Gilgamesh is the true king of Death Battle (Part 2)

Ann: And here we are with part 2! And we can finally talk about more things Gilgamesh!

Junko: You know, like his Invincible Sword or his Mountain-Piercing spears!

Kokonoe: Speaking of spears, Gilgamesh has the Noble Phantasm Gae Bolg.

Junko: Using this handy little thing to negate the laws of cause and effect and... well basically fuck with casualty.

Kokonoe: He's also got an artifact that defends against attacks that use the Multi-Dimensional Refraction Phenomenon, allowing Gilgamesh to block attacks that come from parallel universes.

Ann: He's got an Ice Sword that can freeze even space and an auto-defense that works very similar to Gaara's sand barrier... but replace the sand with lightning.

Junko: He's got a cap that turns him invisible from all senses and even a Noble Phantasm that guarantees he'll never die!

Kokonoe: That is how he managed to take on Hercales, whose Noble Phantasm guaranteed his victory.

Junko: He has the strongest demonic sword Gram, the holy sword Durandal, and another demonic sword Dainself.

Ann: He also has Caladbolg!

Ann: This prized spiral sword can generate powerful beams of iridescent light that can cleanly slice through hills and can cause huge eruptions by simply stabbing it into the ground!

Kokonoe: He also has an Immortal Slaying Scythe.

Kokonoe: A scythe used in Greek Mythology to slay Medusa. It's true strength is its trait of Refraction of Longevity, which is a divine ability that nullifies the "undying attribute" of immortals and inflicts wounds that cannot be restored by any methods other than healing in accordance to the natural laws. Gilgamesh can utilize this Noble Phantasm to negate the special abilities of immortal characters, and wounds from this weapon cannot be healed.

Ann: Ontop of that, he has a sickle that phases through the body to deal internal damage to the opponent and negate their magic. He's also capable of nullifying abilities with the Power of the Beginning.

Junko: He also has the sword Caliburn... buuut that's not all. He actually has a sword that's better than both Caliburn and Gram... Merodach!

Junko: In the world of Fate, the original is always better. That's what makes Gilgamesh so powerful as he has all the original materials and that includes this prototype of both Caliburn and Gram! Due to its greater mystery it outstrips them in every aspect. Its strength as a Noble Phantasm is incomparable, easily shattering Caliburn without it being able to put up any resistance. It utilizes the same power as Caliburn, a "light that can burn away everything it touches", that could kill Berserker with one slash!

Ann: So yeah, Gilgamesh has a lot in his arsenal. He's even got the Holy Grail itself.

Ann: He can use this cup to summon other Servants including himself. He can also use it to make wishes and warp reality.

Junko: Not only that, but he's got the sword of the end, Enki!

Junko: One of Gilgamesh's more powerful weapons! It can be used as two swords, a longbow, or even tonfa knives! It has the power to form massive tsunami's and is said to be strong enough to destroy entire the planet!

Kokonoe: Gilgamesh has a near infinite amount of other Noble Phantasms of course, but no weapon in his arsenal is quite as powerful as EA.

Ann: A Noble Phantasm so powerful it makes every other Noble Phantasm look like toys in comparison. Shirou couldn't even copy it with his Unlimited Blade Works, and even he defines it as being "a sword not of this world".

Kokonoe: Unlike the countless other Noble Phantasm within his treasury, which were passed onto countless wielders after his death and took on many forms, it is a sword only he possesses. It is a Divine Construct that predates the concept of a sword, bearing a truly unusual design, a cylindrical "blade" with a dull tip and independently rotating segments. It signifies the universe, in all its parts, its power symbolizes the beginning and the end and was created by the Gods to cultivate worlds. it was used in the creation of the World itself, before ultimately ending up in Gilgamesh's hands. As his most powerful treasure, Gilgamesh is reluctant to use it against "lowlifes", willingly drawing it only to face those he believes are worthy, such as Alexander the Great and King Arthur. And even then he barely goes all out.

Junko: This thing is known for destroying "all creation" and it really does live up to that. It has enough power to break reality and destroy entire dimensions. It can also create a rip in space that extends to the atmosphere.

Ann: Another notable ability it has is the power to create and renew concepts. With it, Gilgamesh can crush the concept of existence itself, deleting every trace of existence itself, rendering his foes "gone".

Kokonoe: However, since the concept of their existence is gone, they technically aren't "gone", because there's no such thing as "existence" anymore.

