A Scout goes around and searches for talent. So basically, if you are a Co ops looking for a partner, you go to a Scout and they will search for one who would work well with you. If you are an author, more than likely this is a group your editor would use to find help that matches the author's style. This group is rare though, because normally being a Scout and being an Editor goes hand in hand, but because I have run into a couple non editor Scouts, they are getting a spot in this book. They are pretty much the private investigators of Wattpad, who will track down the people you need.
