It felt so good to be back into the sea. I felt finally at peace as I passed the colorful coral reefs, and I even swam with a very playful dolphin. I swam pass Andrea and smiled, she looked so happy. As I swam further ahead, I realized Emerald had never swam as a mermaid before. I went back and showed her the motions and she caught on pretty easily, soon she was even racing us. We went to the surface," It's been so long since I've smelled the ocean breeze." Andrea said excitedly. I was thinking the same thing then I had only one thought, The Moon Pool at Coral Island." Let's swim to Coral." I looked at Andrea, I could tell she was thinking the same thing. Emerald looked confused," Corl Island?"
    " Yeah it's where we live." Andrea replied. " You live there!"
    "Basically all of our lives."
    " Sky we have to show her the moon pool, Emerald follow us."
      We started to torpedo towards Coral Island . As we torpedoed into the cave that we call the moon pool, I could feel that something was wrong.
        I popped my head out of the water and looked around, the moon pool was almost completely destroyed, it looked like the land entrance collapsed and many different sizes of rocks were scattered around the sand. This was going to take a lot of work to fix. We got out of the moon pool and watched Emerald almost instantly turn into a human. " How'd you do that?" Andrea and I asked. " I just laid down for a second and now I'm human." She replied. Andrea and I had never been on land before, we'd never even tried. There were sayings that if you and another mermaid used both your powers at the same time on each other's tails then u can turn human. I suggested that we try that and on the count of three we directed our powers to Andreas tail and it started to get humid, Andrea was standing with legs. " My turn." Andrea nodded," on the count of three. 1.......2.......3!" We both used our powers on my tail and the same thing happened it was humid, then I looked down I didn't have a tail I had my very own pair of legs. At first it was really hard to walk and even stand. Soon we got the hang of it and went to work, Emerald was teaching us how to use our legs to lift things, and we taught her how to use her power, it was weird because she only had two powers, her invisibility, and controlling the water. About an hour or two later we had the moon pool looking like it did when we lived there. One thing that crossed my mind, where was our pod?
