Farmer

"Come on, don't sulk. I will be so fun." Gemma sounded excited and even bounced in her car seat.

Harry groaned, "Gemma, you're almost nineteen, you don't get excited over going to a farm for vacation. That's so uncool."

Gemma rolled her eyes, "The farm is not uncool. It's awesome."

"Yeah," Anne, their mum agreed, "And the farmer family is lovely. They have a son in Gemma's age and four younger daughters. You love children, Harry."

"Yeah, but I don't want to spend my holidays with them. Max makes a biking trip with his uncle and parties. Linus and Stan hang out and do whatever they want. Liam goes camping with his girlfriend...-"

"We would have taken your girlfriend if you had one." Gemma interrupted sassily. Harry rolled his eyes. "And what's your point anyways?" She continued.

"My point is that farms are uncool and all of my friends are doing cool things." Harry complained.

"I bet in the end of this you'll think this were the best holidays of your life." Robin, their stepdad, commented.

"As if." Harry grumbled.

When they finally arrived it was already late and dark. Harry was half sleeping as he climbed out of the car, Anne giving him a suitcase to carry.

"Hello guys. You must be the Styles family. Welcome to our little farm." A guy, not much older than Harry came up to then and shook Anne and Robin's hand. Harry didn't really pay attention to what they were saying, too tired even though the voice of the farmer was cheery and kind of high pitched but raspy and light.

"Harry, come on. Introduce yourself." Anne beckoned him over.

He complied, coming over and shaking the boy's hand, "Hi."

The farmer boy smiled. He was really good looking, Harry noted. "Hey, I'm Louis. You seem tired." Harry nodded. "Okay, let's get you into your house. Follow me." He told the family and led them to a cute cottage, but Harry couldn't be bothered to look around or do anything but fall into the bed he was offered.

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

"Harry, wake up!" Harry groaned and turned around, snuggling more into his duvet. It wasn't much use; the door opened and light fell into the room, chatter could be heard throught the open door.

Harry let his eyes flutter a bit, hoping to adjust to the light, "W't time 's it?" He mumbled.

"Nine AM." Anne replied, her voice way too cheery for Harry's tiredness.

"Nine AM?" Harry asked scandalized, "You're waking me up at nine AM? On the first day of our vacation? When we came here so late at night? What the fuck is wrong with you?" Harry whined and pulled his blanket over his head.

"Ah, ah, ah." Anne chided, pulling his duvet away, "We have a mountain to climb." Harry groaned and curled into himself. Of course their vacation was going to be tiring and stressful...

He stood up and scrolled through his phone while waiting for Gemma to get ready so he could go into the bathroom. They hadn't wifi here and it sucked because his own Internet flat was as slow as his sister in the bathroom. And she always took ages to get ready. Fortunately, she was up much earlier than him so he didn't have to wait too long.

After a shower and his morning routine he went outside to explore the whole farm a bit. There was a barn next to their house and small stairs on the side leading up the slope. He decided not to take the steps and instead walk past the barn. In sight came a huge meadow and a small hut of wood on the side.

Before he could decide if he should go there or take the path that lead into the opposite direction two little girls came running from that path. One of them looked a good three years older than the smaller girl who was extremely young, Harry guessed about five years old. He smiled at them and they stopped infront of him.

"Who are you?" The little girl asked.

"Phoebe." The elder hissed warningly, then she said in a more friendly tone to him, "Hey. I'm Felicité, but everyone calls me Fizzy. This is Phoebe. You must be our new guest."

Harry smiled. Those girls were so adorable. "Err... Yes, I'm Harry."

"Cool. I like your hair." Phoebe commented.

"Thanks, yours is great too." Harry grinned.

"We were about to look for our brother." Fizzy said, "Do you wanna come with us? You can maybe help us." Harry nodded because, why not?

They walked to the small hut at the barn and Harry only then noticed that it was a shed. And stepping into it he realized that it was a cowshed. There were five cows in a row with their necks between two metal bars so they couldn't move very much. But there also was a wide opening on the left side of the sted that led to the meadow so Harry assumed they would be let out once they were done getting milked.

"Lou?" Fizzy shouted.

A head appeared from behind a cow and grinned at them. "Fizzy, Phoebs. Hello Harry." He disappeared behind the cow again, Harry and the girls passing the other four cows to get to Louis.

"Do you need anything, Lou?" Phoebe asked and petted the cow's behind since that was the only thing they could reach from there.

"Oh, that's sweet, but I'm almost done. I just have to unplug this milking machine and then our ladies can go outside and do whatever their hearts desire." Louis sounded kind of gay and it was funny how he referred to the cows as "ladies" but Harry couldn't help but find him facinating.

