After her near death experience she ran and ran down hallways trying to find a place that the monster couldn't get in.  Her husband had turnt in a raging rabid human as he chased her. It's Roe vs Roe I guess she thought madly.

Josey ignored the signs as she slid her clearance card through the slot, waiting impatiently as the doors slid open revealing a lot of different cubicle inside.

Finding no one in the big lab, she threw herself down in the big black leather chair at the desk and spotted notes that were strewn across the other books and paper that covered the littered desk.

She had found Dr. Self's notes or scribbling. Why did she have to be so damn nosey?
Well, she might as well read through the papers strewn about haphazardly if she was going to be running for her life. She grabbed the files to read.

It all started with three doctors, she read In horror.
Dr. Self and Scott Taylor, and Dr. Marcus Roe. We were working on a nuclear weapon to fight wars but instead, we made monsters. Flesh-eating monsters that if unleashed into the world this is will be our extinction era. Nothing will be left.

No one in America will be saved unless they are immune to the bite. Hell will be inflicted on many turning them into undead flesh-eating to fight for anything with a pulse.

The subject was in a cell like they had in the county jail. He escaped biting and eating every survivor in the facility. He's unstoppable, he will ruin the world as we know it.

She needs to get out of here now. And the front door may not be an option. It sounded like an army beating at the door. She had been here hundreds of times and she knew all the ways out.

She had to get to her family.

Grabbing the folder and vials she took off as the door caved in.
