"Naomi"

I groan inwardly as I turn my attention away from the television to face him.

In case you didn't know already. Alex, the douche bag is back. He came back really early this morning and he has been such a liability since he came.

Asking me foolish questions.

Disturbing my life.

Annoying me with everything that he does.

"Yes, what's the matter?" I ask.

"I just wanted to apologise" he says.

Apologise kwa? Has this man been drinking?

"Apologise for what exactly?" I ask in an irritated voice.

This man better not say something foolish because I would just lose my temper with him right now.

"Well for starters..." he says but I cut him off.

"Why are you speaking English, what are you apologising for hmm?" I ask in anger.

He wants to talk but I cut him off.

"Is it for beating me the other day? Or is it for kidnapping and keeping me hostage? Or is it for denying me my right to work? Or it for preventing me from keeping friends?" I ask.

He looks surprised by my questions, I don't blame him me sef I'm surprised.

"Is it for taking my virginity or is it for raping me countless times or is it for causing me trauma or is it for pushing me to drugs or is it for taking me away from my family and friends?" I ask with tears in my eyes.

"Naomi, I'm sorry" he says.

I let out a bitter laugh.

"There's nothing that your sorry can do for me. It can't rectify anything. The damage has been done" I say with a hiss then I get up and leave.

I'm fuming with anger as I walk up the stairs to my room. Foolish bastard! I crash on the bed and rub my temples.

My mind wanders back to my date yesterday. It was absolutely magical. Everything was just so beautiful from the table setting, to the lights to the environment itself. Not to mention the food which was absolutely delicious.

Aaron was nothing but romantic. He was such a sweetheart, constantly dishing out compliments and leaving me a blushing mess. Stealing a kiss at every opportunity.

He asked me to be his girlfriend last night and I agreed. Obviously.

I didn't go through so much pain only to meet him again and miss an opportunity to be with him.

Someone knocks on the door twice.

"Come in" I say.

Alex steps in and immediate hiss and pick up my phone acting all busy.

"Naomi, I'm really sorry for everything" he says and I roll my eyes at that.

"I have heard" I say.

He starts talking but I completely ignore everything that he's saying and I zone out.

Aaron's P.O.V

Naomi is my girlfriend now for the second time. I smile at the thought. I'm currently with Ayo, we're shopping for birthday decorations.

I'm throwing Naomi a surprise birthday party. Her birthday is coming up this week.

"How was your date on Saturday?" Ayo asks.

"Words can't describe it" I say sincerely.

Honestly, I can't think of any word that can properly and adequately describe how my date with Naomi went.

She enjoyed herself a lot and she really liked I could tell. With a lot of help from my very romantic twin brother I was able to set up an amazing date for my Naomi.

When I asked her to be my girlfriend my heart was pounding in my chest. I was so happy when she said yes, I was grinning from ear to ear like an idiot.

She did that to me. She brings out the best me and I love her for it.

"Guy, stop day dreaming and focus" Ayo says snapping his fingers in my face.

He's taking this whole thing really serious. We all are by we I mean Ayo, Bimbo, Temi and me.

"How many people are coming sef?" I ask.

"Not many people just me, you, Bimbo, Temi and Mariam" he says.

Mariam is Ayo's girlfriend. She's super nice. Naomi has met her a few times and they really clicked.

"That's nice, I just want people we know. So Temi will come from Abuja?" I ask.

He nods affirmative.

"From here we'll go and place order for the cake right?" he asks.

"Yeah" I say looking through the rows for balloons.

We're throwing her a house party then we'll take it to the club from there and then she'll spend the night with me.

I'm going to make sure she has the time of her life. She deserves happiness, she really does.

"Tyrone is coming too, I told him about it" Ayo says.

"All the way from U.S?" I ask with raised eyebrows.

"Yeah but he said we shouldn't tell Naomi. It's a surprise" he says.

I simply nod. I don't even know what to get her as her birthday present. Even though I knew she would accept anything, I still wanted to give her something spectacular that will blow her mind.

"So after we leave the club and you take Naomi to place. Will you guys do it?" he asks.

Ayo is literally the only twenty seven year old man I know that still calls sex it.

I give him an odd look.

"What kind of question is that?" I ask him.

"Guy just answer" he says.

"I don't know it depend on her" I say and he just nods.

We throw a few more things into the shopping trolley and head over to go and pay.

We're standing in line when I sight someone quite familiar. It's Naomi.

Someone else is walking close behind her, I think they came together he turns back and I catch a glimpse of his face.

"Is that Alex?"