He bend down to whisper to Fizzy, "He's almost done? When the fuck did he wake up?"

Before she could answer Louis laughed, "Five thirty. And don't swear around my sisters. They're young and innocent."

Harry blushed. It wasn't really meant for Louis to hear but he got over it quickly, "Sorry. But... Five thirty? Every fuc-... freaking morning? How are you doing that?"

Louis laughed again, working on unplugging the milking machine, "I have luck. I just have to wake up that early every third day. My mum, dad and me are taking turns. When I go to university next year Lottie has to take over."

"Poor girl." Harry mumbled, but Louis heard it again. Did he have superears?, Harry thought.

"It's really not that bad." Louis sounded amused by Harry's negativeness, "We all love our animals and they have to be cared for. Come on, I'll show you." He stood up and took Harry's arm, pulling him around the cows so they stood infront of them.

"This," Louis petted the first one in row, "is our most well behaved lady. Her name is Rachel." He took a step further to the cow next to Rachel, "This is Rosalie. She is the sweetest girl ever. Always looking after the others and cuddling them. Next to her, this is Elli. She loves to eat and you see that, " he laughed and Harry couldn't help but let out a chuckle too, "Okay this Beauty is called Cindarella, but I always call her Cindy. She's beautiful and she knows that," Harry giggled at that and Louis smiled widely at him. "Okay, and last but not least, Harmonia. Kind of ironic, that name. She is the most wild one. But that doesn't mean she's a bad person, she just knows what she wants."

Harry nodded slowly, "You really love your cows."

Louis smiled, "They're so lovely, really. And great company. Always there when you need them. Also, look into their eyes."

Harry looked at Louis confusedly but the boy just nodded his head to Elli, signaling him to go ahead. He did. It were just eyes to him, at first but... there was so much more. She looked right back like... she was watching him. It wasn't creepy, they were friendly, amiable. it seemed as though in that moment nothing mattered but Harry, nothing but the two of them. Harry petted her face as if to say he was fine and she was great.

He turned to a smiling Louis, his sisters petting Rachel a bit away from them. "I get what you mean." Harry said to Louis.

Louis nodded, "It's nonsense, you know. That animals don't have souls. You see it right through their eyes. And they have their own personalities. How sould they be anything but roboters without souls."

Harry nodded slowly. He never really thought about stuff like that but... it made sense. And Louis was a great person. Harry was sure of it.

"Okay. Let's get them out." Louis stood up and showed Harry how to undo those metalbars that stopped them from going to the meadow. Or doing anything else but be there. Harry undid Cindy's alone while the he Tomlinson siblings did the rest.

After that was done they went to a small side hut that Harry didn't really notice when he had walked along the way, "Okay, here is the milk is piped here and we have to heat it up to get rid of bacteria and germs." Louis explained.

Harry nodded and watched interested what Louis was doing with his hands. Though, after a while his eyes trailed up Louis' arms to his face. He had amazing high cheekbones, a cute nose, beautiful long eyelashes, an eye colour of a deep shade of blue and... How did Harry not notice how gorgeous Louis was. He looked definetely more like a prince than a peasant, much less a farmer.

"Now we can go feed the rabbits." Phoebe's cheering interrupted Harry's thoughts. Harry looked around and was relieved that nobody noticed his staring.

"Do you want to come with us, Harry?" Louis smiled at him. Gosh, his smile was gorgeous. "Do you?"

"Hm?" Harry asked stupidly, then blushed when he realized that he was just staring instead of answering Louis. "Yeah, sure."

His plans had to be abandoned though when he heared his name being called, "What?" He yelled back.

"Harry come. We have to go." Anne yelled. Harry sighed sadly but smiled at the siblings.

"I have to go. Thank you for showing me... that, err... everything."

"Of course. Have fun Harry. You can always meet us when you get back." Louis smiled his dazzling smile.

"Bye Harry." Phoebe said.

"Bye. We'll see you." Fizzy waved.

When they came back from their hiking tour two days later, climbing out the car, Gemma elbowed Harry's side, "Look, hot farmer son coming."

Harry glanced to where Gemma was looking at, "You think he's hot?"

"Well, he is, isn't he?" Gemma wasn't really expecting an answer.

But Harry looked at Louis walking their way and without thinking he answered anyways, "Yeah, he's gorgeous." Gemma gave him an odd look but Gemma didn't have the time to ask anything.

"Hey guys, had fun?" The Styles family nodded. Louis gave Harry a grin which Harry returned with a shy smile before Louis was talked his ears off by his parents. Gemmma commented sometimes while Harry just stood there, watching Louis.

The way the farmer boy listened intently, his gestures while talking, the sound of his voice, his seemingly never fading smile, the crinkles by his eyes...

