Lily's POV

I just finished doing some light make up when my Dad called me downstairs saying it was time to leave. I looked at my outfit one last time. I wore a black strapless heart-line dress and had my hair in a ponytail.

When I got downstairs we all got into my Dad's car with us kids in the back. I had a window sit and so did Zuko. Leaving an annoyed Chase in between us mumbling about being squashed. I rolled my eyes as Mum told him to quit mumbling.

We arrived at the restaurant and got out of the car. My brothers walked either side of me as we entered the place behind our parents. A waitress lead us to a table where Kyle, a man and little girl were waiting.

I smiled as Kyle stood up and pulled a chair out for me. He then sat next to me as the man began to speak. "Allen, Jean nice to meet you again and these must be your children". He gave us all a warm smile and introduced himself as Zac Wolf.

We introduced ourselves and the little girl Molly asked if one of us fought a bear recently. I raised my hand and she jumped into my lap thanking me. I just released she must have been the pup I protected. I then looked at Kyle and he nodded his head answering my unspoken question.

I smiled happily knowing my mate was so strong to fight a bear and come out alive unharmed by it. Zac thanked me for protecting his daughter and said his wife Helen would thank me too. I told him it was nothing and that I'd do it again. My parents and brothers were proud of me for protecting an innocent pup.

Kyle stood up and said "I know you guys had your birthday last week. So I got you each a gift" he handed one box each to my brothers. Then asked me to stand up "this is for you my beautiful mate" he whispered in my ear. As he put a gold heart shaped necklace with our initials around my neck.

I turned and hugged him tightly saying thank you. My brothers thanked him for there gifts as well. Zac welcomed me to their family as Molly asked if I'd be her big sister. I agreed and she was so happy. We ate dinner and all got to know each other properly.

It already felt like we were one big family. My brothers warmed up to Kyle and they started to joke around. However, both my Dad and my brothers gave him the don't hurt my daughter/sister speech or else. At the end of the night I hugged Molly goodbye and Kyle said he'd pick me up for school tomorrow.
