(Y/n began to fight electro and khan began to fight vulture)

Khan-I have been wanting to have a rematch with you for what you done to me last time.

Vulture-But only this time you will die.

(Vulture then grab Khan and they both continue to fight each other in the air)

Y/n-Max stop we don't have to fight.

Electro-Yes we do you are going to pay for what you did to me.

Y/n-That was on accident and you were hurt innocent people.

When y/n said that it pissed off Electro and he began shooting lightning at y/n but he was dodging them)

Y/n-Damn it max I am trying to help you!!!

Electro-The only person you need to help is yourself.

(Y/n then launch himself at electro and they both hit the ground hard and y/n began beating on electro)

(Meanwhile with Khan he was dodging all of vulture attacks but then vulture landed a kick on Khan making him land on a roof)

Khan-Is that all you got?!

Vulture-Ha far from it!

(Vulture then pulls out a gun and fires at Khan but he quickly dodges it but then he soon realize that that gun slice the building in half and was beginning to collapse and so he quickly jump off of it and swing to safety)

Khan-What the hell is that?!

Vulture-You like it came from the doc himself and I gotta say it is amazing.

(Vulture continues to shoot at Khan but he dodges all of them and Khan shot his webs at vulture but he quickly cut them)

Vulture-You are gonna have to do better than that.

Khan-I know but what about this!

(Khan then lifts up a car and throws it at vulture but he uses his gun to slice the car in half but little does he know that Khan only used the car as a distraction and he found a opening and punch vulture with full force knocking him back a few feet away)

Khan-How do you like that.

(Meanwhile with y/n electro blast y/n off of him)

Electro-You are just like them hurting me for your own pleasure and try to falsely make me believe that you care about me but in reality don't.

(Y/n then stops and looks at electro)

Y/n-You are wrong max unlike them  I do care about you and I know what it is like to be made fun of just because you are different please let me help you.

(In a brief moment he actually believe y/n but then he remembered his time in union and the pain the people put him through)

Electro-LIER!!!

(Electro then shot lightning at y/n but he quickly dodge it)

Electro-Lies all of it are lies I am going to make your suffer for almost manipulating me.

(Electro was then continuing shooting lightning at y/n until he landed a hit on him)

Venom-Y/n he is a lost cause let's finish this.

Y/n-No I can still get to him I am not going to make the same mistake like last time.

Venom-But he won't listen.

Y/n-Then I will make him listen

(Just then electro charge himself up and fired a powerful blast at y/n but he quickly dodge it)

Y/n-Max I won't stop until I save you.

(Meanwhile with Khan vulture his gun blast the ground to make a smokescreen so Khan won't be able to see him and using this opportunity he tackle Khan and use his metal talons on Khan and began to fly him high in the air but be quickly broke out of it and but he began to fall down thinking quickly he shot a web at the back of vulture suit and vulture began to fly all over the place trying to get Khan off)

Vulture-Damn it let go you insect!!!

Khan-Like hell I will you ass-hole.

(Using vulture momentum against him Khan was able to get on vulture back and he began to punch vulture at the back of the head)

Khan-Alright now it is time to put an end to this.

(Khan then punch a hole in vulture wing suit and they both were going down)

Vulture-You fool you have killed us both!!!

Khan-Wow you have not been paying attention.

(Then at the last second Khan made a giant web to prevent them from crashing and vulture was stuck on the web)

Vulture-Let me go damn you!!!

Khan-How about this.

(Khan then kick vulture in the face so hard that he knocks the helmet off of him and knocks him out)

Khan-Alright now that he is taken care of time for me to help y/n.

(Khan then quickly swings to where y/n and electro are and while he is swinging to them y/n and electro were exchanging blows with each other until electro blast y/n back again)

Electro-This fight has gone long enough time to end this.

(Electro then tried to charge up a final attack but y/n stopped him before he could do it and y/n began to beat on electro until electro was unable to attack him)

Y/n-There it is over max you are beaten.

Electro-What.....what will you do with me now send me to jail and throw away the key.

Y/n-No this.

(Y/n then did something that electro was not u expecting he offer his hand to him and said only two words)

Y/n-Join us.

Electro-Huh.

Y/n-Join us max you are not a villain you are just a guy who wants to try to do the right thing but was made fun of and made into a villain so please join us and you can still be a hero.

(Electro looks at y/n hand but then looks away from it)

Electro-No....it's to late for me.....what I have done....what I did....there is no going back.

Y/n-I knew that you were going to say that but if Spider-Man cant convince you to join us.

(Y/n then takes off his mask and show his identity to electro)

Y/n-But maybe y/n l/n can.

(Max was shock at what he is seeing Spider-Man is his friend y/n l/n)

Max-Y/n...your Spider-Man.

Y/n-Yeah.... listen max I sorry that was not there for you in your time of need and I am sorry for what I did to you I hope that you can forgive me for that and max I too have done some terrible things as well but the only thing we can to is learn for our mistakes and keep moving forward.

(Y/n then offers his hand to max again)

Y/n-Listen max...you can still do good I know it we just have to bring it out of you and more importantly you can be a hero because you are max Dillon and my friend.

(When max heard those words he began to cry for a while and when he was done he looked at y/n and accept his hand and y/n smiles)

Y/n-Welcome to the team.

(Then just then Khan comes in thinking that electro is still bad goes in to attack him but y/n holds him back)

Y/n-Khan wait he is good now he changed side he is now on our side.

Khan-What how?!?!

(Y/n then explain what happened and Khan reluctantly agreed to y/n decision)

Y/n-Alright now than that is taken care of now let's go and help out the people.

Khan-Ok lets do it.

(Y/n,Khan and max began to help people out until y/n spider-sense went off and then he quickly move Khan and max out of the way of the attack and when they see who launch the attack they see everyone in union academy)

Ozpin-Spider-man you are under arrest for the use of you power illegally and aiding a villain as well.

Y/n-Uh I don't think you have that max here is help y/n now and he changed.

Issei-Doesn't matter once a villain always a villain.

Sirzech-Either you come with us peacefully or we will do it by force.

(Y/n,Khan looked around see that they are surrounded and then they look at each other then nod)

Y/n-Max I want to to get out of here and try to help out as many people as you can.

Max-But what about you two you will be stuck here with them.

(Y/n and Khan then smile at each other)

Y/n-Oh we are not stuck with them.

Khan,y/n-They are stuck here with us.

(Y/n then puts his hand on max shoulder)

Y/n-Don't worry we got this ok....now go.

Max-Alright....kick there ass for me ok.

Khan-That is the plan.

(Then electro then leaves to go help out people and y/n and Kahn went side to side with each other)

Khan-This is it the moment of truth...you two ready.

Y/n-Like you had to ask.

Venom-Finally now we kick all of there asses in front of all these people and show them that we mean business.

(Y/n and Khan then got into there battle stance)

Y/n-Ok ready.
