Kaede Akamatsu was born to a 2 parent household. She lived with her Father and Mother. Kaede had a hard time making friends her whole life to her distrustful attitude.

The only one she truly trusted was her father. Her father was a generous and kind man who worked in vr systematics. Her mother was a stay at home mom who had done gardening.

They were a boring but happy family. Her parents had no traces of parents due to them having kaede at 16. When Kaede was 2, her father had created a brand new VR set that sold fast and well. They were stable.

When she was 4, her father had gotten a high paying job at a very important company.

As the years went on, she noticed that her father was changing. He became more depressed and Angry. At night, she could hear him scream at his mother for no good reason. When she turned 8, she had her first party. She had her classmates come over and they had a blast.

Only until.. her father had revealed who he worked for after all those years. He father was the Virtual World designer of a show known as Danganronpa. The parents were impressed. Everyone's attention turned to him. Kaede was very angry. When she had gotten a gift from her father, she threw it right into garbage. She left to her room for the rest of the night.

For 4 years she and her father would rarely speak. It wasn't until she was 13 she finally realized where it stemmed from.

Kaede had a plan. She would anger her father by destroying his copy of the setting for Danganronpa43.

When it was presentation day, Kaede had taken her fathers copy and hid at while at school. When she arrived home that day, she expected to be scolded by her father. But instead he was happy. He had gotten a promotion.

He was going to be in Danganronpa 43.

This was not Kaedes plan. The game was to start in a week. Kaedes 14th birthday was on that week.

Her father had gone. Kaede was so upset at him. She didn't even look at him. But her father did one thing before he went.

" Kaede" he spoke

Kaede refused to look at him

" Honey, I'm sorry but I have to go. After losing the design, I need to for redemption..." He explained

Kaede still did not look at him

" Sigh, I understand if your mad, so..." He said pulling something out his jacket.

" Here" He said handed her a box

Kaede didn't take it so he set it down on a table

" Well I must get going" He declared

" Goodbye" He said kissing his wife

When he closed the door behind him, his wife went upstairs

Now that she was alone. She let it out.

" Sniff, how dare you, you shitty dad" She said crying

" How dare you show me love at this time.." She said letting the tears flow even more violently

She opened the box to find a necklace with a locket. Inside was a picture of young her and her father

She pulled it deeper jnto her chest