Ann: Um... right. Well, anyway, Gilgamesh can use EA for a variety of skills. My personal favorite is Enuma Elish: The Star of Creation that Split Heaven and Earth!

Ann: Ea's function as a Noble Phantasm, its maximum output as an EX-ranked Anti-World Noble Phantasm! The separate sections of Ea rotates faster and faster, as the air around it gets twisted and compressed until it exceeds the laws of physics, creating a quasi-fault in time as it starts cutting space! Once fired, it creates a dislocation in space-time, the resulting Void that emerges from the ruptured space-time, sunders space even further to destroy anything in Gilgamesh's sight at once, ripping open the World to reveal the "Truth"!

Kokonoe: It is similar in this way to Slash Emperor, a Knight Arm capable of destroying Type Jupiter in a single blow. As an Anti-World Noble Phantasm, it is well-suited to the destruction of Reality Marbles, in a manner that Gilgamesh describes as revealing the reality behind a dream.

Junko: When used in Fate/Extra CCC, he plants it in the ground, allowing it to charge, spinning rapidly and destroying the ground around him. It creates a great space-time dislocation, which Gilgamesh crushes his opponent with!

Kokonoe: However, most of the time, Gilgamesh does not use its full power, as it is hardly necessary. Even a casual Enuma Elish easily overpowered Excalibur and gravely wounded Saber, rendering her helpless.

Junko: Now, there is one tiny, small problem. You see, normally a spirit is far stronger than when they were alive. However, Gilgamesh is a rare case. As a man 2/3rd God, this actually holds him back from his true power when he was alive.

Ann: Luckily, he has a Mythological Mystic Code kept deep inside the Gate of Babylon. This let's him tap into the power he had when he was alive and turns him into a Full Powered Gilgamesh.

Kokonoe: In this form, he's strong enough to one-shot BB and take down Kiara. Kiara herself is superior to BB as she absorbed both her and the Moon Cell. BB herself was capable of warping and manipulating all laws, concepts, matter, and the space-time of the Mooncell's Reality Marble, which houses galaxies, stars, and living planets inside of it.

Junko: BB was so powerful she could have destroyed the entire Nasuverse, which holds infinite possibilities and timelines, yet still got beat.

Kokonoe: He's also fast enough to cross the distance of 1500 lightyears and positioned himself exactly in his masters position in an instant.

Ann: He scales to BB, who can cross a distance of 38,000 lightyears in a very short timeframe.

Kokonoe: Since everything in the Far Side of the Moon Cell moves less than a microsecond, we can assume BB did this feat in nanoseconds. At a low end of 100 nanoseconds, BB would have to be moving and reacting at around 11 quintillion times the speed of light. At a high end of 1 nanosecond, BB would have to be moving and reacting at around 1.19 sextillion times the speed of light. However, she might be even faster as it was said that the distance BB crossed is actually infinite in scale.

Junko: Gilgamesh has plenty more abilities too, like A.O.U Cast Off! Where he takes off all his clothes and reveals his naked body! It's so perfect it can cause virgin girls to immediately orgasm and be left open for attacks!

Kokonoe: Right... because that's a thing. Anyway, his other attack includes Melammu Dingir: King's Signal Cannon.

Kokonoe: The Noble Phantasm of Gilgamesh in his Caster Form, it is a long-range bombardment from the citadel of Uruk. A prodigious cannon fire that concentrates not only Gilgamesh’s own, but also the total force of the people of Uruk that lived in the Age of Gods. In Fate/Grand Order, after the entire attack on the enemy, it has the effect of increasing his allies' defensive strength.

Junko: Still, there's one thing I can't wrap my head around. If he's this powerful, how come he gets his ass beat by a lame wimpy protagonist and a girl who used to be a futa?

Ann: Well, there is a reason. And it has to do with his weaknesses.

Ann: You see, Gilgamesh is extremely arrogant and prideful. So much so that it causes him to barely go full power and heavily underestimate opponents. It gets to the point that he's been taken out by guys who should notably be much weaker than himself.

Kokonoe: Though this can be downplayed since it's a Composite version.

Junko: Either way, with only his arrogance holding him back there's no wonder why he's known as the King of Heroes!

Gilgamesh: To unite dreams beneath a banner of conquest. I praise your efforts. But, warriors... did you not understand? That all dreams must disappear when the dreamer wakes. Every last one of them. Therefore, it was inevitable that I would stand in your way. Sonic the Hedgehog, know the end of your eternal dream. I, myself, shall show you harsh reality.
