Kokonoe: Sometimes doing good doesn't feel as great as doing what's bad. And these two cats in the night know this more than anyone else.

Ann: Catwoman, Batman's cat in the night!

Junko: And Black Cat! Spider-Man's bad luck kitty!

Kokonoe: The stage is set and the combatants are ready.

Junko: It's time for a Death Battle!

In one of the buildings of Wayne Enterprises, Catwoman had crawled up the top of the building as she found a giant safe.

Catwoman: Bingo.

She used a laser to cut a giant circle on the glass she was on as she made a hole to get inside. She walked up to the safe and unlocked it quite easily. She looked at all the treasure inside and smiled, but before she could steal it, Black Cat came swinging inside. She got up and looked around as all she saw was the open safe.

Black Cat: Well isn't this my lucky day.

She was about to step inside when all the lights suddenly went out. Catwoman had appeared behind her.

Catwoman: Well what have we here? A fancy little copycat? Sorry kitty, but I was here first so all of that is mine.

Black Cat: Oh? Sorry, but I don't see your name on it. I'll just go ahead and take this out of your hand.

Catwoman: I'd love to see you try.

Catwoman pulled out her whip and started swinging it. Black Cat was dodging as she went to dash at Catwoman and swing her claws. Catwoman dodged that quickly and went for a kick. Black Cat blocked it but was still knocked back.

Black Cat: Damn!

Catwoman: That all you got?

Catwoman dropped some knockout gas. Back Cat immediately reacted and covered her mouth before jumping back to where the gas couldn't reach her. Catwoman had put on a gas mask and swung claws of her own. Black Cat quickly jumped back, trying not to breathe in the gas as she kicked Catwoman straight into the window. Black Cat ran at her and kicked her straight out the window. Right before she could fall, Catwoman threw a grenade into the room and blew it up. The impact of the explosion caused Catwoman to fly farther than expected.

Catwoman: Shit!

Catwoman quickly pulled out her grappling hook and latched it onto the building as she swung to a lower floor of the building. She looked behind her to see Black Cat swinging into the same floor and facing her.

Catwoman: Still alive hm? Well, aren't you a lucky kitty?

Black Cat: As lucky as a girl can be.

Catwoman: Let's see how far that luck gets you.

Catwoman jumped back and hid in the darkness.

Black Cat: Is that your game? Sorry lady...

Black Cat went to use her goggles.

Black Cat: But I can see you.

Catwoman went to throw multiple Catarangs and Shiriken at her and Black Cat deflected them with her claws. Catwoman threw a Bolas and Black Cat ripped it to shreds. They both dashed at each other and brought out their claws. Catwoman went to slash at her but Black Cat dodged and went for a slash of her own. Catwoman dodged it and flipped back as she dropped an ice bomb. Black Cat jumped back as the bomb exploded in a burst of ice. Black Cat had flipped to the side and jumped back, getting far enough from the explosion to not get frozen. Before she could go and attack Catwoman, an elevator opened as two guards came in.

Gaurd 1: Stop right there!

Gaurd 2: Freeze!

Catwoman: Great... we have company.

Black Cat: Way to ruin the fun.

The two guards started firing their guns and the girls dodged the bullets. Black Cat dashed at Gaurd 2 and sashed straight through his body. She then stole his machine gun and started firing at Catwoman, who dashed at Gaurd 1, sprayed him with pepper spray, and used him as a shield. Black Cat was shooting holes through the guard as Catwoman was charging forward. As soon as Black Cat ran out of bullets, Catwoman took the guard's pistol and aimed it at Black Cat's head. She pulled the trigger but the gun jammed. Black Cat gave her a smirk and Catwoman rolled her eyes before pulling out a Pop! Gun. She fired it and Black Cat jumped out the way as the wall behind her burst full of holes. Black Cat then grabbed Catwoman and threw her straight through the wall. Catwoman slid to her feet as Black Cat jumped inside. They looked around and saw a bunch of useful artifacts. They then smiled at each other and quickly went to steal as much stuff they can get their hands on. Black Cat found a blowtorch and smiled.

Black Cat: Time to turn up the heat!

Black Cat sent a huge burst of flames at Catwoman, who immediately saw this and dodged the flames. She pulled out a small blue orb that emitted a bright light, blinding Black Cat. Once it did, Catwoman dashed at her with a baseball bat and swung the blowtorch out of her hand. She then whacked her in the face with the bat before going for another swing. Black Cat caught the bat and kicked Catwoman away. She then broke the bat in two and dashed at her. Catwoman grabbed a katana and dropped some caltrops on the floor. Black Cat jumped over them and swung her claws at Catwoman, who quickly went to block it with her sword. The blade immediately shattered from Black Cat's claws and Catwoman pulled out a knife. She tried to stab her but Black Cat dodged it, pressing multiple pressure points in Catwoman's body before stunning her. She then took Catwoman's whip, wrapped it around her neck, and squeezed tightly before pulling on it and decapitating Catwoman. She flipped back with a smile.

Black Cat: Night night kitty.

Ann: Aw... Catwoman lost...

Kokonoe: Catwoman did have plenty of advantages going for her. She was stronger and much faster than Catwoman after all.

Junko: She also had way more in her arsenal than Black Cat, enough to surely overwhelm her eventually. But Black Cat was much more durable. Add that to her much more enhanced senses that her suit gives her and she could counter almost everything Catwoman could throw at her.

Kokonoe: But the final nail in the coffin was Black Cat's luck manipulation. While stronger people like Venom can get through it, Catwoman has never went against anything like it before.

Ann: Yeah, even if she does figure it out, there doesn't seem to be a way for her to get around it.

Junko: Looks like that's one kitty with another black luck day!

Ann: The winner is Black Cat.

Junko: Next time on Death Battle!
