Judging Criteria
Here are the key elements that the judges will look at while judging story and short story entries:
Plot Summary
You will be prompted to write a 500 word (max) plot summary of your story in the submission form. This is a critical element of your submission as it helps the judges decide if they want to know more about your story.
- It should be clear, concise, and follow a consistent narrative
- It should include all the main points of your plot from beginning to end (yes, along with spoilers!)
You can find tips on how to write an effective summary here: Loglines and Summary
