Quick background. People at the house in Florida: Anthony, Jasmine, Stephanie, Mario, Anthony's mom, Anthony's aunt, her husband, and their kid Phoebe(14). There's Mario's wife, Nina, and their kids Alex(4), April(6), Ann(2), John(9), and Kate(9). Jasmine's POV

"Come on Jas!" Ant yelled from the kitchen. I grabbed my suitcase and ran to him. He slid his arm around my waist and we went down to the cab.

After the drive we met Steph at the airport.

"LET'S GO TO FLORIDA!" She yelled. Tired travelers gave us dirty looks.

"She loves this trip." Ant whispered to me. I giggled as we watched Steph run to get our bags checked.

We got on the plane and I immediately fell asleep.

Anthony's POV

"We're here." I said quietly to Jas, who was sleeping with her head on my shoulder. She groggily got up and I helped her get her suitcase from the overhead compartment. We met up with Steph and got our rental car.

"There's a lot of kids in our family. Just so you know." I said to Jas. Steph nodded from the backseat.

We got to the house that we rented and walked inside. I was met with five of my nieces and nephews jumping ontop of me. Jas giggled at me as I fell to the ground.

"Get off Uncle Anthony!" My brother's wife, Nina, said as she walked into the room. The children got up. I stood, walked up to Nina, and kissed her on the cheek.

"Hi Anthony! Oh who is this?" She asked. I smiled.

"That's my girlfriend, Jasmine." I said. Jas smiled and hugged Nina. The rest of my family soon came in and introduced themselves.

"Where's Ma?" I asked my older brother Mario.

"Her flight doesn't come in for another two hours." He answered. I frowned and headed to the living room.

"Hey Phoebe!" I said cheerily to my gothic cousin who was sitting on the couch with her headphones on. She ignored me.

"She's not very talkative." I whispered to Jas. She giggled. We grabbed our suitcases and walked upstairs to our room.

Jas jumped on the bed and gasped.

"It's so comfy!" She exclaimed. I chuckled at her.

Jas then proceeded to run around the room, pointing out anything she found remotely exciting. She ran out onto the balcony. I followed her.

"Ant!" Jas exclaimed, hugging me and resting her head on my chest. "Look how beautiful it is." I smiled.

"I know Jas, I've gone to this house for vacation for the past twenty years." Jas frowned and looked up at me.

"Did you ever take her here?" She asked. She didn't even have to specify who her was. (it's Emma btw)

"No no no. You're the first person I've ever brought here." I said. Jas smiled and snuggled closer to me. "My mom is very excited." I continued. She smiled even brighter.

We walked downstairs with our fingers intertwined.

"Uncle Anthony can you come swimming with us?" My nephew, Alex, asked while tugging on the bottom of my shirt.

"Sure!" I said crouching down so I was at his height. "But only if Aunty Jasmine can come with us. Alex nodded we ran upstairs to get changed.

Jas and I got downstairs and were about to join Alex and his siblings in the pool when Jas ran up to Phoebe.

"Hey you wanna come to the pool with us?" She asked.

"Maybe later." Phoebe responded, though I knew she really meant never.

"Worth a try." She whispered as she ran back to me. I smiled at her, grabbed her hand, and we walked to the pool together.

"Ewwww Uncle Anthony and Aunty Jasmine are holding hands!" Mario's daughter, April, exclaimed. All of the adults laughed while the kids looked at us in disgust.

Jas and I approached the pool and I got an idea.

"Jas look at that!" I said, pointing to a spot in the water below. We both squated down and Jas stared at the pool.

"Ant, I don't see an-" She was cut off be me pushing her into the pool. Everyone laughed loudly while Jas came to the surface.

"ANTHONY RAMOS MARTINEZ!!!" She yelled. I was laying on my back now, laughing.

I got up and offered Jas my hand to help her climb out. She took it. Suddenly, Jas pulled on my arm and I fell into the water with her.

"You should've seen that coming." Steph said when I came up for air. I rolled my eyes at her and playfully shoved Jas who was still giggling.

Two hours later, Mario and I were throwing his kids into the deep end of the pool while Nina, Steph, and Jas sat on the side talking.

"GRANDMA!!" Alex yelled. We turned to see my mother standing it the doorway. We all ran up to greet her.

"Hi Anthony!!" She said, kissing me on the cheek. "Where's this girlfriend I've heard so much about?"

"Right here!" Jas said, making her way through the crowd of relatives. "Hi Mrs. Ramos."

"Anthony, te has encontrado una novia muy bonita. No la dejes ir." My mother said. (Translation: Anthony, you have found a very beautiful girlfriend. Do not let her go.) My family laughed and nodded in agreement but Jas looked at me in confusion.

"Sí, soy muy afortunado." I responded. (Translation: Yes, I am very lucky.) Jas was still very confused.

"And please honey, call me Ma." My mother said. Jas smiled and hugged her. Jas then wrapped her arms around me and rested her head on my shoulder.

"What were you guys saying?" She whispered to me.

"I'll tell you a little later." I whispered back. Then Phoebe came over.

"Can I talk to Jasmine really quickly?" She mumbled. Jas looked at me with her eyebrows raised but walked off with Phoebe.

Jasmine's POV

"What is it Phoebe?" I asked once we were far enough away that no one could hear us.

"Listen." She said, seriously. "Don't get the idea that I'm starting to like you but I have to say this." She took a deep breath. "Anthony's my favorite cousin, and I have a LOT of cousins. I've never met any of his other girlfriends but this is the happiest I've ever seen him." She said, taking almost no breaths.

I grinned at her.

"Really?" I asked. She nodded and slipped on her headphones. It was then that I saw what shirt she was wearing.

"You like Hamilton?" I asked. She sighed and took off her headphones again.

"What?"

"I said do you like Hamilton?" She smiled slightly.

"Yah kinda. Anthony made me start listening to it. It's not that bad. Why?"

"I play Peggy and Maria." I said. She grinned.

"REALLY? Because Peggy is like my favorite character!" She said excitedly. Then she caught herself.

"I mean your kinda a good singer or whatever." Phoebe then walked back inside. I headed over to Ant.

"What was that?" He asked as he put his arm around my waist.

"Nothing. She just wanted to say that she can tell you love me." I said. Ant smiled at me.

"Yah wanna go walk on the beach?" He asked. I nodded.

"Nosotros vamos a la playa!" Ant said to his mother. "Volveremos antes de la cena." (Translation: We are going to the beach. We will be back before dinner.)

"Que te diviertas." She said. (Translation: Have fun.)

Ant grabbed my hand and we walked over to the beach. The sun was just starting to set and the sky was slowly turning red.

"You need to teach me Spanish." I said, happily resting my head on his shoulder.

"I will mi amor." He said. (Translation: my love)

We were about to walk back in the door to the house when Ant stopped me.

"I love you!" He said. I smiled and pressed my lips to his.

"Eww look at Uncle Anthony!" John yelled. Ant grinned and ran to pick him up. John screamed as Ant grabbed him. I giggled with only one thought in my head.

I want to spend my life with this man.
