Naruto then left the room and followed Itachi to the main one. There, all the members previously named, sat. Then Pein stepped forward and said, "We'd like to welcome you to the family."

He then began to sing.

Naruto nodded, liking the idea of having a family.

Konan joined in.

Itachi finally joined in, smiling.

Kisame finally started, though quietly.

Kakuzu just nodded his head to the song's beat. Naruto assumed he had a bad singing voice.

They started to gather closer to Naruto with welcoming smiles. So Naruto decided to join in singing the last lines.

He truly felt welcome here, as if he finally had a real family.

Pein then asked, "So, Naruto, what's your last name? You look somewhat familiar."

Naruto showed his insane grin and said, "Uzumaki-Namikaze. Son if the yondaime hokage and his wife, the only recorded Uzumaki left alive. I hate Konoha, but i still love my parents. Even if i never did meet them."

They all gasped at the news and Itachi paled. Is that why he left? H-he hates Konoha? But i told him my top secret mission! Wh-what if he reveals my cover to the others!

Kisame then spoke up, "So kid, if your the son of someone akin to a daimyo, why'd you leave? I mean, i'd love to live a life like that."

Naruto growled at the shark man and glared as his left eye turned red and slitted. He then said, "I'll show you."

He grabbed Kisame's arm and the blue man shrieked before collapsing on the ground and rocking back and forth. "That's why."

The man on the ground looked up at the blonde with tears pouring out of his eyes. "H-how did you survive all of th-that?!"

Naruto just gave his insane grin and said, "I wouldn't really call my mental state, surviving. More like coping."

Kisame nodded and began to stand up. Naruto then gave a chuckle and said, "That usually leaves people passed out or frozen in shock. Hell, even the famous copy ninja Kakashi Hatake was unable to move for hours after i did that to him. I'm impressed."

Kisame blushed slightly and nodded, only for Konan to ask, "Um, what the hell did you do exactly?"

Naruto smirked and said, "If you guys don't have any plans for the next few hours, i could show you."

Pein nodded and said, "Naruto, i would like to personally give you your cloak. So please come with me. Konan, you too. Everyone else, stay here. I'm going to have him do whatever he did to Kisame to the rest of you when we get back."

Naruto the followed Pein to a far corridor, with no candle light at all. At the end of the corridor, the went in a door.

On the other side, Naruto saw a man attached to a machine. He had red hair and his ribs were seen only second to his hair. Naruto gasped. He knew, the Uzumaki's were the only people with red hair. Those who branched out and became new clans are the only ones outside of the Uzumaki clan with red hair. But, the man he was looking at, had hair so red, it could be compared to his oqn mother's.

He nodded and said, "Okay. So your an Uzumaki, but why are you in here instead of with the others? Is it because of that machine? Are you a part of the Akatsuki too?"

The red haired man lifted his hand and said, "I am Nagato Uzumaki. I cannot move, but i have no need to. My ability allows me to control the bodies of the dead. The one you know as Pein is actually one of my puppets. He used to be like a brother to me, his name was Yahiko back that. Anyways, officially, he is the leader of the Akatsuki. But, i am his literal puppet master, so unofficially, i am the true leader. No one can know this though. I decided to trust you with this secret for two reasons. One, we are related by blood and it would be unfair to keep this a secret. And two, i believe your ability will most likely not work on a dead body, so you'll have to do it to me here."

Naruto giggled at how dirty Nagato's words sounded. Realizing his mistake, he blushed and said, "You know i didn't mean it like that. Now show me."

Naruto regained his grin and made his way to Nagato's side. He then grabbed his arm.

Nagato slouched in his position, and Pein crumbled to the floor. Konan looked at Nagato with concern. Then she looked to Naruto, and was about to ask what happened until Nagato woke back up. He looked at Naruto with a sad smile and said, "A child should never have had to experience what you did. I find it a miracle you didn't crack sooner than you did. Though, it saddens me that you had no will to live."

Naruto just chuckled and said, "It's not much of a miracle. I was just fooling myself. Now i know that truth and want them dead for making me so weak as they did. Though, first, i need to get stronger."

Naruto contemplated telling Nagato about Itachi's true purpose, but decided against it. It was the least he could do for someone who helped him in the past.

Then Nagato said, "Well, i believe its time you showed everyone. Konan, you bring him back alone, it'll take me a little bit to get Pein able to move again."

Konan then pulled out an Akatsuki cloak and handed it to Naruto, which he put on right away.
