Nigam, you're pregnant.

Sharva: What? We are going to become parents. Really, doctor?

Dr: Yes. Mr. and Mrs. Nigam. It's true. You're going to become parents.

Both were in tears of happiness. They hugged each other and thanked the doctors. They left from there taking the reports and reached home. Their Apurva's parents had also came. Tension was clear on their faces. As soon as they saw Appu, they ran to her and cupped her face.

Akshara: You ok, baccha?

Appu: I have a news.

All: What news?

Sharva: We're going to become parents. You all are going to be grandparents, Mom Dad.