Harry didn't even notice he was asked something until they stared at him expectantly, "Hm?" He blushed, hoping Louis didn't notice what Harry had been doing. Judging by the kind smile he was giving him Harry guessed he either didn't care or didn't see.

"You wanna come with me tomorrow morning to help Louis?" Gemma asked exitedly.

"Err... sure. When?"

"Six AM tomorrow." Gemma said like it was the most normal thing in the world.

"Six AM?? What the fu-"

"Harry!" Anne scolded.

"Sorry... But, like..."

Louis smiled, "Yeah, yeah. I get it. Typical city boy, aren't ya?"

Harry blushed and despite knowing Louis was just teasing he didn't really want him to think of him like that.

They were in their vacation though, Harry should sleep in and be lazy, not walk around in the mountains the whole day and wake up at six AM to work.

{[]}{[]}{[]}{[]}{[]}{[]}{[]}{[]}{[]}

"Morning Gemma! Harry, you're awake."

Yeah, Harry woke up this early. Because Gemma was being loud this morning, not because he wanted to see Louis, or because he wanted to prove something to him (Okay, maybe a bit).

They helped Louis getting the cows into the cowsted and he plugged them to the milking machine. Gemma was a bit too enthusiastic for Harry's liking, especially at this time of the day but he didn't say anything, not wanting to come off as grumpy infront of Louis.

After they were done with the cows accompanied by casual chatter they moved to the chicken and the rabbits. By the time they were finished it was already nine AM. Harry was intrigued by how easy Louis was to talk to.

"I have to go pick up a few things from the neighbour farm with the traktor. You can come with me if you want."

Harry would really love to spend more time with Louis and also, they could drive in a traktor... but he didn't want to come off as too eager. He had to act cool. Gemma on the other hand showed her exitement, of course.

"We'd love to, really. That would be so lovely. But we have to ask our parents first, we wanted to make another tour, but, yeah."

"'Course. I'll be over there. If you're allowed just come within the next half an hour, okay?"

The siblings nodded and ran off. Well, Harry walked normal until he was sure Louis couldn't see him anymore.

When they ran back to meet Louis he was almost ready to leave. "Hey, I thought you wouldn't come anymore."

"Yeah," Gemma panted, "It took ages to convince them."

Louis smiled, helping them onto the traktor. "Gemma was really despeately begging." Harry commented.

He regretted it when Gemma retorted, "Me? You were the one convincing them when I've already given up. You were the one promising to do the dishes and hiking tomorrow without complaining."

Harry blushed but shot back, "Well, you couldn't promise anything because you're never complaining."

"Yeah, and you're always complaining. There is nothing bad with a bit hiking."

"But we do nothing else. You just always want to be their favourite and do anything they ask because-..."

"I'm not doing that because I want to be their favourie." Gemma interrupted, "I don't need to do that to be their favourite."

Harry glared at her. That was until he noticed Louis silently laughing and his eyes visibly softened. Gemma looked at him weirdly again but knew that she had to ask him about it later.

The farmers they visited were really nice and offered them to stay to have lunch with them. Louis seemed to know them well and agreed easily, not before asking Gamma and Harry, of course.

The three of them spent the whole day together, driving around with the traktor, Louis showing them places, laughing, talking, bantering. It was by far the most fun he had in a while, if not ever.

And Harry couldn't help but notice many little things about Louis. He kind of knew it was too early to say he was falling for the older boy and he wasn't really one for believing in love at the first sight but... it wasn't the first sight and it wasn't really Louis' outer appearance that made Harry... infatuated.

Louis was just always so bubbly and cute but at the same time he was calm and mature and the way he talked made everyone just shut up and listen because he was so funny and endearing and, like Gemma said, he was hot. And gorgeous. And just...

Harry sighed dreamily.

"Harry?"

He looked up at his sister from where he was staring at the distance. They were hiking, again, somewhere in the nowhere. But Harry wasn't allowed to complain after their two days break from it.

Yes, they had stayed another day with Louis, their parents bonding with Louis' parents. They also played with Louis' sisters and it was really fun. Harry caught Louis watching him a few times but just blushed and pretended to not having noticed. Harry was sure Louis watched everyone else too.

He looked at Gemma signaling her to continue. "Harry, I have a question. But you have to promise to not be offended incase I'm wrong."

Harry just shrugged, nodding. Gemma looked at him, calculating, "Are you... Do you like Louis?"

Harry looked at her, surprised. Had he been that obvious? Also, he wasn't sure if he even wanted anyone to know. At least not yet. Maybe Louis was just a crush that would disappear as soon as... he didn't know, just disappear. Every boy has a man crush, didn't they?

