So Ivypool is the sister of the famous Dovewing, but she isn't involved in Dovewing's prophecy, so she always feel left out. She finds refuge in her sleep, and soon Hawkfrost visits her in her sleep, and brings her to the Dark Forest, where she rises in their ranks. Soon Jayfeather, Lionblaze, & Dovewing find out about this, and ask Ivypool to spy on the Dark Forest for them. She grudgingly agrees and brings back crucial information for the Clans. In the final battle, Hawkfrost is stunned to find she's on the Clan cats side. Ivypool fights bravely and the Clans win the war, but at a cost. Ivypool is a brave warrior, and she should get more credit.

Sorry if I left anything out I was too lazy to search up her story so I just put down what I remembered XD. Anyway, I love Ivypool and ship her and Hawkfrost OTP OTP OTP! Who's with me?! (Be ready for Blaze's long review below) (I blab on about everything, get used to it guys ~Blaze)

Ivypool, to me, just as EVERY OTHER CAT IS ON THIS LIST, is a wonderful and intriguing character. I love her and her double-spy routine just as I love Severus Snape's in Harry Potter. To tell you the truth, the two are much in the same. Ivypool was jealous of her sister, thereby giving the Dark Forest sufficient ammunition to get her on their side. After seeing the err in her ways, she becomes a spy and joins the side of Light once more. It's a very standard, straightforward character device, and it doesn't leave her much room to grow, but she does indeed manage to do that. Ivypool has made enough fatal mistakes that I don't like her as much as I do for some of the others, but yeah, IvyXHawk is definitely on my list of Warriorships, and she herself manages to break through her own character flaws to make herself worthwhile in the end. As a triplet I know just how hard it is to accept that you will not always be in the spotlight, and that if your sister is better then you, then SHE will remain more popular and make you feel lesser. I also know that overwhelming need to do something drastic and probably foolish in order to get in said spotlight. That being said, I feel like Ivypool could have handled her feelings better. I, after all, have not joined the dark side to ruin my sisters grades. Or have I? I'll never tell :P

In all, she gets a 7/10, and just barely escapes a 6 because I see and understand her motivation, and I recognize that most of her ideas stem from true emotion and not some unjust ambitious evil like some other characters. And I feel like by the end she definitely proves her worth and becomes better off for it. Also because its a cute ship, and they should totes be together in the afterlife, whenever Ivypool finally goes to StarClan. XD

This might make your mind explode, but Ivypool is too awesome a cat. She is my favorite character! I love her without particularly shipping her with Hawkfrost, but they would be cute together. She felt so lonely because her sister, Dovewing, was part of The Special Prophecy of The Three. Then, she felt betrayed by Tigerstar. And I was so happy for her when she was able to spy on the Dark Forest on behalf of The Three. She finally took part of something big and was recognized! I wish everyone could understand how neglected Ivypool felt and how emotional what she did was because I have no ways to put this into words.

Ivypool is my favorite character (don't you dare disagree)

Man... what a hard life Ivypool had. I mean, when she was a kit, her life was picturesque. Nothing could go wrong it seemed to Ivykit. She had a great sister, great parents, and a great Clan to look forward to serving when she became older. But then when they became apprentices and the Clan marveled at Dovepaw's insane hunting skills, things started going downhill. The beaver problem didn't help this issue either. In a matter of a few moons, Ivypool went from being the happy and playful, energetic ball of fur that was tumbling around the camp to a sulky apprentice who just wanted to curl up in a ball and sleep her life away. Later throughout her life, after she realized Dovewing had special powers, Ivypool saw that her own Clan was in danger, and she was the only one who could save it. By this time, Ivypool really started to become the brave and selfless cat that StarClan had destined her to become. Not much people recognize Ivypool as an 'important character' or an 'essential' but when you really think about it, without her the Clans would be overrun by Dark Forest cats.

And for those people out there who say Erin didn't give her a special power, she did. She gave her bravery.

I think that Ivypool's bravery is 098765678987656787/10. She's the only cat who would go and spy on the Dark Forest, AND she has good morals because she never got lured into their trap. Ivypool is an amazing she-cat, and I heard she has a mate now too! :3 Good for her. And Tiger, that is not the proper way to describe Ivypool. Shame on you.
