Junko: I don't know what it is about motorcycles and death, but when you put them together you get a badass!

Dizzy: Right... like these two agents of death.

Junko: Underaker the phenom of WWE!

Akame: And Ghost Rider, Marvel's spirit of vengeance.

Dizzy: I'm Dizzy, she's Junko, and she's Akame.

Junko; And it's time for a Death Battle!

After finally retiring, The Undertaker was riding his bike on the road to Hell. He heard someone following him as he turned his head to see Ghost Rider on his Hell Cycle.

Ghost Rider: Mark Calaway... your sins are immeasurable. It is time you paid for your crimes.

Undertaker: Try to make me. I will make you Rest in peace!

Undertaker immediately threw a fireball at him but it had no effect as Ghost Rider sped up.

Ghost Rider pulled out his chain as he was swinging it at the Undertaker, who was driving out the way of each strike. Ghost Rider drove right beside him and swung his chain again. Undertaker blocked it as the chain wrapped around Undertaker's arm.

Undertaker: I'm walking down a path you could never follow.

Undertaker drove his bike straight into Ghost Rider and the two fell off the road, falling into the pits of Hell. Undertaker pulled Ghost Rider up to him and punched him in the face. Ghost Rider returned the favor with two punches of his own. He made a portal and they fell in it, falling straight into a graveyard. Right before they landed, Undertaker grabbed Ghost Rider by the neck and slammed him straight into the ground. He then got on top of him and started punching rapidly at Ghost Rider's skull. Undertaker got up and took off both his hat and jacket, tossing them aside as Ghost Rider was already healing from the damage. Ghost Rider got up and fired a burst of flames from his mouth as soon as Undertaker turned around. Undertaker was barely affected as he grabbed Ghost Rider by the face, crushed his skull, and punched him back. Ghost Rider recovered quickly and went to punch him but Undertaker blocked it. As soon as he did, Ghost Rider grabbed him by the neck and bring him close.

Ghost Rider: Look into my eyes, Undertaker! Your soul is tainted by the blood of the inno-

Before Ghost Rider could finish, Undertaker headbutted him hard, knocking him back.

Undertaker: My soul is long gone.

Undertaker raised his hands and a burst of lightning came from the sky, striking down at Ghost Rider. Undertaker walked towards him and picked him up, but Ghost Rider pushed him back and pulled out his Hellfire Gun. He shot Undertaker straight in the chest with a ball of Hellfire, but Undertaker took it as if he didn't feel a thing. Ghost Rider shot him again and again as the Undertaker was walking closer. Taker grabbed the gun and Ghost Rider shot him in the face. Undertaker's eyes rolled into the back of his head as he grabbed Ghost Rider by the neck, lifted him up, and slammed him into the ground.

Undertaker: Get up Rider.

Undertaker found a casket and opened it as he pulled a shovel out from inside. Ghost Rider got to one knee as Undertaker took the shovel and hit Ghost Rider in the back so hard it broke. Ghost Rider had quickly recovered, but as soon as he did Undertaker had a fist full of darkness and brought it straight through Ghost Rider's chest. He picked him up and threw Ghost Rider straight through a tombstone. Ghost Rider was once again starting to get up and Undertaker unleashed a pillar of fire from under Ghost Rider. Instead of getting away from it, Ghost Rider absorbed it as he made multiple clones of himself.

Ghost Rider: You will not leave here unscathed!

Undertaker raised his hands slowly as the dead was starting to come out of their graves.

Undertaker: Think again.

The Ghost Rider's went after the dead as Undertaker dashed at the original and went for a furry of quick jabs. Ghost Rider took the hits and punched Undertaker in the face. Undertaker responded with a punch of his own. He grabbed Ghost Rider's arm and put him in a Hell's Gate submission hold. Ghost Rider was trying to break free as Undertaker used the hold to break his arm and neck. The Ghost Rider wasn't phased though as he went to punch Undertaker hard, breaking his jaw and forcing him to let go of the hold. Ghost Rider's body healed quickly as Undertaker got up and easily fixed his jaw. Ghost Rider dashed at him but Undertaker quickly threw im up, grabbed him by the legs, and slammed him down with the Last Ride. Ghost Rider responded with a burst of Hellfire from his mouth that sent Undertaker flying backward. Undertaker had fallen on his back but almost immediately stood up. The spirit of Paul Bearer appeared behind him, raising an urn in the air.

Paul Bearer: Oooh yeaaaah!

Paul Bearer opened the urn as a bright light came out, releasing Undertaker's full power. Ghost Rider saw this and dashed at him, but Undertaker released a humongous blast of lightning that sent Ghost Rider flying. As soon as he landed, a burst of blue flames rose as Zarathos stood up. Undertaker dashed at him and Zarathos blasted blue Hellfire at him. Undertaker quickly teleported behind him, turned him around, got him upside down, and hit him with a Tombstone Piledriver, crushing Zarathos' skull. Taker then grabbed him by the leg and threw him, but Zarathos landed on his feet instantly as his head healed. He summoned multiple chains that stabbed through Undertaker's body.

Zarathos: Get over here!

Zarathos pulled Undertaker towards him and grabbed him by the neck. He stared deep into his eyes.

Undertaker: You... will never... REST. IN. PEACE.

Zarathos: Hmph... we'll see.

Zarathos lifted him up and used his hellfire to blow Undertaker's head off. He then went ahead and dropped the deadman.

Dizzy: That was... actually a tad better than I imagined.

Akame: Well, this was a pretty close fight. Both Undertaker and Ghost Rider had a counter for each other.

Dizzy: Right. Both these guys are immune to soul manipulation and Undertakers resistance to Hellfire made it difficult for Ghost Rider to get a clean win.

Junko: In base, Ghost Rider was also faster and stronger. But Undertaker has already dealt with opponents much faster and stronger than he is, like John Cena or his brother, Kane.

Dizzy: Thing is, while Undertaker was a challenging opponent, he didn't really have any way of killing Ghost Rider.

Junko: Yeah, it would be hard to get rid of a guy with a healing factor much greater than yours. And while Undertaker does have his own healing factor, he's never healed from things like severed limbs or decapitation.

Akame: Not just that, but Zarathos' power was much greater than anything Undertaker has dealt with in the pass, making speed and strength practically irrelevant.

Junko: So it looks like this Deadman just died again! And here is your winner... the Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze!

Junko: Next time on Death Battle!

Eliza: I'm sorry, but I do things my own way.

Menat: Really? I would love to see what you can do.

Menace: Very well... a battle royal it is then.
