I had a panic attack in the middle of lunch at school

I've been having a REALLY bad day

And I suddenly just kind of froze up

And I couldn't breathe

I was all shaky

And I started to kind of cry

Lemme tell u why

1- my parents think I'm turning into my delinquent sister

2- im gonna be alone in this godforsaken world

3- I'm fat

4- my crush is moving to California

5- I don't wanna end up a failure in life

6- I don't want to be abandoned

7- I have regular anxiety

8- may or may not have depression
