Dizzy: Born and raised in the ranks of the violent Spartans, Kratos was a respected general in his ranks. After begging the God of War, Ares, in a battle against barbarians to avoid defeat, Ares listened and bounded a pair of curved, chained blades to his forearms to physically represent Kratos' servitude to the god of war.

Junko: This didn't exactly turn out too great as Ares ended up tricking Kratos into slaughtering his family. And now he has the white ashes of his wife and daughter bound to his skin. This is the event that lead him on his path to killing all the gods!

Akame: Along the way, Kratos has gotten multiple weapons. With his most notable ones being the Blades of Chaos.

Akame: As Junko said, these blades were forged by Ares himself. They have chains that are attached to him and they can unleash flames with every strike.

Junko: It also lets him preform attacks like the Nemean Crush!

Junko: Where he slams the blades together for a glorious explosion!

Dizzy: And the Blast of Hephaestus.

Dizzy: Where he drags the blades across each other and sends out an explosive blast.

Junko: He can also use Meteoric Slam!

Junko: Where he slams his blades to the ground hard enough for meteorites to fall from the sky!

Dizzy: Kratos can also slam the blades to cause pillars of flames and even magma to burst from the ground.

Akame: Kratos also possesses the Leviathan Axe.

*Akame pulled out a long axe.*

Akame: Infused with the souls of 20 frost giants, this axe can freeze an opponent in place.

Junko: Really?! Lemme-

*Akame threw the axe at Junko and Junko froze solid as soon as it hit.*

Akame: The axe can keep an opponent frozen until Kratos either removes it, hits his opponent, or...

*Akame brought the axe back into her hands as Junko was no longer frozen*

Akame: He can bring it back to him like Thor's hammer.

Junko: With this axe, Kratos can make whirlwinds, shockwaves, ice beams, ice shards, and even huge explosions of frost!

Akame: He's also got the Gaurdian Shield.

Akame: *pulls out shield* This shield can absorb and reflect projectiles and can also be used for melee purposes.

Junko: For example!

*Junko pulled Dizzy's tail, causing Dizzy to Yelp and blast a fireball at Akame, who reflected it and caused it to hit Junko*

Junko: Perfect...

Dizzy: Oh! Um...

Akame: Kratos can slow down time with the Amulet of the Fates, dispel illusions with the Eyes of Truth, fly with Icarus wings, fire flaming arrows with the bow of Apollo, and even breathe underwater with Poseidon's Trident.

Junko: He also has the claws of Hades, which can rip out and absorb his opponents soul!

Dizzy: But his most powerful weapon is the Blade of Olympus.

Akame: Forged by the king of gods himself, this blade has been used to take out multiple gods and Titans alike. A single blast from it could whip out entire armies. Though it needs to be infused with godly power to awaken it's full potential.

Junko: Well, that's not exactly all he has. Aside from weapons, Ares has magic! With his magic he can control and manipulate the flames of Ares, the lightning of Zeus, the ice of Poseidon, and the soul of Hades!

Dizzy: He also has a healing factor which allows him to heal through major injuries.

Akame: And a Berserker state he calls Rage of Sparta.

Junko: This state grants Kratos the power of his fallen comrades! He becomes faster, stronger, and more durable for a limited period of time. Activating it causes a huge explosion and let's him hit his opponent with flaming punches!

Dizzy: But it's not as powerful as his other transformation, Hope.

Junko: Bleh

Dizzy: Activated after Kratos forgives himself, his sins, and after he is in a near-death state, this form is said to be the most powerful weapon in the world. So strong, in fact, it forced Zeus himself into submission. Though after the events of God of War 3, he no longer uses this.

Junko: Yeah, Kratos is incredibly strong, taking on gods, Titans, and even giants! But he does have weaknesses.

Junko: Kratos can have a bit of a temper sometimes, though he's learned to control it and use it as a weapon.

Dizzy: He also needs to concentrate in order to heal his body, and is highly susceptible to illusions.

Akame: In the end though, Kratos is extremely hard to kill... even for himself.

Kratos: The hands of death could not defeat me. The Sisters of Fate could not hold me. And you will not see the end of this day. I will have my revenge!
