Kokonoe: There are tons of heroes, each with different ranks and skills. Out every hero, however, very few can be considered a prodigy from birth like the 2nd best S-Rank hero... the Tornado of Terror... Tatsumaki.

Ann: As one of the strongest heroes out there, Tatsumaki is normally called out as a last resort. This is because ever since she was a child, she was born with Esper powers that have been top tier.

Kokonoe: Right. She likes to use her telekinesis to pick up boulders and buildings to throw at her opponents, or just throw her opponent around without second thought.

Junko: Forget that! She once stopped these giant cells and send them right back to where they came from!

Junko: And when sent to take out a monsters association, she decided to lift their entire base form the ground!

Junko: Yeah, that small lost child did all this!

Ann: She doesn't just move things around though. She can also make a psychic bubble to protect herself with.

Ann: This shield is so strong it can take hits from dragon level threats even while she's unconscious.

Kokonoe: Dragon Levels are the second biggest threat level behind gods in the One Punch Man world, and Tatsumaki is one of the few who can take them out, sometimes with little effort. In fact, in her battle against Saitama, she once annihilated one without even noticing.

Junko: It's even more surprising that she can even lift Saitama, though just barely.

Ann: She can also make a psychic whirlwind.

Ann: It's a sort of anti-esper technique. It nullifies the effects of another espers attacks by swirling her psychic energy around her in a tornado like fashion which repels all other psychic attacks towards her.

Junko: And she's got Psychic Binding!

Junko: An ability she can use on other espers to completely paralyze her opponents and stop them from using their abilities!

Kokonoe: But that's not as impressive as her ability to control others chi.

Kokonoe: Basically, she can control her opponents lifeforce or Chi and use it against them, killing them from the inside.

Junko: Wait, is that how she changes the channels on a TV?

Ann: Wait, she can do that?

Junko: With just a swipe of her finger!

Kokonoe: Anyway, Tatsumaki is incredibly strong. She can sense others and transfer her energy into objects to fool those who can sense her.

Ann: During her fight with Psykos, she got pissed off and twisted an entire city! And this is moments before she took this giant blast!

Ann: A huge blast that caused so much destruction it could be seen from space! Tatsumaki took that and was still able to keep fighting!

Junko: She's incredibly fast as well!

Junko: She's able to travel across cities in seconds and even repelled Speed of Sounds exploding shurikens while fighting Saitama!

Kokonoe: However, she's not all powerful.

Ann: Yeah, her powers weaken when she gets hit in the head. And she can overtax her powers if this ever happens.

Junko: People with enough power can also resist the affects of her Chi manipulation... but that only applies to anyone weaker than her sooo...

Kokonoe: She can also be extremely arrogant at times... though that would go down after her fight with Saitama, where she learned maybe she wasn't quite the unstoppable force she thought she was and finally loosened up a bit.

Ann: But at the end of the day, the idea that anyone could match up to this Tornado of Terror seems laughable.