So he decided to play dumb, "Of course I like him, don't you?"

Gemma rolled her eyes, "You know what I mean. Do you like boys?"

Okay, what should he say now? "I don't know." He said honestly.

Gemma grinned, "So you have a sexuality crisis? Because of Louis?"

Harry ran his hand though his hair before shoving her, "Why are you so happy with that?"

"That would mean I could have a gay brother and we could gush about boys together and go shopping...-"

"Don't stereotype me!" Harry shoved her again.

Gemma pouted, "At least let me have this when you'll have Louis."

"I won't have him." Harry protested.

"You don't know that. Have you seen him? It practically screams gay. It's kinda cute."

Harry blushed and tried to ignore the fluttering feeling in his stomach.

"Gem, pass me the salt."

"No."

"What? Why?" Harry glared at his sister over the breakfast table.

"Say please."

Harry rolled his eyes, "Please."

"Nope, you don't mean it."

"Dammit, just give me that fuc-..."

"Harry." Anne scolded, "No swearing."

"Say 'Please, my wonderful beautiful beloved sister. Could you pass the salt into my unworthy-"

"Okay," Harry interrupted Gemma and stood up, "This is getting ridiculous. I can get the salt myself, see."

Before he could really get it though Gemma snatched the salt, "What were you saying?"

"Gem, come on. Stop being so annoying."

"What do you mean? I'm never annoying."

"You're being annoying right now."

"Gemma come on. Leave your brother alone." Robin cut in.

Gemma defeated and gave Harry his salt, sitting back down. "I still don't get why you make salt and pepper on your bread when we have Nutella."

Not even two seconds later there was a knock on the door. "Come in. It's open." Anne shouted loud enough to be heard outside the door.

Louis entered, smiling, "Good morning." He got four 'good morning's' back. "Errm, I have a few fresh eggs if you want. Also, this is apple juice from the neighbour farm. They had an awesome harvest this year."

"Thank you. Do you want to sit with us?" Anne asked.

"Ah, that's really sweet but I have some work to do so..." He went to turn around.

Harry jumped up, "Wait." He stumbled around the table clumsily.

"Me too." Gemma stood up.

"No." Anne protested, "I need one of you to help me with the dishes." The siblings looked at each other, trying to see if the other gave in, but... who would let the other leave to have fun and wash the dishes instead? Not the stubborn Styles siblings.

But Harry was determined. He really, really wanted to go with Louis. "Gemma should do it, she's the girl." Yeah, okay. That was a stupid reason but...

"Woah, you're really bringing those stereotypes from the 13th century on me? You as a gay boy?" She looked at him in disbelief, not realizing what she just gave away. In her defense, she was a proud woman and didn't do that men- controlling- shit. No woman liked to be classified as the only- good- for- house- and- children category.

"Gemma!" Harry screeched. He couldn't believe her. She didn't just only out him infront of his first boy crush, but also their parents. He was speechless. So he just turned around and ran outside. He didn't know where he should go so he just let his feet decide.

He found himself in the cowshed. They still stood here even though they were already milked. He was somehow thankful because he felt like the cows gave him some kind of comfort. He went to a cow he remembered was called Elli.

"Hey Elli. You are Elli, aren't you?" He petted her head and looked at her, half expecting her to answer. "You know, my sister just outed me and she didn't even realize that. I trusted her. Like I trusted her the most of all the people in this world even though she can be really annoying." He sighed. "And Louis knows now. Can you blame me for crushing on him? No you can't. You love him too, don't you? He's the sweetest guy out there, isn't he?"

Elli looked at him and it was like she was agreeing with him, like she smiled. "You're really cute, you know that? I think cows are my favourite animals now. I won't ever eat a cow ever again, I promise." Beside Elli Cindy snuffled, making Harry look over. "You're really sweet too, sweety. Or no, Louis said you're a Beauty, but you can be both, don't you?"

"It's nice to see you getting along with them so well." Louis' voice sounded through the barn.

"Louis, hi. Err, how much did you hear?"

Louis shrugged, "Not much, just that you want to be part vegetarian no. That's good, you know. Cattle farming and killing them and make them eatable for human is the worst for the environment."

Harry smiled, "Cool... I mean, not cool with the environment and killing cows and stuff, I mean, good that I, errm...-"

Louis chuckled, "Yeah, I get it." After a beat of silence he continued, "It's also..." He cleared his throat, "It's okay, you know. Your parents were not freaked out or anything. Gemma got scolded for outing you but... nobody is, I don't know, making a big deal out of it. I don't think your parents are even that surprised."

