Author POV:

Dexter feels extremely uncomfortable right now, and that's for two reasons.

His old best friend is staring at him with heart shaped eyes and his ex-rival is staring at him with dark killer eyes while stabbing the chicken.

Dexter tries his best to eat the food as quickly as possible without looking suspicious, but Blossom caught his tense look and reaches out for his hand to hold. "Hey, relax, it's okay." She warmly smiles, but it doesn't make it any better.

Brick's eyes follow the movement and his aura gets dark. Dexter feels sweat travel down his forehead, he's confused on why Brick would throw him such a bad vibe when Brick should know by now that Dexter is already a taken man in a happy marriage with a child.

Brick should know that Dexter is not the type to jump into the middle of a healthy marriage and destroy it.

But is his marriage healthy? Blossoms personality and emotions would change now and then.

Dexter pulls his hand away and gives back a small smile before continuing his meal to finish his last few bites. "Thank you." Dexter said, and gets up from his chair.

Blossom suggests he stays for a few more minutes or if he'll like dessert, but Dexter quickly declines and says he should get home soon before it gets too late. Blossom understands and takes the dirty plates to clean, Brick quickly suggests he'll lock the door  and trails behind Dexter to the front door.

Dexter stops right in front of the door and turns around to face Brick. "I suggest you bring more people from her past to face. I can tell that I'm not that I'm not someone special or important from her memories," Dexter takes a deep breath, "I also suggest you stop glaring at me, we already talked about why I'm really here and it's to help a friend."

Brick looks away embarrassed, and ignores Dexter's eyes. "I'll be going now, I have a family I need to see." Dexter says, and fixes his coat before slamming the door behind him.

Brick closes his eyes and tightens his fist before letting out a deep breath. He locks the door and turns back around to walk into the kitchen. He stands against the door frame and watches Blossom from behind.

Before the horrible incident happened, he used to walked up from behind her and wrapped his arms around her small waist and leave kisses down her neck.

He used to remember the smoothing atmosphere around them, the soft flowery scent on her skin and the way their hips would move to the calming music played on the old radio they got as a gift from an old family member.

But now Brick couldn't even walk up to her without her flinching or stepping back.

Brick frowns and he spaces out to Dexter's words. Maybe Dexter was right, Brick didn't need to push away the people from her memories. It would just make things more difficult for Blossom to remember.

But the thought of her fainting or having a seizure from overwhelming memories worried him.

The professor is right she needs to remember her loved ones on her own, but maybe seeing them in person one at a time could also improve and help her.

"What are you thinking?" The quiet voice makes Brick snap out of it and he looks away from the floor to Blossom's worried eyes.

Brick shakes his head, "Nothing to worry, I was just thinking of how great it would be if you saw old friends, Mm?" Brick said, "How about I call Berserk and Braxton?"

Blossom smiles bright and Brick feels his cheeks beating up, "That would be great!" Blossoms face full of excitement, "What time will they come?" She asks, and Brick pulls his phone out of his back pocket.

"I'll text them now and ask when they'll be able to come over." Brick opens his messages and goes straight to Braxton to tell him the issue. Maybe he can get to his wife and make her come over.

"How about we get to bed? It's also starting to get late. I'll tell you tomorrow what they said" Brick tells her and Blossom agrees before walking down the hallway to her room.

Brick let's out a sigh and walks to his room to call it a night. It's been a stressful day for him, he's just glad his son isn't dealing through anything of this.

The boys were staying up late at night and we're trying to figure out someone who could help them with the DNA sample but obviously everything was looking out bad.

The three boys knew if they asked anyone in Townsville to help them, the person would not keep quiet and probably spread the news like wildfire which was definitely not a good idea. Their fathers already had enough stress on their backs and with the gossip of the famous heroic girl group being still alive would spread good and bad rumors.

But light bulb lit up on top of Burst's head and the suggestion seem good yet bad in Brake's mind.

"Asking grandpa to help? B-..but my dad isn't in good terms with him now" Brake mumbles, Burst rolls his eyes before placing two fingers on his nose.

"Not him! Our other grandfather" Burst says, the thought of other grandfather gave the two boys chills and Brooke right away shake his head 'No'
"No way! He's evil and cruel and almost kill half the world!" Brooke yelled out, "Plus, our fathers don't even want us around him, which obviously explains ALOT."

"It'll just be this one time, and I don't think he would even care if they're back or not, he's been quiet and distant all this time! So let's take this opportunity!"

The two cousins look at each other with hesitation in their eyes. Before Brake finally sighs in defeat and nods his head, it's Brooke who takes the longest in agreeing but he finally nods.

The three cousins agree on traveling to the underworld the next day to visit their grandfather. The agreement on their lie was that they were going to visit their aunties for a quick chat.

But if only they knew that Brick was going to invite them over his house for a little reunion...
