And so it ends(but not really)

"Everybody get down!" Yelled Bruno, dramatically diving under the table. Carmen leaped over it, pushing people down and tackling the bartender.

"Come on," Andrea yelled, grabbing the stranger's hand. She pulled them through the crowd of people rushing for the exits. She made a hard left as one of the bullets glided past her ear.

"What is going on?" the stranger cried out, "Where are you taking me?"

"I'm gonna be honest with you, love." Andrea panted, "I have no idea."

They both raced into the streets, Andrea's hand still in theirs. She knew she was being followed but there was no way they were going to hurt her. At least that's what she kept telling herself. She's heard of this happening before but thought it only happened in movies. What kind of psycho would shoot up a casino? Why were they doing it?

However, this wasn't the time to worry about that, she just needed to get back into her territory. They know better than to follow her there, it'll only get them killed. This didn't stop the racing of her heart, but it gave her reason to continue to run.

Andrea let out an audible groan, how was she going to explain this?

"Yeah mom, I was just chilling at the casino and all of a sudden people started shooting at me. You believe me, right?"  she thought to herself bitterly. The amount of questioning she'd get would be unbelievable.

"There she is! Somebody grab her!" She heard somebody yell from the sidewalk.

"Oh shit!" she thought, "They're trying to hold me for ransom!"

"For fuck's sake!" She exclaimed loudly to herself, "This is about the shop thing, isn't it?"

She stopped dead in her tracks, her arm nearly getting ripped off by the person still attached to her hand.

"Ow! Watch it!" she hissed, pulling her hand away and rubbing her shoulder.

"You're the one who dragged me three blocks and then stopped in the middle of getting shot at!" they replied, "I'd say you watch who you kidnap!"

Andrea's cheeks pinked, "I didn't kidnap you! I just kinda accidentally forced you away from where you were."

Three guys tackled the stranger, forcing their hands behind their back in a threatening manner.

"Let go of me!" They shouted, "Get your hand off me!"

"Hey! It's me your after idiots," Andrea barked, "Leave the citizen out of this!"

"Listen here, spitfire. Your boss knows the rules, and she's been in the know for a good few years. She's not dumb. You know it, I know it. Hell, I was excited when I heard she got the role. So, care to tell me why she approved the building of a tattoo parlor in our territory?" He glared at her, daring her to come up with an excuse.

"I'm gonna be honest, I have no clue. But wanna know what I do have a clue about? This. You talking to me without a third person here to monitor us. If you really cared that much about rules then why don't you follow them yourself?" she retorted. She crossed her arms and widen her stance. If this was the direction she was taking this, she might as well have fun with it.

"Unless of course, this isn't supposed to be about business  at all and you're just using it as an excuse to talk to me?" Okay, so maybe the wink was a little too far, but when talking to a rich, middle-aged, white man, you're basically safe to do anything, right?

The man stared her down. "I want the parlor down by Wednesday. If I get my way, everything will be fine. If I don't, then I congratulate you for your new position."

Her posture stiffened, "You have no right to threaten the boss like that."

"That may be true," He drawled out, picking a crisp piece of paper out of his shirt pocket, "but I see no one here brave enough to stop me."
