Junko: Today we're gonna look at two angry Dads- I mean Gods of war! Who are also dads that will murder anyone that piss them off!

Akame: Kratos, the slayer of gods in God of War.

Junko: And Asura, the destructor of Asura's Wrath!

Dizzy: I'm Dizzy, they're Junko and Akame.

Junko: And it's time for a Death Battle!

In the middle of the forest, Asura walked towards the house of Kratos wearing a cloak.

Asura: So... this is the place.

Asura knocked on the door.

Asura: Hey! Open up!

The door started to open and Asura stepped back as Kratos came out to face him.

Kratos: Who are you... why are you here?

Asura: There's something I want... and you're gonna give it to me.

Kratos: There is nothing for you here. Leave, and you just might live.

Asura: What was that?!

Asura got in Kratos' face.

Kratos: ... Leave... my... home.

Asura: You're going to have to make me.

Asura tossed his cloak to the side and went to punch him, but Kratos caught it with one hand and went for a punch of his own, sending Asura flying back. Asura landed on his feet and started rapidly firing multiple energy blasts at him Kratos pulled his shield out to block the blasts and reflect them as Asura dashed at him. He dodged the reflected blasts as Kratos pulled out his axe and swung it. Asura dodged the swing and punched Kratos in the face, sending him flying through the house and into the backyard. Kratos recovered quickly as he looked up to see Asura diving down at him.

Asura: Come on!

Kratos pulled out his shield once more as Asura went for a downward punch. Kratos blocked it with his shield and pushed Asura back. He then threw his axe and Asura went to block it with his arms as the axe froze him solid. Kratos then punched him in the gut, breaking the ice and sending Asura flying up. Kratos then smashed him into the ground and went to stomp on his head but Asura rolled out of the way and got up. 

Asura: That hurt!

Asura dashed at him, but Kratos grabbed him and started running him into the forest through a bunch of trees until they smashed into a giant statue in the middle of the forest. Kratos then proceeded to punch Asura in the face, smashing it into the rock over and over again. Asura then caught his fist and punched him away. Kratos burst in flames as he tapped into his Spartan Rage.

Kratos: GRAAAAH!!!

Asura had his own burst of power as he went into his unlimited mode.

Asura: RAAAAH!!!

The two dashed at each other and started going for multiple punches, clashing with each one. Asura got the first hit and punched Kratos back, sending him flying through multiple trees. Kratos ran back at him as they started punching at each other again. This time Kratos landed a punch that sent him flying through trees as well until he hit a rock. Asura got up and dashed at Kratos as they both went for a punch and clashed, causing a huge explosion from between them that blew almost everything around them away. Asura went to punch him again but Kratos caught it and went for a punch of his own. Asura caught it as the two of them were trying to push each other away, slowly creating an Earthquake beneath their feet.

Kratos: Give it up!

Asura: Not happening!

The earthquake grew larger and split the two up. Kratos tried to jump to the other side but ended up falling. He used Icarus' wings to try to fly up but Asura had jumped down to send them both falling. Asura punched Kratos in the face and Kratos took it as he punched him back twice and threw him all the way down to the bottom of the earthquake, creating a huge crater from under Asura. Kratos then pulled out his chained blades and threw them straight into the ground. He pulled on the chains, bringing him down faster as he stomped on Asura's body. Asura coughed up blood as Kratos started punching Asura in the face over and over and over again. 

Asura: Get off me!

Asura suddenly powered up and Kratos quickly jumped back. Asura got up and spread his arms as four additional arms came out.

Kratos: You couldn't beat me even if you had a thousand arms boy.

Asura: Oh yeah?! We'll just see about that!

Asura dashed at him and Kratos smashed his blades together, creating a huge explosion that Asura quickly dodged as he fired multiple blasts of energy. Kratos dodged the blasts and swung his axe, making a huge shockwave of frost. Asura jumped up to dodge it as he sent a huge fist made of mantra down on Kratos, who caught the fist and slammed Asura back into the ground. Kratos then jump up to stab him but Asura quickly recovered and hit Kratos with a beam of energy that sent Kratos flying all the way back to the surface. Kratos landed in the middle of the tundra as he looked up to see Asura diving down at him. Kratos quickly responded as he pulled out a bow and fired flaming arrows straight through Asura's body, causing Asura to crashland right behind Kratos. Asura started to get up as Kratos turned to face him.

Kratos: Give it up. I've committed more sin than you cou-

Before Kratos could finish his sentence, Asura dashed at him, going for a punch with three of his arms.

Asura: You talk too much!

Kratos quickly took out his shield to block the punches but was still sent back. He then went to face him again. Asura grew a thousand arms and absorbed them into his two arms as they grew longer with more armor. He then put a Mantra Reactor on his chest and transformed once more into Mantra Reactor Asura.

Kratos: ... Fine...

Kratos reached behind him and pulled out the Blade of Olympus. He opened his eyes as they were glowing. He was in a state of Hope.

Kratos: I shall end this with my blade!

Asura: Die!

The two on them dashed at each other and Kratos swung his blade. Asura caught it and pushed it to the side, causing Kratos to split the Earth in half. Kratos went to swing his sword again and Asura dodged the strike and punched Kratos, sending him back hard. Kratos landed on his feet as Asura jumped up and went for a downward punch, but Kratos swung his blade, making a huge shockwave that sent Asura flying straight into space. Kratos then stabbed his blade into the ground as he fell to one knee. His wounds started to heal.

Kratos: I warned you.... You did not listen. Hm?

Kratos looked up to see Asura had grown much bigger than the very sun itself.

Kratos: No... ASURA!!!!

Asura clapped his hands together, destroying the earth and crushing Kratos along with it. He then crossed his arms.

Asura: Now it's over.

Junko: Holy crap! That was way better than I thought it would be!

Dizzy: When it came to power both of them seemed almost even. Both have similar speeds and Kratos had enough in his arsenal to pull off a decent fight.

Junko: But Asura's strength was far more than anything Kratos seemed to go up against in the past.

Akame: Not that Kratos hasn't taken on giants before, just nothing bigger than the very earth itself.

Dizzy: This doesn't mean Kratos doesn't have any hope for beating him, but once Asura reaches full power is when the tables turn, especially since Asura's power will continue to increase the angrier he gets.

Junko: In the end Kratos had everything but couldn't match Asura's wrath in this war!

Dizzy: The winner is Asura.

Junko: Next time on Death Battle!

Blaze: Time for round three...

Starfire: Very well... let us finish this.
