Hope's POV

"Jerr?" I sleepily mumble slowly waking up. My eyes finally start to adjust and he chuckles at me and moves my hair off my face. 

"Baby if you open your eyes any wider they're going to pop out of your head." I roll mine at his comment and sit up before giving him a very much anticipated kiss. "I've missed you." he whispers quietly against my ear. "It's been a long two weeks without my baby in my arms."

"I've missed you too." I say softly back. "It's been a long hard week without your arms around me." I bite my lip and pull him closer. He kisses my neck before pulling away a bit and looking at me with lust in his eyes. 

"You're sleeping in my room tonight." he growls in my ear. He stands up with a smirk clearly plastered on his face. My eyes scan the room and I notice my blonde kiddo standing in the corner. I look over at Carli confused and she just shakes her head not telling me. I glance back at Julie and Jerramy follows my line of vision to her. "Hey Sunshine." he says sweetly. "Car why is she in timeout?"

"She did something wrong." states Carli as if it's the most obvious thing in the world. 

"Well duh." I sass getting out of bed and walking towards Jay. "Julie B tell Mom why you're in the corner." She timidly turns her face to me and looks at me with the saddest look I've ever seen. I only get that look when she's done something very bad. I sigh, "Jules what happened?"

"I-I was with Pressy a-and Mall-or-y and-and I-" 

"Baby breathe for Mommy." I say hugging her and swaying with her back and forth. "Shh shh shh. You're going to make yourself sick again if you don't calm down." She finally gets herself relaxed enough to talk so I let go of her and have her stand in front of me.

"We were going to the pet store and I didn't ask Mama first." she says so fast and so quietly I hardly catch it. My eyes widen in realisation and then turn icey cold. I pop her bottom hard and turn her back towards the wall.

"You can stay there until Mama let's you out." I tell her trying to keep my temper under control. Thank goodness Carli caught her this time before she could leave because yesterday was pure torture for the both of us. Not knowing where our little girl was was traumatizing. I turn back toward my husband and smile happily still not over the fact that he's here with me. "Papa and I will be back in a little while. You better behave for Mama or your going to be in even bigger trouble when I get back." I take Jerramy's hand and lead him out into the hallway. I look up at him with a mischievous glint in my eyes, "Where's your room?" He returns the look and sweeps me off my feet and holds me bridal style.

"Someone is naughty now isn't she?" he huskily whispers in my ear. I blush red and burry my face in the nape of his neck. 

"Baby stop." I whine. He laughs and kisses my forehead. I squeal as he suddenly starts to run with me and we disappear into the elevator to go to his floor. Car will be alright with Julie for an hour or so. 

-dinner time-

I walk hand in hand with Jerramy into the dining hall with a big grin plastered on my face. Gosh I've missed my husband. Pinoe whistles at us  when we walk into the door. "Looks like Hopey got some today!" she teases loudly. My smile changes to my famous "Bitch Face" face in a matter of seconds.  Pinoe slowly sits back down in her seat and tries to hide from my gaze. 

"Fix your damn hair before letting the squirts see you. I  mean come on Solo." I can't keep my harsh face as I recognize the voice from behind me. I spin around and see the one and only Abby Wambach leaned against the doorframe with her lips shaped into the stupid goofy grin of hers. "You going to say something or just stand there like a big oaf?" I let go of Jerr's hand and go pull her into a big hug.  

"Why didn't you tell me you were coming?" I ask as I let her go. 

"It was a surprise." she says happily. "I was in the area for an interview and Coach called and asked me to stop by."

"I'm glad to have you back, well at least for a little while." I smile. "Everyone's going to be happy to see you. It hasn't been the same without you Abs." Yeah Abby and I haven't always had the closest, especially during the dark ages of 2007, but we've moved passed that and have become a lot closer. After all our, well hers because mine's still going, entire international career consisted of having me with her on the field. 

"I can't believe I'm saying this but I've missed you Solo." I roll my eyes playfully at her comment and give her a light shove. "I'm going to go go give Baby Horse some love before she figures out I'm here and gets jealous I didn't talk to her first." She walks off and I turn back to my husband. He smiles as he takes my hand and leads my to a table to sit down. 

"I'll go get your food honey." Before I can protest he plants a kiss on my forehead and leaves. A few seconds later Carli walks in grasping Julie's hand tightly. I watch the peculiar sight as I wait for Jerramy to bring me my plate. Those two don't hold hands. "Here darling." he smiles setting it down in front of me. "It looks like Carli and Julie are getting along better, huh?" he comments still smiling but I can tell he's a little disappointed. He really wants a relationship with JJ but she doesn't want one with him. It's strange if you ask me. The two of them make their way over to our table still holding hands and quirk my eyebrow up. 

"Since our little princess can't seem to be responsible with the freedom she has I've decided to take it all away until we think she's ready to handle it." explains Carli noticing my look. "JJ tell Mom what that means."

