Naomi's P.O.V

I wake up and rub my eyes lazily. I must have slept off after eating. I sit up and look around the room as if I was unsure of my surroundings.

I'm about to get up when my phone rings, I take it from the night stand and check the caller ID and it's Alex. I cuss inwardly before picking it up.

"Hello" I say feigning happiness.

"Hey babe, how are you?" he asks.

"I'm fine" I reply curtly.

"You sound mad, is everything okay?" he asks.

Like you care.

"I told you before I'm fine" I say.

"Hmmm, okay. I was just checking on you" he says.

"Thank you, hope work is okay?" I ask even though I don't care.

"Yeah but it's kinda hectic" he says.

"Sorry, I'll talk to you later" I say hoping he'll end the call.

"Okay, bye" he says then he hangs up much to my happiness.

I hiss and keep the phone back on the night stand. I'm about to rest my head back on my pillow when my phone buzzes again but this time it's the sound of my alarm.

I shut off the alarm and jump off my bed. It's the alarm I set for my date with Aaron.

I strip out of my clothes and run into the bathroom.

I put on the shower and allow the water run from the top of my head to the sole of my feet. I grab my shampoo and squeeze a generous amount on my hair.

I wash my hair for some minutes then I rinse it out all the shampoo. I take a very quick shower.

I grab a fresh towel from my cabinet and dry my body. I get my hand dryer and plug it in. I put in on and I'm disturbed by how much noise it's making.

I dry my hair completely and put some hair cream on it and comb it out. I manage to put my hair in place and make myself look presentable.

I put on very minimal make up. Aaron doesn't like heavy makeup and I don't like it either.

Now to find an outfit. I rummage through my wardrobe looking for something to wear. I have a lot of outfits to choose from and I can't decide what to wear.

"Mary"!! I shout.

She gets to my room almost immediately.

"Yes ma'am" she says.

"Which dress do you think I should wear" I say pointing to the five dresses I have on my bed.

She looks at them for some minutes before speaking up.

"I think you should wear the white one ma'am" she says.

"Why do you say so?" I ask her.

"White is a very good colour on you, it makes you look elegant" she says.

"Thank you, you may leave" I say.

She nods then she leaves.

I get the dress and put it on and I marvel at myself in the mirror. The dress fits me perfectly hugging me in all the right places. (outfit in media)

I get my shoes and slip them on. I grab my purse and throw my phone in and a tube of lip gloss.

I take a deep breath and step out of my bedroom and I head outside.

Aaron's P.O.V

It's already five minutes after six, I'm running late. I hope she's not getting angry.

I see her standing at the entrance of her street and I park the car.

I don't know why but she insisted I should picked her from in front of her street instead of coming to house directly. I didn't push it, that's just the best way to handle Naomi.

She hasn't seen me yet. I stare at her and she looks absolutely stunning. The colour white makes her look gorgeous and the dress just brings out her body shape making her look really sexy.

I get down from my car and walk towards her.

"Hello" I say wrapping my hands around my waist and she gasps at my actions but she calms down when she realises that it's me.

"You scared the shit out of me" she says sounding pissed.

Okay we're off to a rocky start nothing a little charming attitude can't fix.

"I'm so sorry babe, It's just you look so beautiful" I say sincerely.

She smiles at my comment.

"Okay, let's go to the car" she says detangling herself from my arms.

I take her hand and we walk down to where I parked. I open the door for her and she gets in. I close her door and get into the driver seat.

I turn on the car and the engine roars to life.

"Put on your seatbelt" I say in authoritative voice.

"Yes dad" she says rolling her eyes but she puts it on.

"I'm just keeping you safe" I say then I drive off.

I kept my eyes on the road trying my best nor to stare at her but of course I kept looking at her at intervals.

I have dreamed about this for a very long time and now it was finally coming true. I love Naomi very much and there is no second or minute or hour or day that passes without me thinking about her.

I just wished she opened up more. I know something is bothering her but she's not willing to talk. At least not yet.

I glance at her again but she's just staring at her hand as if they're the most relevant thing in the whole world.

"You're shy" I say but it sounds more like a question.

"Is it that obvious?" she asks facing me.

"Nope but for someone like me who knows everything about you and observes every little detail and pays attention to every little thing about you, it's pretty obvious" I say.

"Where are we going?" she asks excitedly.

"I won't tell you" I say with a shrug.

"Please na" she says with a whiny voice.

"Nope" I say popping the p.

"Tell me" she says placing her hand on my thigh but it wasn't intentional.

That hand was doing things to me right now.

"I can't, it'll ruin the surprise" I say.

She huffs with annoyance and leans back into her chair.

"Are you mad at me?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.

She doesn't answer. Classic Naomi and her silent treatment.

"Naomi. I'm talking to you" I say.

Still no answer.

I know what will make her happy now. A song.

I take a breath and start to sing my heart out

I turn to face and she's smiling like crazy and she looks super cute.

"Say you love me" I say.

"I love you" she says with a smile.
