Bubble's P.O.V.

I woke up. I looked at the time on my phone. 9:45 am. I then suddenly remembered it. Lollipop and I would have a date at Gelatin's steakhouse today! My ears perked up. I got out of bed quickly and made myself ready. I then went downstairs to eat breakfast. 

Suddenly, my phone rang. I picked up. "Hey Bubble." It was Lollipop! I got shivers from her deep voice in my ear. "H-hey Lolly..." I said softly. "Ready for our date?" Lollipop asked. "Of course!" I said, a bit too excitedly. Lollipop chuckled, sending more shivers down my spine. "Heh, me too." She said. "Well, I just wanted to say I'm gonna pick you up, ok? So I need your address." I told her my address. "Thanks Bubsie. I'm picking you up at 1:45 pm." I blushed at the nickname. "Ok, thanks." I said. We hung up. 

At 1:45 pm a grey car parked in front of my house. I quickly ran outside. I was wearing a pretty blue shirt and a darker blue skirt and had my hair in a bun. I had treated my fluffy wolf tail too and to be honest I looked pretty good. The door of the car opened and Lollipop came out. She was wearing a purple crop top and some black jeans. She had made her tail extra fluffy. It was a beautiful sight. She walked up to me. "Hey Bubs." She said. "H-hey..." I replied shyly. I hesitated before gently hugging her. The taller girl chuckled and hugged me back. We then let go again. "Ready for the date?" Lolly asked. I nodded. "Then let's go." Lolly said. We both got in the car. She got on the driver's seat and I got on the front seat next to her, so I could admire her while she was driving. 

When we came at Gelatin's steakhouse. We exited the car and went inside the steakhouse. There was Gelatin at the bar. At least, I think it was him, since I didn't know him yet. "Hey Lollipop!" The green haired wolf hybrid said. "Hello Gelatin, do you have a table for two?" Gelatin nodded and walked around the bar. "You must be Bubble." He said. I nodded. "Bubsie is kinda shy, be carful with her." Lollipop said. I blushed at that. Lolly was right tho. I'm pretty shy. "Heh, she's not even your girlfriend yet and you already are like "me got ya bacc, me not shercc, but most importantly, me gotta protecc"! Well, now I will lead you guys to your table. Teardrop will bring your food and I'll take your order." We both followed Gelatin to our table. "You're right Gelatin. Not yet." Lollipop said. I felt very flustered and covered my face. 

When we were at the table, we sat down. Lollipop and Gelatin started talking a bit about how the date succeeded. Gelatin then asked us what food we wanted. I went for a medium-sized steak and Lollipop went for the same. We both chuckled at how we, not intentionally, picked the same food. "And what kind of drink would you like?" Gelatin asked. Lollipop had told me Gelatin is a silly boi (but she likes that about him) but he could still run a business. I could see why. He was very polite to the customers. Leafy would be amazed. "I would like a wine please." Lollipop said. "Coincidentally, I want a wine too." I said. "Wow, we're so in sync and it's beautiful." Lollipop said. Gelatin smiled at us. "As I already had mentioned, TD will bring your food." Gelatin left to stand behind the bar again. 

Lollipop and I started talking and noticed we had many things in common. We both have that one crazy friend (she has Gelatin, I have Ruby), we both hate meeting strangers, we both are kinda obsessed with our tails and there were some more things we had in common. I suddenly saw someone with blue hair and a slight tan come up at us. The (pretty short) cat hybrid put our plates and glasses of wine on the table and waved, smirked for a moment, put a thumbs up then left. "Was that Teardrop?" I asked. Lollipop nodded. I kinda wondered why Teardrop didn't talk, but I thought it was a bit inappropriate to ask. Or maybe insulting. "If you're wondering why TD doesn't talk, well, she is mute, that's why." I gasped. "Did you just read my mind?" I asked her. "Maybe~" Lollipop replied with a smirk. I blushed and decided to take a bite of this tasty-looking steak. 

It was delicious. 

"Oh my god, this is amazing!" I said. Lollipop smiled as she also took a bite. "I know right." 

Lollipop's P.O.V.

The date was going well so far! Bubble liked the steak too! We had a great time and we're talking about all sorts of things. When I discovered Bubble knew the famous RickRoll, I was sure this gal was my ideal girlfriend. 

After a while we finished our food and wine. We were a little tipsy. Bubble was tipsier than me, though, because my body could tolerate alcohol better than hers, apparently. When we walked outside after paying, Gelatin saw it. "Shall I drive you guys home?" He asked. I nodded. We all went in my car and Gelatin drove us to my place. He did it like it wasn't a big deal, since I always order a wine and he drives me home in my car. He then walks back, since it's just a 10 minute walk (5 minute drive). Bubble and I were chatting and giggling on the back seat. 

When we got at my place, we exited the car. "Well, bye guys. And have fun~" Gelatin said. My tipsy ass laughed (instead of scolding him like I do when I'm not tipsy) and said "Hehe, I will!" Bubble was a blushing mess. 

That was a long chapter! Damn!
