Ant and I strolled down the street early Monday morning, fingers intertwined. Both of out phones buzzed at the same time. It was Steph in a group chat she made us. We hated the name she gave it but every time we tried to change it, she'd just switch it back. (I'm not feeling very creative with this name)

I dropped Ant's hand and we both whipped our heads around. Standing about twenty feet behind us was Steph. She was looking a little too excited. She sprinted up to us and pulled us into a giant hug.

"IT WORKED! IT WORKED! OUR PLAN WORKED!" She screamed. Ant and I wiggled our way out of her hold. He shushed her quickly.

"Yes we're dating but you can't tell ANYONE!" He said. I nodded.

"Fine. Fine." She said reluctantly. "Who knows?"

"Pippa and Groff." I said. Steph turned to Ant and took a deep breath.

"I'm not mad," she started. "But WHY'D YOU TELL THEM BEFORE YOUR OWN SISTER!!!" We were about to explain our situation but she continued her rant.

"YOU KNOW I'LL BE YOUR BIGGEST SHIPPER!!! YOU SHOULD'VE TOLD ME!!!!" (I'm not sorry. I knew you'd fight until the war was won. Ok I'm done. Back to the story.) Ant calmed her down.

"We didn't tell them." He said once she was calm. "They caught us."

"Wow" She said. "Three people have caught you in the past four days. You need to be more careful." Ant looked at me.

"Unless... (If I could prove that I never broke the law- I NEED TO STOP.) Ant quickly told us his plan. Steph and I both approved it and Ant and I texted Groff and Pippa.

We had just finished our first full dance-through of the first act. The cast was in a very happy mood. We were in a circle listening to Lin as he made announcements.

"And that's it." He said after telling us a few things. "Anyone have anything else to add?" I glanced up and Ant who was taking a deep breath. Groff, who sat next to him, patted him on the back. I gave him an encouraging smile.

This was a big deal for us. If our Hamilton family didn't approve of us, we probably couldn't be together.

Ant stood up.

"I do!" He said. The cast looked at him, expectantly. "I have something to tell you guys. But I need some help." That was my cue. I jumped to my feet and ran to Ant. I smashed my lips into his. We both had our eyes clothed but I could hear the cheers of the cast.

"IN THE WORDS OF THE KIDS MY SHIP HAS SAILED!!!!" Lin screamed. (I've seen that on another fic so if I stole that from you I'm sry) Most of the cast started laughing.

"I GOT THE COOKIES!!!" Thayne yelled. More laughter. Ant and I didn't pay attention to any of this. We were too involved with each other.

"Hey Janthony break it up. We've got questions." Daveed said. Ant and I blushed but turned away from each other and faced the cast. Questions were fired at us.

"How long has this been happening?"

"Why'd you wait so long to tell us?"

"Who asked who out?"

We answered the questions just as fast as they were coming at us with the same answers that we had given Groff, Pippa, and Steph. At least until a question came that had recently gotten a different answer.

"Have you done it yet?" Daveed yelled from the back. The cast laughed but looked at us expectantly for an answer. We both glanced at each other nervously and blushed.

"NO!!!" Ant said as he laughed nervously. I shook my head rapidly. We must've taken to much time to answer.

"THEY'VE DONE IT!!!!" Oak yelled. They all started being either very overprotective of extremely childish. Oak, Daveed, and Thayne started patting us on the back and congratulating us while Lin, Chris, and Les lectured us on safety and using protection. We were both blushing bright red.

"Ok we're gonna go." Ant yelled over all the noise. He grabbed my hand and we both headed to the doors.

"Have fun!!" Daveed said while winking at us. I rolled my eyes at him.

"Be safe! Use a condom!" Leslie yelled. Ant blushed while I laughed. We pushed our way out of the theater.

We walked down the street, swinging our hands back and forth. We were happy with our new-found freedom.

About halfway back to our apartment, we saw the two people that we hated the most

"Emma and Noah!" Ant whisper-yelled at me. "Emma and Noah!!!"

I froze.

I couldn't move.

Noah had his arm around Emma and they were walking straight towards us.

I felt Ant pull on my arm but I wouldn't budge.

Suddenly, my feet were swept from the ground.

I snuggled closer to Ant's body as he carried me into the closest building, my favorite café. He sat down quietly and let me cry into his shoulder.

Suddenly he got up and carried me into another room. They must've passed the window. After a few more minutes of crying, I looked up to see where we were.

"Umm Ant?" I asked after sniffing a few times.

"Yah Jas?" He said, looking at me expectantly.

"Why are we in the women's bathroom?" I asked. He looked around the room then back at me. He shrugged.

"Whoops!" He said with a slight smile. I giggled. Ant then wiped the remaining tears off my face. We sat on the bench like that, with me on his lap and my head on his shoulder. After about five minutes, Ant helped me stand up. We walked to the door and peered out.

No sign of them. Ant quickly slipped out and I soon followed. Outside we walked swiftly and cautiously to the apartment. We reached the elevator.

"Shit out of order." Ant said. We walked over to the seemingly innumerable stairs. I got tired just looking at them.

"Yah know these boots are really killing me I don't think I can walk that." I said looking down at my shoes, disappointed to see that I was wearing sneakers. Dang it he knows I'm lying. Ant looked at my feet and smiled.

"You want me to carry you?" He asked. I smiled at him.

"Please?" I asked. He smiled and crouched down so I could climb on his back. I clambered on and Ant started running up the stairs as fast as he could given the situation. I laughed loudly the whole time. When we got to our apartment, he dropped me on the couch and collapsed, panting, onto the floor. I giggled at him.

"Thank you so much Ant." I said.

"No... problem!" He panted. I helped him up off the floor and to his bed. I wrapped my arms around him and rested my head on his chest. Thank goodness I had Ant. A thought crossed my mind.

I love him.

Yay for random fluff. This chapter was kinda random and all over the place. Most of it was filler stuff because I don't like making chapters under 1000 words. Oh well. Thank you guys for reading this. Seriously I'm a horrible writer so thanks. Please tell me if you see any mistakes.

Hard to chose but I guess John Laurens. He was gay. He loved turtles and he fought for equality for all races. But I love pretty much all of them.