Harry nodded, "Okay, yeah, thanks. I just, It was... sudden and she just... I-"

Louis came closer and pulled him into a warm hug. Harry wrapped his arms around Louis, laying his forehead on the older boy's shoulder and smiling when he felt Louis' face pressing into his neck, "I get it, Harry. I went though the same thing." Harry smiled ever wider at Louis' confession because... he was gay too.

He liked the feeling of Louis in his arms and being in Louis' arms. He also liked the way he smelled and how Louis' hair tickled the side of his face and how he felt so giddy being close to him.

Harry turned his head so his face was tucked into Louis' neck, hugging him closer. Everything was peaceful in that moment and he let himself get completely lost in the feeling. Nothing else mattered right now.

That was until Harmonia let out a rather loud, "Moooo." Louis pulled his head back and looked over at her, chuckling, causing Harry to do the same, though more reluctant. Their arms were still around each other and Harry really didn't want to change that.

When Louis turned his head back to him they were both startled by the proximity of their faces but neither turned away. Harry watched Louis' blue eyes closely. They were searching for something in his own eyes before dropping down. Harry licked his lips automatically. He hoped Louis was thinking the same as he was. He really wanted to...

Louis' face came even closer, whether it was by Louis moving or himself, Harry didn't really know, it didn't really matter. Harry could feel Louis' gentle breath on his lips and let his eyes flutter shut. Harry was more aware of the hand Louis had on the small of his back and how his other calloused but at the same time soft hand came up to cup his jaw. Their noses were bumping and Louis titled his head so the gentle brush-

"Now let's get you out... Oh Louis. Hi Harry. I didn't see you." Dan looked at the pair who had jumped apart at the interruption of their delicate moment. He felt awkward since he sensed that something just happened but he tried to break it, "Err, I have to let the cows out now. You want to help me?"

"Sure." Louis said, composing himself faster than Harry did.

'\'\'\'\'\'\'\'\'\'\'\'\'\'\'\

Harry wandered around the farmyard. He had even seen the shyer kitty out of the two living here. He had also petted their really cuddly mother. Now he was on the path to the rabbits. He walked slowly, just dreaming and thinking. It wasn't unusual that the subject of his dreams and thoughts was Louis. He was constantly on his mind, especially since the almost kiss three days ago.

Louis hadn't brought it up again. Harry hadn't either but he hadn't really gotten the chance and also, he didn't even know what to say.

He wasn't left alone with his thoughts for Long though because he saw Lottie, Fizzy, Daisy and Phoebe running towards him. Well, everyone ran except for Lottie who just walked behind them.

"Hi Harry." Daisy greeted. He smiled in return.

"Are you bored?" Fizzy asked.

"Where is your sister?" Lottie asked, not having heard Fizzy's question due to coming later.

"Errm... I'm not bored, just thinking. And I don't know where Gemma is. Maybe with the rabbits, maybe with the cows, maybe with the hens. Who knows." Harry shrugged and the girls giggled.

"Do you know the haystack?" Fizzy asked. Harry shook his head no.

"Let's go there." Daisy cheered. Harry looked at Phoebe who hadn't said anything and smiled at the shyer twin.

"How come we've been here for... I don't know, eight or nine days and don't know about the haystack?" Harry asked as he let the sisters lead the way.

"It's super exclusive." Fizzy said.

"It's really not." Lottie laughed, "It's just that nobody comes up with the idea to go into this dark shed." She pointed at a slightly eerie looking shed made of wood.

Inside it didn't look as scary, it looked rather cozy instead. There were two windows in the roof, lighting up the room where some devices unknown to Harry were scattered around. On the left side was a haystack on the wall. It looked a bit like a slide, being higher in the corner and sloping towards the other end.

"We always play fluffy unicorns here." Daisy said, hopping onto the hay together with Phoebe.

"What?" Harry asked, sitting down on the hay too. The girls began to climb around the stack while Harry was a little hesistant.

"Fluffy unicorns." Fizzy explained, "We are unicorns and everyone has their own colour and power that fits this colour."

"It is less childish than it sounds." Lottie hurried to amend.

"No. It's exactly as childish as it sounds." Fizzy laughed. "But it's fun being childish."

"I'm the pink fluffy unicorn and Phoebe is the yellow fluffy unicorn." Daisy elaborated, "I can let everything bloom and be pretty and pink, Phoebe can conjure light. Fizzy is the green fluffy unicorn and can climb and stuff even though we can all fly."

"But I can't be seen in trees and be almost invisible." Fizzy explained.

"Yeah, and Lottie is the red fluffy unicorn who can conjure fire." Daisy finished.

"Louis is the blue fluffy unicorn, by the way." Fizzy said.

"Louis plays fluffy unicorns with you?" Harry asked in disbelief.

