"Enough!" Tan shouted angrily. It was the first time Fai saw him acting like that. Seeing him so mad forced her to freeze in place. She slowly turned to him, waiting for him to continue and fearing that the situation could escalate even further. In the meanwhile Akk tried to reach Tan, but after he shouted, the young student stopped moving just like Tan's neighbor.

"I don't owe you an explanation because I did nothing wrong... Akk, take you stuff and leave immediately, I will pretend nothing happened if you don't make a scene..." after saying this, Akk nodded repeatedly and left the apartment as soon as possible. He realized his mistake and knew that he was lucky to avoid any possible consequences.

"Tan..." Fai murmured, but then Tan glared at her and interrupted his neighbor before she could cause any more troubles.

"Fai, if you think that you know exactly what happened here, then go on and tell Fang. I won't oppose this because I know that I'm innocent. However, if you hope to keep your friendship with him alive, then I suggest you choose carefully the words that you're going to use. Any questions?"

"If I ask you just one question, do you promise you will answer sincerely?" Fai asked reluctantly. Tan sighed heavily, and as he got a little calmer than before, he nodded, waiting for her to pose that question.

"Why was Akk's shirt open?"

"He grabbed my hand... I tried to move away but I fell from a chair and ripped his shirt, are you satisfied now?" Tan replied.

"This sounds pretty much like an excuse..." she murmured.

"An excuse?"

"You're telling me you were so shocked that you fell? I thought you promised you would have answered sincerely" Fai replied.

"Oh... I see... so you're so intelligent that you know how someone would react in any situation, right? Well, if you're really so interested in the life of your neighbors, allow me to tell you the whole truth. Do you want to know why I acted like that?! Because an asshole at a job interview tried to fuck me in a restroom! Are you happy now!?" Tan shouted.

"Y... you're telling me that..."

"Yes, that's why Fang was in such stress lately. It wasn't because of work, it was because he was helping me dealing with the consequences of that incident!"
