"Are you two..." She gave a little smile, fangs showing. "Half-breeds?"

Zane growled at her, not bothering to answer. He stood protectively over Vylad, said male clinging to Zane's leg.

"Not going to answer? Poo you..." She hung upside down from her place, a long thin tail holding her in place, a feature Zane hadn't noticed. She looked them up and down, huffing when Zane just growled louder. "Growling is rude Mr!" She hopped down, standing in front of them, fairly short girl. Pheonix's are supposed to be tall and intimidating...she was just a puny little runt by the looks of it. Zane snorted hot hair at her, he stopped growling though as she didn't seem much of a threat. "Fine. Don't talk to me, ill just me on my way~" Her wings spread and she laughed towards the ceiling, clinging into the material with claw-like fingers and crawling her way across the roof and down the hallway, disappearing from sight.

"That was...weird" Vylad came out from under Zane, his wings fluffing out a bit from being tensed. The smaller male climbed back onto Zane's shoulders, resting between the older's wings as they set off down the hall again. After another few hours of wandering, Zane and Vylad could tell it was getting dark already, and they had no clue how to get back to the room...meaning they would be breaking the oh so urgent rule five.

"Crap...Uh..." Zane pushed open a large pair of double doors, only to find what they had been looking for in the first place. The kitchen. Vylad climbed down from Zane's shoulders and ran in, automatically climbing onto the counter and into a small cubby space above the cabinets. A habit of Vylad's was to crawl into any tight space he could find and just curl up like a cat in a high place. "Vylad you know you can't stay up there right?"

"I don't see why he can't..." Zane whipped around to find a large...very blue cat. It surprised Zane, but he didn't question it...he didn't want to get eaten seeing as this cat can barely fit the room it was in. "He seems quite happy in that small space, why don't you leave him be?" Its tail smacked the ground, a smaller pink cat poking her head over the side of the larger blue's body before popping onto its head, purring.

"Because...Sno-...Travis left us a note telling us to be in our rooms before midnight...I'm pretty sure the kitchen isn't our room and we shouldn't be here past dark..."

"Oh, but the kitchen is my room, and I'm very welcome to having guests, right Kawaii-chan?" The smaller pink cat only gave an 'nya~' in response.

"We just...came for something to eat..."
"Don't touch the-"
"Yes, we know, the cabinet with the k shaped handle..."
"Hmph...I was going to say the cookie jar in the bottom left cabinet as Aph doesn't like her cookies being touched..."
"Oh...Anything else we should know?"
"Actually yes...I should warn you....this house doesn't really cater to humans as you can tell"

"Yes, we've realized.." Zane growled

"Well...everyone here is a hybrid of some sort...or a full blood creature, either way,...we are considered monsters, this means there are quite a lot of tricksters here..."
"Great just what we need, some idiot pulling pranks..."

"This place may be full of pranking but it's the safest place you'll ever be!"

"Ya right, humans have been on our tail for years, what's so special about this building?!"
"You'll see..."

Zane just huffed and turned back to Vylad, who had taken a pack of crackers and was munching on them, seemingly talking to himself, but when he got closer he realized that Vylad was talking to a..floating face?

"Vylad...who..or what is that..."

Whoops! Very VERY VERY late update! I sorta lost all inspriation for quite a while there huh?

Well the whole reason this account was made was because I wrote when I was upset, sad or depressed so I wrote about sweet gays alot, but now im back! For now at least! and happy, im not upset or anything this time trust me! But here have your update as you guys have been begging for! Guess who vylads talking to I dare ya~
