My name is Sky, and I'm a mermaid. Before you say anything, I know you might not think mermaid exist, But if they don't then what am I? Anyway I am a 17 year old mermaid, I have a light blue mermaid tail, and Carmel like hair. I am not the smartest fish in the sea either, but that's ok! My best friend's name is Andrea, she's also a mermaid! Usually mermaids have light blue tails like mine, but hers is a mixture of blue and green, it's what makes her unique!
One day while Andrea and I were swimming to our personal hang out, the moon pool at Coral Island. As we were swimming we saw a speed boat skid across the water towards Coral this wasn't a good sign. We swam to the surface to see what was going on, suddenly the boat stopped about 10 feet away from us. A weird heavy thing dropped from it, we went to investigate it. As we swam towards two people fell into the water, they looked directly at us. All I remember after that was total darkness. The next morning, I woke up in a big pool of salt water, surrounded by odd machines and equipment. I looked around at the other end I saw Andrea, she was unconscious. I swam as fast as I could toward her, just as I got to her she woke up. She looked just as confused as I was. This was the lab.
