Zakum POV

Me and my human friend Y/n were outside again but this time at night. According to him from what he told me, we were doing a night run, and from what Y/n told me it was a training exercise.

As we were walking back to the base, I had a feeling like we were being watched the whole time.

Third Person POV

Y/n and Zakum were trekking through the dense forest when suddenly, the rustling of leaves signaled danger. Viperwolves emerged from the shadows, their glowing eyes fixated on them.

Zakum: "Stay close!" He commanded, drawing his spear.

Y/n's heart raced.

Y/n: "We can't outrun them."

A sharp pain hit Y/n's side, and he collapsed, knocked unconscious by a quick strike from one of the viperwolves.

Zakum: "Y/n!" He shouted, rushing to his side.

His friend was knocked out, he checked his pulse to find out he was still breathing. Zakum tried shaking him to try to wake him up.

Zakum: "Stay with me!"

But it was too late. The viperwolves surrounded them, snarling and circling. Zakum stood tall, taking a deep breath, knowing he had to protect Y/n.

Zakum: "You want him? You'll have to go through me first!" His voice was firm.

One of the viperwolves lunged at him, but Zakum was ready. He used the environment to his advantage, distracting the creatures with clever moves, drawing them away from Y/n.

As the wolves backed off, Zakum looked down at Y/n, hope flickering in his eyes.

Zakum: "You're not alone, Y/n. I'll make sure you're safe."

After the viperwolves finally retreated, Zakum gently lifted Y/n, carrying him through the forest. Hours later, they arrived at a small camp hidden among the trees, where a tall figure with braided hair sat by a fire.

Zakum: "Jake Sully," he said, nodding respectfully.

Jake stood, looking at them. Then he notice Zakum holding a human in his arms.

Jake: "What happened to him?" He asked looking at the human in his arms.

Zakum: "He's been hurt, but he'll be okay," He replied. Holding his friend closer to him.

Zakum: "We were attacked by viperwolves. He's unconscious, but I've done what I can."

Y/n stirred, slowly waking up. He groaned, sitting up with Zakum's help.

Jake crouched down in front of them.

Jake: "You two aren't from around here, are you?"

Y/n nodded, wincing from the pain.

Y/n: "No. I'm not with the RDA. I'm from another planet." He paused, then added, "I work for Star Command. My name's Y/n."

Jake raised an eyebrow. "Star Command? Never heard of it."

Y/n: "It's an intergalactic peacekeeping organization," he explained, his voice weak but clear.

Jake Sully listens as Y/n began to explain his side of the story.

Y/n: "We protect planets and species from threats. I... I got separated during a mission."

Zakum spoke up, "We've been trying to get back on track, but things keep going wrong."

Jake looked between them, a thoughtful expression on his face.  He could tell that they were telling the truth.

Jake: "Sounds like you're in the right place. We can help you, but you'll need to lay low for now."

Y/n sighed, relieved. He was glad this man wasn't going to kill both of him and Zakum.

Y/n: "Thanks. We really need it."

Before he can say another word, he passes out in Zakum's arms

Timeskip

When he woke up, Y/n notice he has needles on his arm and immediately panic and gets back up as he heart begin to beat fast until Jake and Y/n's na'vi Zakum friend tries to calm him down. He panic because of the time they were doing experiment on him.

Zakum: "Y/n, easy you took a heavy hit."

Jake: "Your friend here, saved you."

Y/n looks at him as if he didn't recognize him, he was confused on who the guy was.

Y/n: "Who are you?" He asked confused on who he was.

Zakum and Jake shared a small look before looking back at Y/n. He looked at both of them and was still confused on what was going on.

Zakum: "We just met him before you black out." He said to his friend.

Jake: "You must have took a heavy hit."

The young

Jake: "I am Jake Sully, leader of The Omatficaya clan."

The taller Na'vi slowly approaches the bed, Y/n stares up at him with curiosity in his eye.

Jake: "Your friend here has not left your side ever since you were unconscious."

Y/n looks over at his friend at his side, he can see that his friend looks very tired, and  It was probably from him being unconscious and wanted to see him wake up.

Jake: "He explained me his side the story and how he met you." He said sharing a look between the two.

Zakum and Y/n  Look at each other for a few moments before looking back at Jake.

Jake: "I'm glad I discovered you to before anything could have happened to you."

As they had a moment of silence, Y/n was confused about one thing, and that was there current location. He wasn't aware on where they were atSo he decided to ask the older one where they were.

Y/n: "Umm where are we by the way?" He asked looking around the room curiously.

Jake: "You two are in our tribe."

Zakum: "He's the clan leader of the Omaticaya clan." He explained to his friend.

Jake began to explain to everything to the both of them. Now Zakum and Y/n will be staying with them until further notice.
