After school, Evan walked home. Sighing, he looked up at the baby blue sky which was littered with clouds. Soon after, he continued walking. After he got home, he went to his room and grabbed his laptop, deciding to work on something for therapy. Opening word, he started writing his letter. His therapist called it the "Sincerely project", due to this being one of the first times they got to advise a client to write letters to help them cope. Dear Evan Hansen...

Once he had finished he saved it, not knowing what he did. He shut the laptop, letting out a yawn. He let himself fall backwards onto his bed, sighing contently closing his eyes, he let himself drift off to sleep. He didn't dream that night.

When he was awaken, Heidi sat next to him. "Good morning, Ev! How did you sleep??" Evan sat up, yawning slightly "Be-better than normal." He soon smiled at his mother, who pulled him into a hug. "I'm sorry I came home late, Evan.." "It's fine, mom" "No, it's not, I'm never home anymore.. Anyway! it's time to get ready for school" Heidi said, letting go of Evan, ruffling his hair. "Moooooooooommmmmmmmm" "Hehe" "I love you, mom"

"I love you too, Evan."
