I sighed as I blankly poke the Killer Droid in my hands right now. He didn't comment about it and just looked up at me.

"Are you not going to see the professor today?" He asked.

I shrugged. "I guess I am... Maybe... I don't know..."

"I'll still be here once you get back."

I shook my head. "It's not about that. It's just that, I really don't want to get into that conversation again."

He nodded. "She isn't giving up about that hm?"

I held him tighter. "I know she means well, but the apartment they live in... It's the exact same one that I used to live in..."

"Back then with Hugo... Right?" He confirmed.

I nodded. "I don't know how ironic this coincidence is, but I really don't like it... Just... Maybe she doesn't know?"

"Or maybe it's because she knows that she's inviting you." He replied. "She knows, so she wants you to have your old home back."

"I don't want it. I'm not even there, but the nightmares still keep coming." I shook my head. "I'll just think about it a bit more and give my answer later."

He got off of me and went into a dog's sleeping position on my bed. "I'll see you later. Be sure you remember about our trip later."

I nodded and stood up. "Yeah. See you." I walked out of the room, and went straight to Tiny Orbit.

The scan went alright. Nothing bad happened. I looked to the side and found a calendar. By then, I just realized how quick time passed by. It's near the end of November. It's Friday and we have a long weekend because the electronics at school went haywire last week. They're still trying to repair them until now.

Everyone knows I'm keeping the killer droid in my room. They don't mind as long it doesn't cause any trouble. I'm not sure how many people knows abot Mizel though. Kirito probably knows, Niara doesn't seem to care and Jin...

I haven't really been seeing him around lately. After our last conversation, he always leaves early and comes back late. Either that or he says he's got somehing else to do. I haven't been in touch with Izayoi either.

Kenneth has college and those three girls he introduced me to are staying with him I assumed. I got off the scanner and looked around the professor's office. It was tidy compared to her place at Future Hope. The walls, tiles and cieling was all white. The tables and shelves all seemed to be made of polished oak. All of them had electronics on them. The professor was busily typing away on her monitors.

"Am I clear today as well?" I asked.

She nodded. "Still no problems within your AI, but your heart rate is unstable." She pointed out. "You seem to be stressed about something. Do you want to talk about it?"

I felt myself froze but shook my head with a smile. "No, it's fine. I'll just be leaving now. Thank you professor."

I walked out of the room and sighed when I closed the door. I walked down the hallway and ran into Izayoi along the way.

I smiled at him. "Good morning Iza-kun."

He stared at me for a bit and then grunted. "Eva. I know I promised you, but I'm sorry to say I can't keep it."

I felt my heart sank slightly. "... So that's why I haven't seen him lately..."

He placed a hand on my shoulder. "An order from Jin is above a request from you. I'm sorry Eva, but that's just how it is."

I let out a chuckle. "That's how it's always been." I waved at him. "Well, I've got stuff to take care of. I'll see you some other time."

He nodded, but I could still feel his stare on my back as I walked off. I sighed. Everyone is going to hate me for this, huh?

If they hate you, then you just have to simply explain to them how you 'feel'.

It's not that simple. Emotions are far more complex than what you think.

Yes, but you know what you wanted to say from the very beginning. You know your own emotions better than anyone.

Unconciously, I shook my head. That still doesn't make things easier.

I walked back to the dorms and went back to my room and found Niara there poking Mizel with... Something.

"Um... Niara?"

She jumped. "Who goes there?!" She pointed that thing at me.

I waved a bit. "Hi. Er... What's that?"

"Huh? Oh hey, Eva." She sat up normally. "This is just a stick I got from Kirito's room."

"Why does he have a stick in his room?"

"He got this thing to poke the insides of the computer to fix it or something like that."

"... Okay." Wha...???

Nee-chan, help. I am trying to refrain from snapping my new jaws at her.

You never call me 'nee-chan'.

Eva. I'm desperate. Please just go along with it.

"Niara, you should stop. I mean, why poke it?"

She seemed really focused. "Mizel's in there right, I wanna make sure he won't do anything when I piss him off."

I froze. "W-wait, you-"

"Knew from the very beginning." She said with a shrug. "Kirito and Jin knows too. Well, I think you know that Jin knows, but yeah. As for me and Kirito, we were both up when you got home that night. And we heard you talking to him so yeah."

"And Yuuya, Gouda and Sendou? And the others?" I asked worriedly.

She made a zip sign on her mouth. "It stays between the four of us." Then she turn to face me seriously. "Just make sure Olivia doesn't find out. She's more than a little bit sensitive to the Mizel topic."

"Alright, I've had enough." Mizel's voice resonated aloud. He got up in a dog-like manner and snapped the stick. Then he laid back down. "My weapons have been disarmed by my sister. So you don't have to worry about that."

Niara stared at the stick and then shrugged. "Kay, welp nothing tape can't fix."

I stared at the two. "This isn't your first interaction, is it?"

"Nope."

"No."

"Then when was it?" I asked, curiousity taking over.

"This morning after you left." Niara replied with a shrug. "I tip-toed back to the room because I saw Mizel there,"

"I was slightly late to notice her, and I was caught slightly off guard."

"Slightly?!" Niara freaked. "Dude, you CHARGED UP YOUR MOUTH FIRE CANNON THING!!!"

"I disarmed that, though." I pointed out.

"You did. It didn't charge. I just opened my mouth. Like this." The killer droid's mouth opened up wide.

Niara took a step back. "Kay but that's still scary."

"And that's it?" I asked. "No... Talking? Or even trying to get familiar with each other at all?"

"None what so ever."

"Then Niara isn't going to freak out or get mad at me because...?"

She looked at me with a questioning look. "Why would I be mad? I mean, yeah I have stuff against this guy, but he's still your bro, right? I'll respect that much. Don't think I'll be getting along with him any time soon, though." Then she let out a sigh. "Also, I heard you're planning to go to Country A later. Can Kirito and I come with?"

I stiffened. "O-of course... But why? I thought..."

"Yeah, I do like my life better in Japan. But I still got stuff I left back at Omega Dain." She said shrugging. "And I mean... It wouldn't hurt, right?"

You look pretty hurt to me though... None the less, I sighed and nodded in agreement.

Sorry for not updating in a while. I can't say I have an excuse for it though, so it's fine if you guys get mad. Just to let you know, story updates will slow down until I get my 'mojo' back. I'm nearing the end of my time in middle school, and I'll be graduating soon. I want to have as much fun as possible before I have to seperate from my friends.

I hope you understand that much at least.
