Neptune: Ya know, some people use their wings to fly and that's it. But these two use their wings for so much more.

Neptune: And Dizzy, the young Gear Queen of Guilty Gear!

Monika: The stage is set and the combatants are ready.

Neptune: It's time for a Death Battle!

Months after the death of Bayonetta, Morrigan was looking for another opponent. She was flying through the air as she landed right in front of Illyria Castle.

Inside the Castle, Dizzy saw a bunch of guards gathering around the front door.

Dizzy: What's going on?

Morrigan kicked the doors open, knocking all the guards away in moments. She looked up at Dizzy.

Morrigan: Looks like I found a new toy.

Dizzy: Who... who are you?

Morrigan: Hmm... nobody important... to you anyway.

Dizzy: Look... I don't know who you are... but-

Morrigan dashed at her and Necro suddenly turned into a mass of snakes to strike at Morrigan, who deformed into a swarm of bats. The bats flew past the snakes and reformed behind Dizzy. As soon as Morrigan reformed, Undine fired ice shards at her and Morrigan flew up to dodge them.

Morrigan: My my, looks like you'll be more fun to play with than I thought!

Morrigan unleashed a barrage of arrows down at Dizzy, who flew away to dodge them. She turned as her nails turned to a long needle that went up to stab her. Morrigan dodged it and flew at her, but as soon as she did, Dizzy's tail turned demonic and went to take a bite out of her. Morrigan jumped back and fired a bunch of flaming projectiles. Undine quickly came out to make an ice barrier to block them as it caused a blinding mist to surround the entire castle. Once it cleared, Morrigan saw Dizzy's body had gone back to normal.

Morrigan: Well aren't you an interesting one... hm?

Morrigan saw a large water bubble right next to her. She looked around her and saw that she was surrounded by them.

Morrigan: Crap!

Dizzy: I'm sorry...

They all blew up at the same time, causing an explosion that blew up the entire castle. Both Morrigan and Dizzy flew high up out of the debris of the explosion. Morrigan flew ahead and fired multiple missiles down at Dizzy, who was trying to dodge them all. She finally got hit by one of them, which blew up in her face and sent there flying straight into the ground. Morrigan flew down at her and made a drill on her foot. She stomped down and drilled straight into Dizzy's chest. Necro immediately came out to grab her, but Morrigan flipped back before he could. Necro then took control of Dizzy's body as he pulled out a bow and arrow and fired a powerful shot at her.

Morrigan: Too slow.

Morrigan flipped her hair back as she summoned Lilith, who turned her wings to blades and blocked it, pushing it back.

Lilith: My my, can you ever not get in trouble?

Morrigan: Whatever do you mean?

Necro was surprised as he turned back into Dizzy's wing. Dizzy herself had fallen to one knee as her wound had healed.

Lilith: I'm guessing this one doesn't have any friends to play with huh?

Morrigan: Don't worry, she's fun to play with as is.

Undine went to bring a large ice spike from the ground and both Morrigan and Lilith flip and dodged it. Lilith dashed at Dizzy as a swarm of bats, striking Dizzy in every direction. Morrigan then dashed at her. Necro came up and unleashed a bunch of explosions from the ground, but Morrigan was easily dodging them before making a clone of herself. Morrigan kicked Dizzy in the face as the clone went for a kick of its own, causing Dizzy to stagger back. The clone went back in Morrigan as Lilith dashed at her with a clone of her own and Undine threw a scythe at both of them. Lilith and the clone dodged it as Necro unleashed an explosion that knocked them back. Then, as soon as Dizzy went back to face Morrigan, she was stabbed in the chest by a long needle.

Morrigan faced her with a smile.

Morrigan: How fun. Can't wait to feel the taste of your soul.

Morrigan tried to absorb Dizzy's energy, but to her surprise, nothing was coming out.

Morrigan: What?

Undine threw an ice blade at her, forcing Morrigan to get back. Lilith then dashed at Dizzy to strike at her, but Necro swung his scythe and Lilith quickly made a blade to block his swing. Undine then summoned another ice blade and Lilith flew back to not get stabbed. Both Undine and Necro then started firing Gamma Ray's at both of them and the two succubi were quick to dodge them. Morrigan quickly made a giant ray gun as she aimed it at Dizzy. She unleashed a giant beam of energy as Undine and Necro unleashed a huge blast of Gamma Radiation. They clashed and caused a huge explosion between them that knocked them back. Lilith was quick to catch Morrigan as Dizzy rolled straight into a giant piece of rubble.

Lilith: You okay?!

Morrigan Geh... yeah...

Dizzy got up to her knees as Necro was getting pissed off. He started to summon a Gamma Ray and Undine quickly warned Dizzy. Dizzy quickly noticed as she was horrified.

Dizzy: Necro No!

Dizzy quickly tackled Necro, causing the blast to just barely miss both Morrigan and Lilith. They watched as the blast caused a humongous explosion behind them as they both looked at each other with horrified expressions on their faces.

Lilith: Th-Th-Th-That was... u-um...

Morrigan: Yeah... this girl is much stronger than I originally thought... 

Dizzy was on her hands and knees. She had a tear in her eye as she wrapped her arms around her body.

Dizzy: I... I can't...

A black aura started to surround Dizzy as she started to get up.

Dizzy: Stop my Power!!!

Dizzy unleashed a burst of energy through her body as she went into her true form.

Morrigan: Lilith!

Lilith: Right!

Lilith fused into Morrigan as Morrigan was whole again. She dashed at Dizzy and used her tail as a whip as Dizzy did the same with her tail. They clashed and Morrigan quickly went for a roundhouse kick. Dizzy staggered but recovered quickly as she grabbed Morrigan by the hair, lifted her up, and slammed her into the ground hard enough for blood to splatter. She then dragged her head into the ground, spun with it, and threw it into the air. She charged a beam of Gamma Radiation and blasted it at her. Morrigan screamed in pain as the beam incinerated her into nothingness. Dizzy then returned to base form with a sad look in her eyes.

Dizzy: I'm sorry for this...

Neptune: And we gotta winner!

Monika: This was a tricky match to decide. Morrigan was more agile and durable than Dizzy and could summon both Lilith and a clone to give herself the number advantage at any time.

Neptune: But Dizzy was much faster and her stubborn healing factor made it difficult to get a solid hit.

Monika: Dizzy's power output was much greater too. Morrigan had enough power to take out foes capable of lifting islands and burying Egypt, but Dizzy could merge with the Backyard, which is much bigger than our own observable universe. And as a Gear, Dizzy can easily resist any attempt at Morrigan taking her soul

Neptune: In the end Morrigan has been judged and she was too Dizzy not to be found Guilty!

Monika: The winner is Dizzy.
