I got into writing because I couldn't afford art supplies way back when I was a working student. I had so many ideas that I wanted to draw on paper and canvases but I had other priorities. Overspending was not an option for a 16-year-old full-time student trying to get familiar with another country. But writing online was cheap. You just need a phone and you can start writing. Although, writing isn't as physically colourful like my artworks, I could still play with the words and express myself freely. Since then, I found myself engrossed in creating stories and sharing it with the community.

A colleague, who was into fan fictions, introduced a writing website to me and that got me interested in writing. However, fan fiction isn't my cup of tea. I was in a fan fiction community but I wasn't writing fan fiction. I knew I needed to find another place to share my works despite the support I received from them. I found Wattpad by pure luck because of the good reviews back on 2012 (and how easy I trust Google) and decided to give it a try. Next thing you know, it'll be celebrating my 9th year on December 2021.

I'm most proud of my story FNGT 1: The CEO's Marriage Contract. Aside from being my first Paid story, it was also the first one that received a million of reads in my works. It was also the story were I got to meet a lot of my readers who actually stuck with me until the end of the series.

I actually have two favourite experiences/memory. First, was when I got to join the Paid Stories program and become a Wattpad Star. Second, when I had the opportunity to take part in the WattpadFilipino's first collaboration with the other Stars and have my prompt selected! That was an amazing experience!

In every story I write, there's one certain characteristic or personality of one of the characters that's based from me.

Never give up. Every writer starts at the bottom and slowly make their way up. Do not compare yourself with others. Perhaps they achieved success earlier than you but that doesn't mean that you'll stop believing and improving your craft. Their time just arrived earlier than yours so keep writing and working hard. Because when your day arrives, it will be beautiful and worth it.
