I led Anna over to her bed, her small figure still in my embrace. I layed both if us down on the bed, pulling the covers over the two of us. I had no care that my jacket was soaked in Anna's tears, they were hers after all! Once she was done sobbing into my chest, she gave me a warm smile and burried her head back into my chest. Anna pulled me in tighter, and I held her close as well. "Megan, I'll be there for you as well, okay?" Anna said, her voice muffled slightly due to the fact her face was burried in my chest. I ran my hand through her one of her pigtails, bringing my hand back to it's spot on her back.

After a few minutes, soft snores filled the silence. Anna has fallen asleep, so I followed suite and did the same just without snoring (I think).

I woke up, rubbing my eyes. "Mmm Anna, you wanna head to the skatepark before school?" I grumbled, but no response. The realization hit me, Anna wasn't here. "Anna I swear don't pull this prank again.." I mumbled, agitated slightly. Oh I might as well mention, today is my birthday. Yup, and I never liked my birthday. Since my grandpa passed on my birthday and we both shared a birthday, I found the day cursed. I never really celebrated either, my parents would just say "Megan the best gift is family together, and why not make the day pleasureable!" We believe me, it was never pleasureable for me. I walked to the bedroom door, to see the words "Happy Birthday Megan!" Written on a banner that was taped to the door. I opened the door, god why did I tell her my birthday? I should've known she'd do something! I didn't take one step out before Anna jumped out from behind a corner, wearing a party hat. "Megan! Happy birthday! Now go lay back down, I'll bring you breakfast m'kay?" Anna cheered, pushing me down onto the bed and closing the door.

Once Anna got back, she brought a tray with orange juice, french toast, scrambled eggs, and a cimimin roll. "Anna, you didn't have to-" I was cut off by yours truly, you can assume who. "Megan, I wanted to!" Anna said, laying the tray on my lap and holding the orange juice so it didn't spill. I stared at the meal infront of me. There's no way I could accept this. I loved her yes but, it feels like to much.. "Anna I love this and all but.." I trailed off. "It's not normal for me to be, treated like this. With a huge party and breakfast in bed and.." Anna hushed me. "Megan, we have the day to ourselves! I thought it would be the best way to spend your birthday since you didn't celebrate." Anna smiled, handing me a fork from her hoodie pocket. "I talked to Skylar and Jack, they said you've never done anything before, so why not 6th grade be a new?" I grabbed the fork, looking at my reflection in it. My gaze drifted to Anna. "I'mma need another fork." Anna gave me a questioning look, so I gave her look a response. "Well sure as h*ll I ain't eating all this alone! Chiefs deserve to taste their dish after all." I smirked as Anna darted to the kitchen to get another fork.

I'll say, Anna is one good cook. I'd never tasted eggs like that before, and she apparently handmade the orange juice which tasted amazing! Everything she fixed us was great.

Once that was over, Anna lead me outside into the living room. The living room was decorated like no other. Streamers hung from the ceiling and the ceiling fan, the floor had a giant (what I think is handmade) disco floor, speakers filling the once empty room corners, and a few other Bluetooth speakers on the tables. "Anna, what in the name of Jesus have you done?!" I asked, shocked. "I'll take that as a 'I love this more than anything' question." Anna smirked, pulling out a wrapped box from behind the couch. "I would wait till later, but I can't.." Anna smiled, handing the box to me. I ripped it open (I'm sure Anna expected that) and to add to my shock, Anna had gotten me a laptop. This isn't your average Acer laptop, this one had the lights under the keys (which was a dream of mine to have a laptop like that) and the screen could come off and become a tablet kinda thing! "So I set everything on it up, and Doceri is already installed which I thought you'd like, and all the games we like to play are on there." Anna said, sitting us down on the couch. She also got me a wireless mouse to go with it. The mouse was black for the most part, with some blue and it looked expensive and high tech.

Anna and I played for maybe 5 hours on this one game, Roblox. Anna and I decided to play an Easter game, well the 2017 annual egg hunt at least since we forgot to play it last year. Anna had done some research on how to get some if the eggs and which are the ones we want.