"Yeah, he plays with us often. He's the coolest big brother in the world." Phoebe said, that being the first thing Harry had heard from her this day.

"Well, that's always nice to hear." Louis came in with Gemma behind him. He went over to Phoebe ho hug her close. What the fuck did Gemma do with Louis alone?, Harry thought to himself darkly.

"Wow, that's so cool." Gemma said, jumping onto the haystack next to Harry.

"I wish I had a cool big brother. I only have a stupid big sister." Harry complained.

"Eyy, I'm awesome. I only have a stupid little brother so I guess we can't all have what we want." Harry glared at her.

"Hey, do you want to play fluffy unicorns with us?" Daisy asked.

Harry facepalmed. He knew Gemma would play with them. She loved everything that had to do with unicorns or colours. In other words, she loved everything that an eight year old girl loves, not an eighteen year old one.

He dropped his hands from his face when he felt someone sitting down beside him. Looking up, he saw Louis smiling at him. "Our sisters seem to get on really well, don't they?"

Harry snorted, "It's kind of embarrassing." He looked over to where Daisy explained Gemma the same she had told Harry and Gemma happily claimed herself as the purple fluffy unicorn. "She's almost nineteen. She surely doesn't act like an adult."

"Maybe she understands life better than you do." Louis commented, "Growing up is scary. There are times when you can ignore being adult and you should embrace those because being a kid is the most precious thing there is."

Harry didn't know what to say to that so he didn't and just watched the girls. "I will miss her when she doesn't come along to our vacation next year." He said quietly.

Louis just smiled and laid and arm around Harry's shoulders. Harry smiled back and leaned into him.

"Harry, come up here!" Gemma shouted from the highest point of the haystack. Harry looked at her, then back at a grinning Louis, who took his arm from his shoulders so he could stand up.

Glancing up to where Gemma stood he took a few steps towards the slope before crawling up. The hay wasn't much of a leverage since it moved around and with Harry's clumsiness it really shouldn't have come as a surprise when he slipped and slid down again.

What came as a surprise though were Louis' feet he rolled against before tripping him so Louis landed half on Harry.

"Oops."

"Hi." Louis smiled, shifting a bit so his face was aligned with Harry's and suddenly the air grew thick around them. It was like the time when they stood in the cowshed. Nothing around them mattered. It was just the two of them, wondering if they should lean forward, looking into each others eyes for any sign of reluctance or hesistation, or if the other was thinking the same thing.

Harry tried to look encouraging, urging Louis to lean down. Louis did just that, slowly, still a seaching look in his eyes. Harry leaned up just a little bit, letting their noses brush against each other softly. Just then, Louis dared to let his eyes flutter shut, Harry following suit but-...

There was a clatter being heard and Louis pulled back jerkily and looked over to the girls, who looked at them.

"Great going Fizz. You interrupted their moment." Lottie scolded.

"How was I supposed to know there was a muckrake behind my back?" Fizzy defended herself.

Louis looked back down at Harry and his eyes widened. He went to entangle himself from the younger boy, "I'm sorr-..."

Harry grabbed the back of his neck and pulled him back down, their lips finally meeting. Louis made a surprised sound in the back of his throat but melting into Harry easily. Really, everthing fit perfectly. Harry had the hand that wasn't on Louis' neck on his waist and Louis was cupping Harry's jaw. The other wandered down the younger boy's torso and slipped under his shirt, tracing his skin softly.

Louis smiled into the kiss when he felt Harry shivering beneath him. He titled his head to deepen the kiss, daring to let his tongue slip into Harry's mouth. Harry let a soft moan escape and tightened his grip around Louis. He let himself get lost in Louis, in the feeling of his lips on his, his tongue, the way he moved on top of himself, the softness of his touch on his torso, the soft hair under his fingers, his whole body pressed up against him, pinning him into the softness of the hay underneath him-...

"Guys, please stay appropiate."

"Yeah, there are underaged present."

Louis pulled away and laughed while Harry just glared at them.

²2²2²2²2²2²2²2²2²2²2²2²2²

"Can I steal him for today?" Louis asked Anne and Robin when the Styles family was about to get to the car to drive to the location for that day.

"Yess." Harry fist bumped.

"What? We didn't say yes." Anne protested.

"Ooh, please mum." He could see that she was about to protest so he continued, "Please, please, please, please, Mummy. I'll do anything. Please let me go with Louis. Please please, please, please, please, please, please-..."

"Mum, just let him. He's gonna get on your nerves all day if you don't." Gemma said.

Anne sighed, "Okay."

"Yess." Harry hugged her briefly, "Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank y-..."

"Okay, stop it. Just go." Anne laughed.

