Why did you start writing on Wattpad?

I started writing on Wattpad because I once helped out a Wattpadian and they told me 'you should write your own book! You're really good!' So that day I made a Fanfiction book that hit 46 reads in an hour.

Which book has been the most fun to write?

'I Was Never Reading For You To Leave Me', one of my old/ new Fanfiction stories.

How did it feel to hit 1k for the first time?

When I hit 1k on my first book I was screeching in happiness, I showed everyone in my family. But of course I was really happy. I never really thought people would read it.

Who are your biggest writing inspirations?

Rachel Russell, the author of the 'Dark Diaries' series, I've read all her books. And J Ivy, he's a poet and so am I. He made the 'Dear Father' book and he came to my school. I remember when I went up to get it signed, I asked him "Do people tear you down cause of your high setting dreams?" He said, "Well of course, you gotta have haters. If you don't, you won't have someone to prove wrong. You're already a bright light, just don't let someone steal your light bulb."

And finally, what advice would you give to a new writer on Wattpad?

I would say, just be yourself. Don't let anybody tell you about your story. If you like it then you write it. But don't ditch your story for a new one.
