Kokonoe: The Hidden Leaf Village is filled with expert Shinobi, and among the Uchiha clan there are plenty you could consider prodigies.

Junko: Little did the Uchiha Clan know that one of those prodigies would be their downfall. Introducing Itachi Uchiha! A gifted Shinobi who rose up the ranks at a very young age! Hell, he even became a member of the Ambu Black-Ops! Too bad he had the worst boss in the world and had no choice but to murder his entire clan. Everyone except his little brother of course.

Ann: There's more to it than that though...

Junko: No need to go deep in details. Anyway, after being branded as a criminal and a traitor, he joined the Akatsuki! A criminal organization hell bent on gathering all the tailed beast! And Itachi was already one of their top members! Even Orochimaru had a tough time against him! And the only ones that surpassed him are Obito and Pain!

Ann: Itachi is super strong.

Ann: He easily overwhelms Sasuke in hand-to-hand and can break his bones with ease. He's also kicked Sasuke hard enough to break solid rock, took out 3 Uchiha members effortlessly, and fought evenly with Chakra Mode Naruto and Killer B.

Kokonoe: Not only is he strong but he's fast.

Kokonoe: He can keep up with Sasuke and Sage Mode Kabuto. He can even keep up with Nagato, who crossed an island-like crator in only a second. He's fast enough to dodge lightning and can even evade Sasuke's Chidori.

Junko: And that brings us to this guy's durability!

Junko: This guy's able to fight even while sick and with a loss of vision! This guy's been stabbed, burned, electrocuted, and even survived Sasuke's undodgable Kirin!

Ann: We can also talk about some of his weapons.

Ann: Like any ninja, Itachi does possess quite a bit in his arsenal. He has Kunai, Shuriken, paper bombs, and even his own sword! Though he rarely uses the sword anymore.

Kokonoe: Right. But his most powerful asset comes with his Chakra.

Kokonoe: Chakra is a spiritual energy found in all living things. It is used in every jutsu and technique. He can use it to walk on walls and water and even increase his physical abilities.

Junko: There are seven different natures of Chakra and Itachi's three main are Fire, Water, and Wind.

Ann: Knowing this, Itachi is capable of creating Shadow Clones.

Kokonoe: Shadow Clones are essentially copies of himself. Itachi can use them to fight for him or gather information. If he wanted to he could even blow them up. His more common use is the Crow Clone Technique, here his clone is made of crows and uses up less Chakra.

Ann: He can also use the Great Fireball Technique!

Ann: Where he shoots a massive fireball from his mouth! He has another variation that makes it a flamethrower. And if he wanted to, he can throw a bunch of Shuriken and make them flaming projectiles!

Junko: He also has the Water Bullet Technique! Where he fires a burst of water from his mouth! He can do the same with water from the environment, turning it into the shape of a Water Dragon!

Kokonoe: And thanks to his Uchiha heritage, he possesses the Sharingan.

Kokonoe: A special eye that grants Itachi unique abilities. It allows him to see Chakra variations as well as invisible enemies. It also let's him see through illusions and grants him a form of precondition via reading precise muscle movement.

Ann: It also let's him memorize any technique he's ever witnessed, as long as it's not an inherited ability. He can even preform Genjutsu, which are basically illusions.

Junko: Such as the Izanami!

Junko: *Puts on glasses* A unique Genjutsu exclusive to the Uchiha. The user must memorize a certain scenario like a photograph and replicate the scenario. This traps the victim in an illusory loop that maintains itself without Itachi's concentration. In real time, however, the victim is standing motionless and is unable to do anything.

Kokonoe: This ability works even if the victim was blind, and can only be broken if the victim accepts the loop and stops trying to change it.

Ann: Anyway, Itachi also has the Mangekyō Sharingan.

Ann: An updated version of the regular Sharingan that can only be gained through the despair of loosing a loved one.

Junko: And we all know how much I love despair! This eye grants Itachi powerful and unique techniques and even let's him use the Tsukuyomi!

Junko: Where he traps his victims in an illusion of his choosing to torture his opponents! It can kill people by trapping them in an illusion to experience an entire lifetime in the span of 1/100000000000th of a second!

Ann: Another ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan is Amaterasu!

Ann: These flames are said to be hotter than the sun and can burn for several days and nights until the victim is incinerated! Unless Itachi ends it prematurely of course.

Kokonoe: Itachi also possesses a Susano'o.

Kokonoe: A gigantic, humanoid being that surrounds Itachi. It's durable enough to survive Sasuke's Kirin, which can destroy mountains.

Junko: It can also grow extra limbs to grab and smash enemies!

Ann: It also has some weapons of its own! Like the Sword of Totsuka!

Ann: Taking the form of a sake jar, this carries a liquid that can be shaped into a blade! And whoever gets stabbed by this blade will be sealed away and trapped in a Genjutsu-like "world of drunken dreams"!

Kokonoe: It also has the Yata Mirror.

Kokonoe: An ethereal shield said to possess all natural transformations. It can change its own characteristics depending on the attack, rendering said attack completely useless.

Junko: And last but not least it has the Yasaka Magatama!

Junko: A giant Magatama made entirely of Chakra! It can be thrown like a Shuriken and is strong enough to destroy an entire city! Smaller variations can be used for close quarters combat!

Kokonoe: However, all of this doesn't make Itachi unstoppable.

Kokonoe: He does have a limited Chakra supply and can die if he ends up running completely out of it.

Junko: Not to mention both Izanami and the Mangekyō Sharingan come at the cost of his eyesight, making him more and more blind with each use.

Ann: For these reasons and more, Itachi finally faced Sasuke and when he did... he lost. After everything that happened, his final thoughts were how much he loved his little brother...

Itachi: People live their lives bound by what they accept as correct and true. That is how they define "Reality." But what does it mean to be "correct" or "true"? They are merely vague concepts. Their "Reality" may all be a mirage. Can we consider them to be simply living in their own world, shaped by their beliefs?