Louis and Harry grinned happily, Louis taking the curly haired boy's hand and pulling him into the direction of the meadow where the cows stood and ate their grass peacefully.

"Where are we going?" Harry asked. They climbed over the fence of the lawn. Some of the cows looked at them calmly but most didn't even bother.

Louis patted Rachel when they bypassed her, "I'll show you my favourite place."

"Where's that?"

"You'll see."

So Harry let Louis guide him whereever. Somewhere on the way between their small talk and stories about their families and school and farm life, their hands had brushed together a few times before Louis finally took Harry's and intertwined them, earning a sweet smile from him.

Harry was really happy that Louis listened to what he had to say even if he talked really slow. He also loved listening to Louis because his stories were full of life and the way he talked with his whole body was intriguing. He was fun to listen to, no matter how little the things he told Harry were.

Louis led him into the forest and they strolled through the trees. Eventually they left the small path they were walking along on, the older boy pulling Harry into the corpse. Harry laughed, "What are you doing?"

"You'll see." Louis flashed him a grin and pulled him with him by his hand.

It wasn't long until Louis stopped, pulling aside a huge branch. Harry's eyes widened in wonder, looking around in awe and letting Louis pull him into the forest glade.

There was a small pond in the very middle of the clearing, glittering in the sun and reflecting the blue sky and the huge trees surrounding it. The grass was green and uncut making the ground soft and increidibly comfortable to sit on and purple and white flowers decorating the meadow beautifully. The trees and bushes around them were closely spaced, making it seem like they were cut out from the rest of the world.

"Do you like it?" Louis whispered into Harry's ear, an arm around his waist. Harry couldn't stop looking around, tongue tied, but he smiled softly which seemed to be enough answer for Louis, "I'm glad."

Harry turned to him, placing one hand on his waist and the other on his cheek softly, "It's beautiful. Thank you."

Louis grinned, eyes twinkling, "Oh, that's not all." He leaned in to peck Harry's lips before leaving their embrace. Harry had a dazed look on his face and brought his hand up to trace his tingling lips.

By the time he turned around Louis had spread out a blanket next to the pond and took out a few things from a basket. Harry gasped. It was food. Louis had prepared a picnic for them.

How did the basket with food even get here?

Louis motioned for him to come sit on the blanket so Harry did as told.

"Do you like it? Because this is kinda our lunch. Is that okay? There are also cherries and blackberries on those trees and bushes," He motioned around them, "if you want. They taste amazing. Is that okay for you?"

Harry looked at him and Louis suddenly looked insecure. Harry smiled softly, "Louis, this is amazing." he embraced him rapturously, causing them to fall backwards, Harry landing on top of the older boy.

Louis chuckled at him. "I'm glad."

Harry's gaze slipped from Louis' eyes to his lips and without thinking too much about it he leaned down, locking their lips. He meant to keep it short but he didn't get the chance to pull away when Louis tangled his fingers in his curls and who was Harry to refuse?

:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:ö:

"No! Don't go higher!" Harry shouted up.

"Why not?" Came back the faint answer.

"You'll fall. Stop it!" Harry had been up in that tree too but already climbed down again since it got too difficult for him to climb further.

"I won't fall." Louis yelled back.

Harry knew that this wasn't the first time his boyfriend (was he his boyfriend? Harry guessed so) was climbing a tree until it was too dangerous but Louis had a different concept of 'dangerous' and Harry was really worried even though he knew Louis knew what he was doing. So he changed his tactic of getting Louis listen to him, "Please come down. I miss you down here."

It acually worked. Louis hurried down as fast as possible without risking to fall. As soon as his feet touched the ground he pulled Harry close and and pressed their foreheads together, "Aww. Were you worried about me?"

Harry blushed at Louis' teasing tone, "Maybe."

Louis grinned, "You're cute."

He didn't give Harry the chance to protest, pressing his lips to his, kissing him deeply. Harry's hands wandered up Louis' chest until they found their way into his soft hair. Louis turned them around until Harry was pressed against the tree. Harry moaned softly, feeling trapped but loving it. Louis smirked against his lips before letting his tongue roam Harry's mouth. Harry loved the was Louis was dominating the kiss. It didn't matter that he could barely breath and his heart was racing. He didn't want it to end, ever.

And it went on like this. Whenever Harry wasn't walking around in the mountains because his family forced him to, or sleeping, he was with Louis. The last few days were blur with kisses, snogs, soft touches, sweet words and smiles and long lasting conversations.

"Lou?" Harry asked softly, his voice small and soft but full of fear. Louis' attention was captured immedeantly.

They were laying cuddled up in Louis' bed, watching Starwars 3 because Anikan is gorgeous.

"We're leaving tomorrow."