"I'm not allowed to walk anywhere by myself. I always have to be holding one of you guys's hand." she sighs. "Mom tell Mama she's being ridiculous please." I grin at her request and have to stifle my laughter. 

"Baby girl, Mama and I just got onto you last night for the exact same thing. Obviously it didn't work so maybe this will get your attention." I say making her jaw drop. Ha. She thought I was going to take her side. After dinner I give Julie a piggy back ride up to Carli's and I's room. I drop her down on my bed while Jerramy looks for a movie for us to watch. 

"How about The Hunger Games, Babs?" he ask referring to Julie. She shakes her head no. "Pirates of the Caribbean?" No to that too. "Alvin and the Chipmunks?"  Uh uh. "Cars?"

"Papa I don't want to watch a movie." she states laying on her stomach and propping herself up on her elbows. 

"What do you want to do then JB?" I question leaning down and tickling her. She erupts into a fit of giggles bringing a huge grin onto my face. 

"Mommy!" she yells desperately trying to get away. "Stop it!" she laughs.

"Okay, okay!" I surrender and lay next to her. "What do you want to do with Papa and I?"

"Babs I have Bop it in my bag in my room." suggest Jerramy smiling hopefully at her. That used to be her favorite game in the whole world. She shakes her head and cuddles into me. She holds on to me like a leech. Jerr's face falters at her response but he doesn't give up. "There's Twister in there too." Jule's expression changes just a little bit but it doesn't change enough to mean anything. 

"Baby just hand me the remote." I sigh sitting up and pulling Julie into my lap. He gives it to me and sits next to me letting me cuddle into his side. He nuzzles his cheek on top of my head. Jay wedges herself in between us making the two of us have to separate. She lays herself all on my left side which is the one next to Jerramy. She also makes sure that there's at least five inches between her and him. I look over her head and lock eyes with him. He gives me a small smile and takes my hand from around JJ and holds it in his slightly larger one. Julie disagrees with this and squishes herself backward against the headboard pinning  our hands to it. I quickly pull mine away in pain and shake it. "JB! Jesus baby!" I complain. "Don't do that!" I scold pushing her off of me and sitting all the way up. "That hurt Mom!" Her eyes start to get wet since I shouted at her and I close my eyes feeling bad. 

"Sweet heart." calls Jerramy softly. "Baby." I open my eyes to meet his. He mouths to me "It's okay. Calm down." I feel some of my frustration lift off of my shoulders just by his voice.  "Sunshine you can still lay on Mom but can you get on the other side of her so she can lay with me too?" Julie shakes her head no and throws herself on me. 

"Ouch Jay." I mumble moving her so she not crushing me. I try to take her off of me and sit her beside me but she balls my shirt into her fist and holds tight. "Julie," I sigh, "baby girl I'm not going anywhere. Let me go please." She doesn't move. She stays stuck to me. Jerramy, noticing my discomfort, reaches under her and tries to pull her off but that only makes it worse. She starts to cry and thrash around completely throwing a fit. She ends up kicking me and scratching my face right below my eye. Jerr sees that and immediately tugs her off of me and wraps her in his arms while holding her tightly on his lap. I take a deep breath to calm down. I know she didn't mean to scratch me, it was an accident, but it still hurts really bad. 

"Mommy!" gasps Julie crying so hard that she can hardly breathe. "Let me go!" she wails punching at Jerramy's arms locking her in place. He doesn't react he just continues to hold her and try to hush her. "Ma-Ma-ommy! I want Mommy!"Jerramy slowly slips off the bed and rocks her back and forth. 

"Shh Babs, shh." he soothes kissing her temple. "Hush pretty girl, shh, shh, shh." Julie continues to cry out for me and fight him but he keeps his composer and  keeps bouncing her like I normally do. After a long twenty minutes she cries herself out and lays her head on his shoulder. I smile affectionately at the two of them. I get up and walk to him and carefully take her from him. "I think she's tired Hope." he whispers kissing my temple and putting his hands on my hips. He pulls my back into his chest and presses our bodies together. I rest my head on his shoulder as I rock her to sleep. Once she finally falls asleep I let Jerramy kiss her head before taking her to her room for the night. I lay her down in her bed and tuck her in tightly. 

"Goodnight princess." I coo standing up and turning off the lights. "Sweet dreams baby girl. I love you." 

As I close the door I hear a cute, happy "I love you too!" I bite my lip and smile. I turn around and swing the door open and flick the light on. Julie giggles and hides under her covers. I laugh and go pull the blankets from her face. I'm met with her adorable, cheeky smile. "Hi Mommy!"

"Hi JuJu." I smirk playfully glaring at her. I put her sheets back on her and get her ready for bed again. "It's nanight time little missy." I kiss her nose and get up again. "Goodnight Julie B."

"Goodnight Mommy! I love you!"

"I love you too baby."
