Wattpeer reviews opens periodically for applications. We're currently closed, but add this book to your library and you'll get a notification when we open again.

Before applying to get reviewed:

1. Have a look at this book and read the reviews. Then answer the following questions, to yourself:

(1) Do I want one of these reviews for my book and am I willing to take the review seriously once it's done?

(2) The two reviewers will put a lot of work into the review—does my book and my dedication to it merit such an effort?

(3) Am I serious about my commitment to Wattpad and my book over the next few months that it may take to get the review done?

If you can't answer all of these questions with a clear yes, please don't apply for a review. If your book is abandoned, you disappear, you change your username or anything like that without warning us, we will not complete your review. These reviews take a lot of time and effort, and we do not ask for payment (we're angels, right?) so you have to be as least as committed to your book as we are. Otherwise it's not fair on the other reviewees waiting for their turn!

2. In order to apply to be reviewed, fill in the form in the next chapter, then submit the form via a comment to that chapter. Forms submitted anywhere else will not get a response.

3. We'll then screen the book for quality. We'll read the first few pages, and if it is strong enough to appeal to both of us and make us want to read it all the way through, it will get on our shortlist.

4. Once the application window closes, the shortlist will be published. Then we will select our very favourite entries from the shortlist and add them to our queue of stories to be reviewed. Those that make it into the queue will not only get an amazing and thorough review of their whole book, but also a Wattpeer Reviews sticker to announce they were amazing enough to beat off the competition in our stringent judging process!

5. Before filling in the form, we ask that you to add this book to one of your public reading lists.

6. All our reviews will be published here, with a dedication to the author. (If you hate the review of your book, PM us and we will take it down as a whole - although the quality screening process acts as a guarantee that the review won't be totally terrible.)

7. Once the review is published, please comment on it. Was it helpful? Was it accurate, was it mean? Whatever, but we would like to hear back from you.

8. Remember that we are doing this for fun and in our free time, and reading an entire book takes time, so be patient. It may be months until we have gone through the whole queue, but it will be worth it!

As mentioned, we only review books that we enjoy reading. And beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so a rejection isn't necessarily a signal your book is bad. Beyond quality, our criteria for accepting a book are relatively subjective. They not only depend on our very personal tastes, but they may also depend on our mood, on what we had for lunch, and on the weather outside. However, we generally like books that are written with loving care, that have passed a spellchecker and that seem to make sense.

Books do not have to be completed to enter, but should be at least 5 chapters. The nature of our review book - and the huge number of other review books that will critique your first few chapters - means that longer and completed books will always get precedence. In the end, we tend to get so many applications that lots of great books are rejected, so if you don't make it through, please don't feel bad. However, if you do, you should definitely congratulate yourself!

Important note: Remember! Even if your book does make it into our queue, we reserve the right to kick it out at any time, without any warning. Reasons for kicking out may include, but are not limited to:

* Your dedication to Wattpad has waned. We note that, at the time we are ready to review your book, your account is lacking activity.

* Your book is not finished and has not been updated for a long time, looking abandoned.

* You have renamed your book without telling us about it, making us guess what book it might be.

* Your book has substantially changed since we accepted it for review, or you are apparently in the process of rewriting it completely. If you do some of this things, do tell us, we will probably find a way to do the review anyway.

Finally, we don't guarantee to vote for your book. We may if we love a chapter. But don't come here just to rack up stars – come here because you want some honest feedback on your work.