Louis sighed, "I know." It sounded strangled like he didn't want to have this conversation. They had avoided the topic up until now.

"What will happen?" Harry whisperd. He was really scared that it was just some kind of fling to Louis and he should forget about it, forget Louis. Or, if it wasn't, he didn't want to continue because of the distance and their different lifes. The worst part was that Harry understood if the latter would happen.

But Harry was sure he would be heartbroken if any of that happened. Not only was Louis his first boy crush and his first real crush and boyfriend (though they still hadn't labled it or said it out loud), Louis was also an increidible person and everything with him felt at ease. And the memories they had created together These past days were wonderful and Harry could never forget about them.

Louis sat up and turned off the TV. They he turned to Harry fully, taking Harry's hands into his and looked into his eyes, "Harry, do you want to be my boyfriend?" Harry nodded. "Do you want to stay my boyfriend?" Harry nodded again and Louis smiled happily, "Good, I want that too. So here is what we're going to do..."

Harry grinned widely when Louis told him everything and flung forward to hug him tightly. Louis hugged him back just as tight like he never wanted to let go of him again. The silence and warmth was comforting, like nothing around them mattered, it was just Louis and Harry.

Eventually Harry felt warm lips pressing against his neck, it felt nice. He tilted his head a bit to give Louis more room, who took it as an invitation to press warm soft kisses to his throat all the way up to his jawline and finally to his lips.

It started sweet, their lips moving in sync. Louis cupped Harry's face, tilting his head for a better angle. His other arm wrapped around his waist to pull him closer and Harry tightened his grip around Louis' shoulders. Louis guided Harry backwards until he laid him on his back, Louis hovering above him, without their lips separating once. Louis was holding him so close and touching him so delicately, and Harry felt so cared for. Louis' hands danced down Harry's sides until they reached the hem of his shirt. When Louis' hands slipped under the shirt, tracing the bare soft, warm skin, Harry shivered, his skin errupting in goosebumps.

Louis could feel Harry's eyelashes against his cheek as his eyes fluttered in pleasure. Harry clung to Louis tightly, one arm completely surrounding Louis' shoulder, the other in his hair, massaging the older boy's scalp. Almost automatically, Harry wrapped his legs around the older boys' hips, both of them moaning into each others mouth at the friction even though there was thick fabric separating them.

Louis bit into the younger boys' bottom lip, causing him to arch his back, which Louis took advantage of. He slipped a hand under Harry's back, tracing up and down his spine. Harry made a whining noise in the back of his throat that he couldn't hold back, even if he tried. Any other time he would be embarrassed but right now Harry's mind was clouded and he felt increidible. Louis and the pleasure he gave him was the only thing he could concentrate on.

It wasn't long until Harry felt like he needed more, needed to be closer. He tugged on Louis' shirt, wanting it off. Louis seemed to get the message and bit Harry's lip before separating them to be able to take it off.

But when he was half sitting and looked down at his young boyfriend it seemed like his mind cleared up again. Because instead of taking his shirt off he whispered, "We should stop, Haz."

"What? Why?" Harry whined, pouting. You couldn't blame him for sounding needy. He was horny and his mind was still fogged and he had his super hot boyfriend still hovering half above him and everything he did felt so good.

"Harry, with how many guys have you been?"

Harry's mind sobered up a bit, "None, but-..."

"Harry, listen..."

"But you could be my first. We're boyfriends, aren't we?"

Louis smiled softly, "I would really love to be your first but not now." Louis sighed, "Think about it. It would make us even more attached and I know we both want to make this work but that doesn't mean nothing could happen. What if something happens? I'll be the one who took your virginity and what if you want to be with someone else in the future? We've known each other not even a month and I know you're special, that we have something special but we still have a long time with long distance and everything and anything could happen. I'm not saying it will happen but... just think about it." He paused, letting his words sink in, "Do you get what I'm saying?" He whispered, looking into Harry's eyes, willing him to understand.

Harry did, and to be honest, he was touched that Louis had thought about it like that, like he wanted Harry's first time to be special, whether it would be with or without himself.

So Harry nodded, "I promise, I'll try my best to get you to be my first."

Louis smiled genuinely, eyes twinkling happy, "I promise I'll try my best to stay the one you want to be your first."

The next day parting was really fucking painful for the two of them.

Louis and Harry's goodbyes were filled with tears, wet kisses and tight embraces.

In four month Louis would surprise Harry in his class and they would both cry and kiss, not caring about the whole class being able to watch them. And then Louis would go to the university in chesire and be close to Harry and they would live happy ever after.

Until then they had to survive the absence of each other with late night calls and skype.

I'm happy how that turned out. I hope you guys enjoyed it<3