The first egg we went for was most likely my favorite. We had to parkour up a tree by bounching on mushrooms which believe me is hard ( I was even better at parkour than Anna and it was still hard!). Once we got to the top, we had to read some book and travel to a secret swampy area. The swamp's water was poison, so if you touched it (like we did a billion times IN AN APPROPRIATE WAY) you took damage and most likey died. To start the mission for the egg, we had to read some dragon book and talk to some guy. After that it was a scavenger hunt for knight armor. After Anna's game crashing twice, we finally got all the armor we needed without looking up their location! When Anna crashed though she had to do the parkour again and get the armor back. After the armor we had to beat a dragon and BOY LEMME TELL YOU. Anna beat it within a few tries but me, not that easy. The one area in the arena had stairs to a higher point. Everytime I went to climb the stairs they just fell from underneath me! Other times the dragon we fought would kill me or I'd miss a easy jump to a platform. Basically to beat it you had to get on his head when he came down to the main area and click the little icon that would appear. The hardest part was getting on his head. This dragon was lagging his way across the arena! After about I'd say 20 minutes I finally beat the lagging beast. After that we went to a few other places to get eggs there, the one place had this zipline course to go through. The ziplines were easy, besides the fact that you would always run into something on the way. Once I got far enough, there was a jump from zipline to zipline. In the same area was a temple run like game. That was hard as well. After that we called it a day on Roblox and Anna decided to start another activity she had planned.

"Okay, so I heard you've never been to an amusement park. Well today that changes! Today we're going to Islands King which has both a water park and a amusement park. We'll just bring an extra pair of clothes for the water part." Anna said, grabbing a bag that had our clothes in it. "I bought us passes for each area and we're there for however long we want, as well as fast pass." Anna said, walking out to the driveway.

We called an Uber to bring us there, and luckily without question. Once we got there we went straight for roller coasters. I was scared, but happy all at once being here. The first thing we did was an easy sit down shooter game. Anna beat me at it, but only because my gun wasn't working. After that we went to our first roller coaster, Adventure Express. It was really cool actually. The setting was you were traveling through ancient tunnels with old statues and all, and it was a nice and easy ride. After that was Stunt Coaster, which did not look like my thing. Anna bought us fast passes so my nerves were going overboard. "Oh Megan calm down, if anything happens just hold onto me okay?" Anna reassuresd, grabbing hold if my hand as we got into the ride car. The ride shot off and went straight up a spiral, then down a small hill in a matter of seconds. Once the ride shot off is when I gripped onto Anna for dear life. I didn't let go the whole ride. Once we did everything we wanted in the park part, we headed to the water park.

Anna and I went on almost all the water attractions they had, since I loved water slides ALOT more than roller coasters. Often times we would try to get an inner tube together if we could, which most of the time we could. After we did probably all the slides, we went to the wave pool. Anna and I went as far/deep as we could, so when the waves came they could push us to the shallower end where the waves were more hecktic. We would sit in the shallow area, getting knocked over and splashed in the face alot. We repeated the wave pool cycle for maybe 3 hours before deciding to take a break, get food, and get some rides in before they closed. Anna and I got a pizza to share and went on the water slides we liked most a last time. The water park was basically closing once we got out if the changing rooms, we wanted to get Dip 'n Dots but all the stands were closed so we took the train back to the park area. Once we got a few rides in there, we called an Uber again to ride us home.

We got home about 10pm which isn't to bad. Anna thought it'd be a good time for cake, so she brought one out. She turned down the lights, lighting the candels. After we (mostly Anna) sung happy birthday and dished out cake, we watched Rise Of The Guardians in 3D. I hated 3D so I gripped Anna's arm the whole time, waiting for some creepy guy's face to charge at me. Luckily nothing really ran twords the face in this.

"Megan, we aren't sleeping there tonight." Anna said, making me look stupid. I was walking to our bedroom when she said this. She motioned to her back door, dragging me out. "We're camping! Might be only the back yard but hey! It's camping as long as it's outside." Anna said, unzipping the tent door. The tent was big enough to fit probably 4 people, it even had a place in the roof to unzip, maybe to stargaze.

Anna started a fire just far enough not to burn anything but the wood we were using. We roasted marshmallows and made s'mores, which I'd never had before. "Oh my gosh Annash deesh are greatshs!" I shouted through a mouth full of s'more.

Anna and I fell asleep in one giant sleeping bag, which felt like we were closer together that usual. Anna positioned herself like she did yesterday, her face burried into my chest, holding me tight. We basically recreated what we did the night before but without tears.
