1. What prompted you to start writing on Wattpad and what do you like most about the platform as a writer?
I started writing on Wattpad because they were running a contest with a publisher, and I figured I would try it out. That was nine years ago! What I love most about the platform is being able to engage with readers. 

2. What has been your most rewarding Wattpad experience?

Winning a Watty in 2016 that was later turned into an audiobook by Hachette. 

3. If you had to describe your story in three words, what would they be?
Good guys rule!

4. Tell us one thing about your writing process that has helped you the most.
The editing process has really changed my writing. Being disciplined about it has made my writing so much better.

5. What is your proudest moment as a writer? Do you have a memory you will never forget?
Getting my audiobook published on Hachette was my proudest moment, and getting the email from Wattpad that I'd won my Watty is a memory I'll never forget. 

6. Which of your books is your favourite, and why that one?

The Senator's Son is my favourite. I wrote it at a time when I'd pretty much given up on writing. And then, all of the sudden, people liked it. And it gave the desire to write again. As for the book, I wanted to write about a good guy who treated the woman he loved with respect. It was something that was mostly missing in new adult books at the time.
