Dizzy: Speed and intelligence are great and all, but sometimes it's better to let your fist do the talking. And these two blondes know this no better.

Junko: Yang Xiao Long, everyone's favorite one-armed hunter in RWBY!

Akame: And Leone, the beau- *ahem* incredibly tough cat girl in Akame ga Kill.

Dizzy: I'm Dizzy, she's Akame and that's Junko.

Junko: And it's time for a Death Battle!

Yang was walking in a small town as she was looking for her sister. She saw another girl, Leone, and approached her.

Yang: Hey, you wouldn't have happened to see a girl in a red hood would you?

Leone turned to face her.

Leone: Hm? Hmm... maybe. Come on, let's talk somewhere else.

Yang shrugged her shoulders and followed Leone into a bar. There she explained that she was looking for her teammates.

Leone: Hmm... I think I know a guy who seen one of them. But he hates to be talked to without cash and I'm dead broke.

Yang: Hm? Oh, no problem. I got some right here.

Yang pulled out a bag of coins.

Yang: Would this be enough?

Leone: And then some!

Leone quickly grabbed the bag and turned away.

Leone: I'll go talk to my friend real quick! You stay here until I get back!

Yang nodded. She then waited... and waited... and waited... ... ... and waited... eventually nighttime came and a bartender approached her.

Bartender: Excuse me ma'am... we're about to close...

Yang: ... ... ...

Yang's eyes were red as she balled her fist and smashed her table into bits.

Yang: That son of a bitch!

A few minutes later, she was walking through the small town mumbling to herself until she ran into Leone again.

Yang: Hey, you're that girl from before! I want my money back!

Leone: Hm? No way. I already spent it.

Yang: Tch...

Leone turned to leave again.

Yang: Hold up!

Leone: Hm?

Leone turned to face Yang who got into a fighting stance.

Yang: I'm not leaving without a fight.

Leone smiled.

Leone: Is that a challenge?

She immediately got into her beast form.

The two girls went for a heavy punch as their fist clashed.

Yang: So, you're a Faunus too huh?!

Leone: I don't even know what that is!

Leone went for an uppercut with her claws and Yang quickly jumped out the way to dodge it. Yang went for a punch but Leone blocked it and went for one of her own. Yang caught her fist and punched Leone straight in the gut, sending her straight into a stone statue. Leone grabbed the statue and swung it at Yang, sending her through multiple buildings.

Yang: Geh!

Yang started to get up as Leone was jumping from building to building towards her. She jumped up and went for a downward punch. Yang saw this and went to block it with her robot arm as the impact made a giant crater from under them. Yang then went for an uppercut that sent Leone back, but Leone landed on her feet with a smile.

Leone: That almost hurt.

Yang: Heh. That's my line.

Yang started punching the air, firing bullets from her gauntlet and Leone started dodging them. She got closer and punched her in the face. She hit Yang with another punch and went for a third, but Yang dodged and hit Leone in the face. She went for another punch, but Leone dodged and punched Yang in the gut.

Leone: What's wrong?!

Leone punched her again and sent her back a bit.

Leone: Giving up?!

She went for another punch, but Yang caught it. She looked at Leone with red eyes.

Yang: In your dreams!

Yang punched her in the face twice and Leone went to punch her back. Yang blocked it as she punched Leone in the gut and sent her flying into a building. Yang threw up two magazines and reloaded her gauntlet and robotic arm as the building Leone was in blew up.

Yang: Jackpot.

Leone's yellow eyes glowed in the debris as she jumped up with a giant boulder.

Leone: Take this!

She threw the boulder and Yang quickly punched it, smashing it to bits as Leone landed on her feet and dashed at her. She went for a quick jab at Yang's chest and sent her flying back. Yang landed on her feet as her aura began to crack.

Leone: Next time don't let your guard down.

Yang was set ablaze as she dashed at her. 

Yang: RAAAGH!

Yang went for a punch and Leone quickly dodged it and punched Yang in the face. Yang took it and punched Leone in the gut hard enough for her to cough up blood. Yang went for another punch ut Leone dodged, and as soon as she did, Yang went to punch her with her robot arm. Leone quickly caught it with her jaw and ripped it off.

Yang: Gah!

Yang took the pain and went for another punch, but Leone managed to dodge it, get behind her, grab her by the neck, and snap it. Yang's dead body hit the ground as Leone yawned and walked away with a victory pose.

Leone: Nailed it.

Akame: YES!She- ... *ahem* I mean... way to go Leone.

Dizzy: Um... Akame do you-

Akame: Moving on. This match up was actually closer than originally thought. Both can scale to dodging lightning and had a decent amount of experience on the battlefield.

Dizzy: Right. Yang even had a good enough arsenal to give Leone a good fight and her semblance allowed her to close the gap in their strength.

Junko: But there were two problems. First, her semblance can only hold but for so long. As long as Leone can get a few decent hits in, she could get through her semblance eventually.

Dizzy: The second is Leone's durability. Even if Yang did close the gap, there's nothing she could do to bypass Leone's insane durability and stubborn healing factor.

Junko: Yeah, Yang was definitely a worthy opponent. But she's the right person, in the right place, at the wrong time.

Dizzy: The winner... is Leone.

Junko: Okay! Ready for the final chapter of the 8 Battle Special?!

Dizzy: Ready!

Akame: Ready...

Junko: Next time on Death Battle!

Aigis: Ready for round two?

Noel: Yeah... let's do this properly.
