Why did you start writing on Wattpad?

It was suggested to me by a friend who was also on the app.

What's been your proudest moment on Wattpad?

When one of my books (TAATO) first broke one million. I was the first in my specific fandom corner of wattpad to do so, and everyone was very supportive of me :)

Which book has been the most fun to write?

I think.. The fourth book of the TAATO series was the most fun, because it was very popular and I was at the peak of my writing abilities.

What's the hardest part about writing on Wattpad?

As much as I love writing, I'd committed myself to posting a chapter every day and sometimes it was hard to do. The work always pays off, but it's still difficult at times.

Where do you get your inspiration from?

Truthfully, I get inspiration from everywhere. Daily experiences, movies and books, things I see on media. Just random things spark my inspiration.

What's the best part about writing on Wattpad?

The best part of it is definitely the people. Of course there are outliers that make the app particularly stressful, but for the most part people are always supportive and understanding. My favorite part of posting a chapter is seeing all their kind comments rolling through.

And finally, what advice would you give to a new writer on Wattpad?

More than anything, it's important to stay true to yourself. Which sounds cliche, but it's very difficult not to give in to what other people WANT you to write. And while that's important, it's more important to allow your creativity to flow honestly, because being yourself is what being an artist is all about.
